The aim of the research was to design the historical and identity model of native, national and ritual sports. The current research method was qualitative (Ostrass and Corbin) and exploratory. The statistical population included local native sports specialists with a university teaching experience or activists in the field of public sports, experts and officials of sports, policy makers and sports consultants. The sampling method was non-probability sampling, with targeted selection and maximum diversity or heterogeneity. The sample size using the theoretical saturation method was equal to 14 people. The data collection tool was an open interview and was analyzed based on three stages of open, central and selective coding. In the present study, the criteria of long-term involvement, sustained observation, re-inspection of the path of information acquisition, checking, triangulation, and continuous comparison were used to measure the validity. To calculate the reliability, the within-subject agreement method was used, and the reliability between the coders for the conducted interviews. In this research, it was equal to 88%. Based on the findings, causal factors include religious identity and social identity; Background factors including infrastructure and planning; Intervening factors including participation and support; central phenomenon including identification in ritual and national sports; Strategies include executive and structural; Consequences included social and cultural functions. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach to identify the identity and historical concepts of native, national and ritual sports and presented a model to explain the identity and historical pattern of native and ritual sports in the form of a theory.

: One of the most important steps in foresight is to identify and analyze the trends affecting it. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to identify the major trends affecting the future competence of sports managers with world-class management in the Iranian sports industry. Therefore, after conducting library studies and reviewing valid documents and sources and Interviews with 23 experts, a list of processes The key to the future of competence of sports managers was obtained and using the Delphi method, macro trends were reduced from 89 to 37. Then, using the structural analysis method, the interaction matrix was designed and by forming a panel consisting of 11 experts and their consensus on the effect of factors on each other, the data entered the matrix. By analyzing the data from the matrix with Mick Mac software, the degree of effectiveness of each factor has been evaluated.Accordingly, strategic trends were identified as effective and it was found that trends such as investment in championship sports, globalization of sports, expanding the authority of sports organizations in policy-making, increasing the role of women in sports and the growth of green human resource management, have the greatest impact. The future of sports managers is to compete with world-class management in the sports industry. Therefore, paying attention to the characteristics of sports managers, which creates more ability to deal with the changing environment, helps sports managers in managing sports organizations with world-class management

Objective: The purpose of this study was to design a model of gender equality in Iranian sports (with emphasis on championship and professional sports). Methodology: The present research method was qualitative with grounded theory approach (data theory). Data collection was done by reviewing the theoretical foundations and research backgrounds and semi-structured interviews with 11 knowledgeable experts. The statistical population included faculty members of sports science and sociology, female athletes and coaches active at the championship and professional levels, directors of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, the National Olympic Committee, sports federations, and provincial and city sports delegations. Sampling was performed theoretically and after 11 interviews, the resulting theoretical saturation and model framework were formed. The validity of this study was reviewed and confirmed by the researcher and the interviewees. In order to measure the quality of the coding, the agreement method between the two coders based on Cohen's kappa coefficient (0.79) was used. Data analysis was performed using three steps of open, axial and selective coding. Results: In the causal conditions section, 3 central categories (justice and equality, egalitarian movements, fundamental intellectual developments), background conditions, 4 central categories (regulatory approaches, cognitive approaches, normative approaches, value approaches), interventionist conditions, 6 categories Axis (injustice and discrimination, religious stagnation, sexism, flawed governance structures, historical and traditional stances, marginalization), strategies 4 central categories (structural strategies, organizational strategies, support strategies, executive strategies), and in the consequences section 3 The central category (individual consequences, organizational consequences, socio-cultural consequences) was extracted. Conclusion: Gender perspective should be removed from sports with respect to central justice and the belief in the ability of women in sports should be institutionalized. In this regard, governance, politics, laws and regulations, religion, management and education systems and the media can be the basis for this. Also, benefiting from the influence of political and religious institutions, supporting international institutions, increasing financial resources and civil struggles are all among the appropriate strategies for achieving gender equality in sports.

Objective: The purpose of the present study was to identify and level the relationship between the empowerment of export performance with a global class approach with an emphasis on the export strategy of sport products by employing an interpretive-structural modeling approach.Methodology: The present study is a cross-sectional, developmental-applied study. Based on Glyzeria's approach and deep interview with 15 people (economists, sports marketing managers, industrial management, familiar with the global class, sports products manufacturers), NVIVO10 software provides the main factors of the model in the form of 97 open source, 12 selective codes and 5 theoretical identification codes Then, using the interpretive-structural modeling process in the MATLAB2014 software environment, the level and internal relations between the extraction factors were determined and finally, by MICMAC analysis based on the conductivity and dependence. Results: The results showed that the model factors are at 5 levels and strategies (concentration, development and competitive power of Porter) are at the lower levels of the model and have the most impact on other factors and cause the emergence or exacerbation of export strategies of sports products, factors of production and Service in the world class (quality, innovation, flexibility, time reduction, price reduction) (after-sales service and after-sales service) and the world-class sports industry and empowering the export performance of sports products. MICMAC analysis shows that export strategies (development strategy, focus, Porter's competitive force) with high permeability and low affinity (innovation, quality, flexibility, time reduction, price reductions, world-class service, sales and services) After sales) with high penetration and high dependence, driving and stimulating (world-class sports industry). Conclusion: According to the export strategies introduced of any plans and actions by sport reward managers, in order to enhance the export performance of sports products in support of Iranian sports and products, it is necessary to pay attention to the key role of these factors.

Objective: This study conducted to recognize the obstacles and directions of quality management implementation in Iran Sport Federations.Methodology: The method of research was mixed (qualitative & quantitative); in qualitative phase, the obstacles and direction have recognized through deep, solitary and semi structured interviews and content analysis of library studies, and in quantitative phase the identified axis’s have priorised through paired comparison questionnaires and AHP. The participants in both phases were selected by targeted and snowball sampling among heads of federations, top national sport managers and experts of sport management and interviews have been done until reached to theoretical saturation.(17 Experts)Results: The result of open and axial coding of interviews and library studies, conducted to identifieng 59 abstacles that categorized therough Axial coding to 7 overall subjects; Forthermore 63 efective solutions and intitutions also recognized and categorized in 7 overall subjects. Conclusion: The main identified subjects of obstacles orderly were organizational culture, human resources and managers, processes and innovation, society and athletic environment, management and planning, rules and organizational structure, IT and corresponding directions was SRM development system and process development and training and culture making. Like most other quality management models, identifying the needs and expectations of costumers, had highest priority in this research.

The statistical population of the study included all spectators over 18 years old in the Premier League in 2015/16 season. Sample size (n=324) based on factor analysis, 2 to 10-fold of the items was selected. The data collected through a made questionnaire whose face and content validity was confirmed by 15 experts in panel. To calculate reliability Cronbach’s alpha (α= .9) was used. To analyze the data, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was used. Results: Based on exploratory factor analysis, 33 items of ticketing in 8 factors “Facility, Cultural - Social, Attractiveness of match, Economic, Managerial, Marketing, Technology and Planning” were classified. Also, based on confirmation model, Cultural - Social factor, Marketing, Technology, Managerial, Economic, Planning, Attractiveness of match and Facility factor had highest impact on the Iran’s Premier League football ticketing respectively.
