Purpose: The present study aims to provide a conceptual framework for identifying and explaining the key determinants of elite athlte migration in Iran.Methodology: This research is descriptive in nature, applied in purpose, and categorized as a qualitative study conducted using the grounded theory approach. The statistical population included experts, scholars, professors, and coaches familiar with the subject matter. Snowball sampling was employed to conduct in-depth interviews. Data collection was carried out through interviews with 15 participants. The validity of the interview instrument was assessed and confirmed by both interviewees and subject-matter experts. To evaluate reliability, the intra-coder agreement method was used, yielding a reliability coefficient of 0.81. Grounded theory methodology was employed for data analysis.Findings: The findings revealed that the determinants of elite athlete migration in Iran encompass: Causal factors (weak occupational status in society and inefficient management systems), Contextual factors (economic, political, and socio-cultural), Intervening factors (individual and environmental characteristics), Strategies (improvement of the national sports structure and enhancement of athletes’ social status), and Consequences (decline in the quality of professional sports and lack of suitable role models in society). These categories consist of 20 concepts and numerous sub-factors or open codes. Conclusion: Based on the findings, macro-level policymaking and effective measures are necessary to enhance the social and professional quality of life for elite athletes. Such actions are essential to controlling the migration trend of sports elites and mitigating the financial and cultural damages caused by this phenomenon.

Objective: The purpose of this research was to provide a framework for analyzing the capacity of digital transformation in Iraqi football federation.Methodology: The research method was a combination of qualitative (thematic analysis approach) and quantitative (descriptive-analytical approach). In the qualitative part, opinions were sought from scientific (professors and specialists) and executive (managers and executive experts) experts (15 people = judgmental sampling). In the quantitative part, based on a sufficient number for strategic analysis (20 to 60 people), managers and experts of the Iraqi Football Federation were sampled in a targeted way (31 people). The research tool in the qualitative part included a semi-guided interview along with a structured library study. In the quantitative section, a questionnaire extracted from the qualitative section (43 questions on a 10-choice evaluation scale) was used. The validity of the tools and findings was confirmed in the qualitative part through the agreement between the coders and in the quantitative part through the content validity of the questionnaire (6 experts) and the Delphi panel. Results: The findings showed that the analysis framework of digital transformation capacity of sports federations includes 43 indicators, 13 dimensions and 4 general perspectives. Quantitative findings also showed that the biggest gap in digital transformation capacity is related to digital services and support (4.97) and the lowest gap is related to digital work environment (3.23).Conclusion: Based on the findings, it can be said that digital transformation in Iraqi sports federations is a multidimensional structural, human, infrastructural and functional category and requires continuous recognition and evaluation based on valid indicators.

Objective: This study was conducted with the aim of explaining the sociology of social development model based on sports development.Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in nature; It has been done in the form of a survey. The statistical population of the study included professors and lecturers of sports sciences, managerial and executive factors related to sports, and researchers and analysts in the field of sports development. The statistical sample of the study was a sufficient number for modeling structural equations in PLS software environment; 5 to 15 people for each item or question. Therefore, 565 people were selected as the sample. The sampling method was random. The research tool included a researcher-made questionnaire in two parts: descriptive characteristics and specialized questions. The final questionnaire was prepared in 96 items, using the Likert method and evaluating five options. Its face and content validity was confirmed by 17 experts and the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method. Results: The results showed that global developments have an impact on international sports laws (0.95), as well as international sports laws (0.62) and social trends (0.34) can affect the country's sports culture. Eventually, the country's sports culture affects the development of sports (0.96) and the development of sports on social development (0.90). Also, the fit of the model was acceptable. Conclusion: Based on the pattern explained in this study, it is concluded that social development requires the development of sport; But it is ultimately shaped by the social components that influence the development of sport. Therefore, it is suggested to emphasize the role of sport and related social components in order to achieve social development.

Objective: The aim of this study was to Relationship between time preferences and risk preferences with behavioral changes in participation in sports and physical activitiesMethodology: The method used in the present study has been a generalized sequential logit model and the maximum straightening method has been used to estimate the coefficients of the parameters of this pattern. The required information has been collected in the form of a questionnaire, that the process of distribution and collection has been through two methods of distribution with the help of cyberspace and face to face. The sample size was calculated based on the estimation obtained from Cochran's formula and finally 373 questionnaires were used as the basis for statistical analysis. STATA(16) software has been used for statistical analysis of variables and estimation of Logit pattern parameters. Results: The results showed that the economic components of risk preference and time preference have an effect on changing people's behavior to participate in physical activity and with increasing risk and time preference for individuals, increases the likelihood of their presence at higher levels of behavior change (from the Pre-contemplation stage to maintenance). Conclusion: In general, the present study and its findings can provide a new perspective and approach custodians of the development of physical activities in society to use new tools (components of behavioral economics) to achieve their goals to expand and promote physical activity and achieve health goals in the community.

Objective:The aim of present study was to design the organizational culture model of Iranian sports federations. To this end, various investigations were done from sport experts (five team sports federations and five individual sports federations) and the 253 employees selected for this research. Methodology: In order to collect data, Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) consisting of six factors with 24 items was used. The construct validity (NFI= 0.93, CFI= 0.92, GFI= 0.91, RMSEA= 0.062, χ2/df= 2.60) and internal reliability (r = 0.88) were good. The questionnaires were distributed among the sample. Analyses were done by Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling using SPSS and LISREL. Results: Results indicated that the most intercorrelation exists between the strategic emphases and achievement indexes (r = 0.82, p≤ 0.001). The factors of obvious characteristics (E= 1.00) and strategic emphases (E= 1.36) are the best predictors of organizational culture model in Iranian sports federations. Conclusion: In addition to the other aspects of organizational culture such as organizational leadership and employee management, we can also expect that the applied and executive fundamentals of sport achievement and effectiveness are provided by focusing on strategic emphases.
