The purpose of this research was to identify key themes and provide a conceptual framework for capacity building in the development of community sports in Iran. The research method was a qualitative study with thematic analysis approach. The research participants included scientific experts (university professors and researchers) and executive experts (managers and experts of the research organizations). The number of samples was 15 according to theoretical saturation. Sampling was done by theoretical method. The research tool included semi-structured exploratory interviews along with its supplementary library study. The validity of the tool and the results were evaluated and confirmed based on the competence of the sample, the validity of the content of the questions, and the agreement between the coders. Multi-stage conceptual coding method was used to analyze the findings. The framework extracted from the qualitative findings included 4 levels, 9 perspectives, 30 dimensions and 88 components. Four conceptual constructs in the sequence of overall impact-effectiveness of their subcategory themes in the model include; The environmental base of capacity building (drivers and inhibitors), the ability of the multi-sectoral system of capacity building (strategies, processes and levels), the capacity building of development axes (the axes of resources and mechanisms) and the functions of capacity building of public sports (development of capacities) public sports and public sports for sustainable development). Based on the findings, it can be said that capacity building for the development of public sports is a systematic process based on environmental capacities and challenges, strategic efficiency and a systemic process

Objective: The purpose of this study was applied analysis of coastal lifeguard management system and services in Guilan province.
Methodology: The research method is a strategy study based on a descriptive-survey method. The statistical population included managers and organizational experts, coaches and lifeguards in Guilan province. A statistical sample of 76 people (targeted) was selected and polled. The main research tool was a questionnaire extracted from the qualitative section. The validity of the tools was first confirmed based on the legal and scientific validity of information and human resources, content validity (9 people) and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient (evaluation: 0.88, challenge: 0.85, solution: 0.91). The analysis method included descriptive statistics in SPSS software.
Findings: Defined analysis framework including components and approaches of evaluation, challenges and solutions by eight perspectives of employment and training of saviors, financial and security, facilities and services, structural and institutional, cultural and participatory, coastal operations, management It was executive and environmental. The results of the evaluation section showed that the coastal operations landscape (4.38) had the best condition and the environmental landscape (1.98) had the worst condition. In the challenges section, the highest impact was assessed for cultural and participatory challenges (5.13) and the lowest impact for facilities and services challenges (4.28). In the solutions section, the employment and training strategies of the rescuers (5.20) had the highest priority and the environmental solutions (4.01) had the lowest priority.
Conclusion: Based on the research findings, it can be said that in all eight perspectives, the situation is lower than expected and the basic and various challenges and all the proposed solutions are of high practical importance. It is explicitly suggested that managers pay attention to the correspondence of indicators, challenges and solutions between the eight perspectives.

Objective: The study Stakeholder perception of the factors influencing the success of team sports in Guilan province.Methodology: Descriptive-survey research method being a field study was conducted. The statistical population of the study includes bosses, vice presidents, Secretaries and employees of Guilan province sport committees having representatives in the premier league and first division of the country along with all managers, coaches, and players of the respective teams Available and targeted sampling methods were selected (217 people). The validity of the researcher-made questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability (0.89) was calculated.Results: The results showed There is a difference between internal factors (p=0.021) and external factors (p=0.041) in the success of team sports in the Premier League and first division of Guilan province in three groups: manager, coach and athlete. In the internal dimensions in the dimensions of the coach (p=0.006), the player (p=0.021) and the team (p=0.013) and in the external dimensions in the media dimension (p=0.047) in the success of team sports in the Premier League and first division of the province. Guilan There are differences in three groups: manager, coach, and athlete. The results showed that the internal factors of the players 'factor had a greater effect than the external factors of the fans' factor.Conclusion: Sports managers are advised to pay attention to the priority of factors in planning and to give more credit to the importance of the success factor of the fans on success.

Objective: The aim of this research was provide a framework for analyzing the basketball development system in Iran.Methodology: The research method was qualitative research with systematic exploratory approach. The statistical population consisted of two sections of human society (managers, coaches ...) and information society (books, articles, documents, media, etc.) related to basketball. The sample was selected based on theoretical saturation and was sampled in a theoretical way (21 people and 56 documents). The research tool was a library study and exploratory interviews. The validity of the tool was evaluated and verified based on the legal and scientific evidence of the sample, the opinion of the experts, and the agreement between the codebook editors. A multi-stage coding method was used to analyze the data using a systematic approach.Results: The research framework derived from coding included four levels of perspectives, factors, dimensions, and components of them. Their perspectives and factors include the background (international development and development, features and capabilities, background and national background, national development of sport), ability (strategic and executive management, physical resources and facilities, financial management and Economic, scientific and technological resources), participation (event and participation, expert human resource management, talent management and athlete management, external stakeholder management) and the consequence (sustainable development of basketball). Relationship between the factors in the conceptual model is drawn.Conclusion: Based on research findings, the basketball development system can be said to be a strategic process which is influenced by the above-mentioned factors, ultimately through collaborative component and its desirability is to lead to sustainable development of this discipline.

Objective: The study investigated the factors affecting the quality of construction process of Iranian football stadiums.Methodology: The research method was descriptive-survey with an objective purpose. The statistical population includes: a)directors and experts of the company for the maintenance and development of places and sports spaces; b)contractors and engineers of sport projects; c)administrators of sport soccer provinces; and d)directors and experts of the department of resource management in the department of sports and youth of the country. Statistical samples were available sampling selected provinces of the country (N=127). It used a researcher-made questionnaire, based on the UFA manual. The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated by experts and experts, and it`s Reliability validated through Cronbach's alpha (α=0.90). Statistical methods included K-S test, Friedman test, and confirmatory factor analysisResults: In order of priority, Design factor (0.95), site and place (0.89), users(0.89), procurement strategy(0.85), equipment and installation(0.80), and structure(0.63) was effective and important. Friedman’s test also showed the same priority was based on the average rating and there significantly.Conclusion: In general, a variety of human, structural, programmatic and physical factors in terms of users, strategies, design, equipment and etc. are considered as influencing factors on the quality of stadium construction. On the one hand, the concept of quality and quality management are as a systematic approach, the factors mentioned can be considered a systematic approach as influential aspects of planning processes up to construction, also a comprehensive guide for designing and creating quality stadiums in the country.

Objective: The purpose of present study was studying the Talent Development Environment status of adolescent boy judokas in premier league. Talent development environment for data collection questionnaire was written by professors of physical education content validity and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha (0.94), respectively. The descriptive statistics and inferential statistics mean frequency of Kolmogorov - Smirnov test for normality of data distribution was used. Binomial test to determine the dimensions and the prioritization of Friedman test in SPSS 22 software was used. The analysis and application of Amos 22 was used. Results: Results showed significant differences in priorities from the perspective of the development of talented young judokas there. Factor analysis has shown that the development of long-term, Focus on long-term development, environmental protection network, communication and understanding of the athlete as a factor loadings (0.94), (0.73), (0/67), (0.64) and (0/63) the importance of talent development has identified aspects of the environment. Conclusion: Generally, fostering and maintaining talent occurs in a specific environment and context in which attention to these factors can play an important role in the development of talent. Objective: The aim of this study is to determine the effect of customer knowledge management on fitness clubs customer lifetime value in Rasht.Methodology: This study was descriptive-survey one. In this research a self-made questionnaire including 13-questions customer knowledge management questionnaire and 23-questions customer lifetime value questionnaire is designed. Statistical society includes female and male customers of Rasht fitness clubs. Subjects were selected by cluster sampling in Rasht 5 areas and eventually 460 customers cooperated with the research. In order to analyze the data SPSS 23 and Smart PLS are used.Results: Results shows that customer knowledge management has a significant positive effect on customer lifetime value and its dimensions, and high factor coefficients of research conceptual model indicates that customer knowledge management classification is positively effective on attracting customers, customers keeping in contact with club and also their beneficence.Conclusion: Finally, using the results of this research can be said that customer knowledge management has a significant effect on customer lifetime value and this way Rasht fitness clubs managers can make profit margin whit the use of customer knowledge management.

Objective: The purpose of the present research was Analysis of the Effect of Quality Dimensions on the Satisfaction of the Participants in Iran's Volleyball Talent Development System. Methodology: The present study is of applied research type and in order to gather the data, a descriptive survey method was used. The sample size was 105 people including the scouts and the ones in charge of scouting who participated in the second national under-12 junior mini-volleyball championship and also the officials of the Iran Volleyball Federation. The instrument of the study was Ulrike Röger and Alfred Rütten’s questionnaire of talent development systems quality (2010), that was localized and it should be noted that the variable "satisfaction with international performance” is a constructed one. In case of the instrument validity, its content validity was confirmed by the experts of the field and the construct validity was also calculated through PLS3 software, using the structural equations model. The reliability of the model was calculated 0.84 using Cronbach’s alpha test. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics (mean and standard deviation, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Friedman’s rank test,U Mann–Whitney test and structural equations modelling by PLS3 software)were used.Results: The results of the explanation of the relationship between the quality dimensions of the system of development of talent showed that the relationship between structure variables on the process (T-value=7.3), process on results (T-value=76.73), results on satisfaction (T-value=73.23) has been meaningful. While the relationship between the structure variable on satisfaction (T-value = 1.70) and process on satisfaction (T-value = 0.85) is not meaningful.Conclusion: Ultimately, the quality model of volleyball development system is a pathway in which the structure, process and results are systematically managed and lead to satisfaction of the stakeholders.

Objective: The purpose of this research was an identification of obstacles to develoment of women's championship football in Iran. Methodology: This study is a descriptive-survey that do it survey form. In questionnare section, population was included coaches (n=22), Supervisors (n=22), referees (n=22) that samples was equal to population. And players of women's football super league (n=150). Method of sampling was Purposive sampling. Overally, 152 people as statistical sampling selected in this research. Data analysed by using SPSS software (ver: 22) to KS statistical tests and Friedman.factor analysis did with Amos 21. Results: Results showed that among nine dimensionals of management levels, sport facilities was the most importamt obstcle with 0.895 factor loads and financial support was the least important with 0.464 factor load barriers in women's championship football development. Conclusion: regarding to this current results, the most inportant obstcle of womens’ championship football was sport facility.According to women's sport is at the beginning of the path of development. Therfore in the current situation requires to the development of sports facilities and equipment. Although, other dimensionals are as development obstcles of womens championship football with significant important.but descision makers should pay more attention to development of womens championship football based on this this research.

Objective: The purpose of this research was to Designing model ofsport’s Sponsors Loyalty with an emphasis on the relationship marketing and relationship quality. Methodology: The method applied in this research was descriptive – correlation. The sample was used included the directors of industrial factories and presidents of Sport Boards in Kashan. Data were collected by a researcher made that the reliability of the questionnaire was 0.94. In this study, structural equation modeling and partial least square method is used to analyze the data and model. Results: The results of this study exhibits the significant positive impact between the relationship marketing and loyalty of sport supporters. Also, there is a significant positive influence between the relationship marketing and relationship quality, but is not shown significant positive effect between the quality of the relationship and the loyalty of sport supporters. Conclusion: Considering the results, we can say, in relationship marketing, respectively, structural bonding, social benefits, conflict management and financial benefits and in relationship quality, reliability, commitment and satisfaction are the most important factors that managers Sports clubs and organizations can use these methods and factors marketing, maintain loyal supporters

Abstract Objective: The purpose of this paper was the comparison of attitude and behavior of customers towards physical fitness services centers in Rasht.. Methodology: This paper was a descriptive survey held as field study. The population included all of the customers of physical fitness service centers in Rasht which four hundreds of them were selected by cluster sampling. The research tools were five questionnaires including demographic features, sport services quality, customer's satisfaction, customer's loyalty and repurchase intention which are validated by eight management experts and the reliability by Cronbach̓'s alpha test was α=0.96. Results: The results showed that there was significant difference between service quality based on the variables of sex, age, and the length of customer's participation in club (p≤0.05). There was also significant difference between customers loyalty based on the times they were present in clubs. Moreover, there was significant difference between repurchase intention based on the age. Conclusion: In order to achieve satisfaction, permanent loyalty and customers' coming back, the managers of physical fitness services centers can classify customers based on human traits as well as identify their expectations and requirements and offer products regard to their demands.

Objective: As society advances economically, matures culturally, and increases its knowledge, the societal demands for quality service increase. Therefore, performance of sport organizations is measured by both efficiency (resource utilization) and effectiveness (customer satisfaction) in terms of service quality delivery for sport customers. The purpose of this research was to determine relationship between service quality and participants’ satisfaction in health stations of Tehran parks. Methodology: The present study is descriptive.For data collection, field study and questionnaire were used. The population included the participants in sport programs of parks’ health stations in district 6 of Tehran municipality. 210 of the population were randomly selected. Results: The results showed that there was no significant relationship between demographic variable with overall satisfaction but there was a significant relationship between frequencies of week at health station with overall satisfaction. Conclusion: Service quality dimensions in this research influenced on results quality and results quality affected overall satisfaction. In fact, result quality as process variable and mediator between service quality and overall satisfaction should be considered in sport.

AbstractObjective: National sport development demands collaboration and support of stakeholders involved in national sport so that sport development programs conduct by these stakeholders. But to carry out the programs, organizations deal with a challenge of organizational legitimacy. Therefore this study intends to design model for providing stakeholders’ interests of Ministry of Sports and Youth emphasizing on organizational legitimacy.Methodology: The Research method was corelational research. For data gathering, literature review, structured interview and questionnaire were used. In the interview session, the conceptual model, the variables and the their relationships among were discussed with 22 managers and experts. Sampling method was stratified. Two groups of stakeholders as primary (national sport federations) and secondary (private sectors involved in sport) were chosen. The research instrument was a questionnaire with optimal validity and reliability values. Structural equation modeling was used for model designing.Results: Research findings showed that stakeholders’ capability of management (=ß 0/80, p =0/001), adaptive culture (=ß 0/32, p =0/001) and organic structure (=ß 0/29, p =0/001) significantly influenced provision of stakeholders’ interests. Also, adaptive culture (=ß 0/46, p =0/001) and organic structure (=ß0/33, p=0/001) significantly affected stakeholders’ capability of management. In addition, Influence of provision of stakeholders’ interests (=ß 0/59, p =0/001) on organizational legitimacy was significant.Conclusion: Based on structural equation model, contextual factors (adaptive culture, organic structure) did not have a direct and positive effect on the provision of stakeholder interests. Thus, the final research model can offer useful understanding about the influnce of research variables for stakeholders.Keywords: Stakeholder management, Stakeholders’ capability of management, Adaptive culture, Organic structure, National sport development.
