Objective: purpose of this study was identification and analysis of motivational indicators for sport expenditures (time and money).Methodology: The research method was descriptive, analytical and a combination of quantitative (questionnaire) and qualitative methods (Semi-structured interview) and was completely practical. The statistical population was 156 people consist of the sports science professors in the state universities, Azad and Payam Noor, managers, assistants, experts in the General Directorate of Sports and Youth and also the General Department of Education, Sports and Youth of Urmia and finally physical education expert’s teachers. The statistical sample was also estimated based on the total number and non-random method. The validity of the researcher's questionnaire was confirmed by 10 professors of the central research center. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was an acceptable value of 0/84. The data were analyzed with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov (KS) test, factor analysis test and one-sample t-test, and finally with the Friedman and Chi-2 test.Results: The findings of the research showed that the most important influencing indicators in the sport expenditures was intra-personal factors (mental-attitude, health, cognitive-knowledge and planning-targeting factors) and extra-personal factors (social-cultural, economic factors, facilities and equipment, legal and finally media and advertising).Conclusion: The consequence of paying attention to intrapersonal and intrapersonal factors, will including: increases health, creates an active and healthy lifestyle, returns investment and reduces the cost of treatment and finally develops citizens' sports participation.

Objective: Improving the brand of human resource and the organizational image resulting, will shape the committed employees. The brand and reputation of human resource are among the main factors in shaping the competitive advantages. The researcher has tried to develop a human resources management model in Northwest sports facilities.Methodology: The study is an applied and descriptive research. The statistical society consists of all managers and staff of sports places(halls, sport complexes, swimming pools, stadiums and etc.) across the cities of East Azerbaijan, West Azerbaijan and Ardabil, which are 1267 people, according to the inquiry from the relevant support from the sports and youth organization of these provinces and physical education assistance of the Northwest of country. The sampling method of this research was randomized, categorical and the sample was determined 350 according to the Morgan table. In this research, a path analytic method was used to establish the model and review it. According to this analysis, a complied pattern was developed based on experimental data. All analyzes were performed using SPSS22 software. Structural equations were used for modeling.Results: According to the results of the research, the following policies and actions affect the formation of human resource branding. The proposed value of employment, brand communication, brand of staff, organization brand and products brand.Conclusion: The managers of the sport facilities have to pay attention to the human resource brand management and its components.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of culture in preventing betting in sport.Methodology: The research method was analytical descriptive which was performed by field study method and practical for the purpose. The statistical population of the study consisted of experts related to the fields of culture and sport (faculty members and Ph.D. students in social sciences, education, culture, sociology, psychology, sports science, and religious sciences). A total of 217 individuals were selected as research sample Available sampling method was selected. Research measurement instrument was including a self-made questionnaire which its face validity and content validity with exact considering of study literature and asking experts and authorities on the topic. In edition questionnaire reliability was measured by the Cranach’s alpha (α =0.94). Following methods were used for data analysis. Descriptive statistics methods including average and standard deviation, inferential statistics method including the Pearson correlation coefficient and exploration factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.Results: The research findings showed that the most important roles of culture in preventing betting included fundamental values (0.90), socialization and behavioral control (0.89), identity (0.86), creation Change (0.82), motivational factors and factors (0.78) and social stability (0.67).Conclusion: According to research findings, it can be concluded that having a rich culture and developing it at all levels of society can be used to prevent betting in sport.

Objective: The aim of this study is to evaluate the professional competence of Urmia physical education teachers based on current and desired condition. Methodology: The study is a descriptive-correlational study and sample which are randomly selected consists of 175 male and female physical education teachers in elementary, middle and secondary schools of Urmia city. The research tool was structured questionnaire with appropriate validity and reliability (0.96). Results: The results of data analysis using paired t-test showed that there is difference among the management component, leadership component, learning environment component, monitoring and evaluation component, planning and professional development component in current condition and desired condition. In the legal responsibilities component, the significant difference was not observed between current and desired condition. In the teaching component, teachers had the necessary skill (P<0.05). Conclusion: The results suggest some differences in current and desired condition of professional competence of Urmia physical education teachers. It is recommended that the authorities reduce these differences using effective methods of training such as in-service courses and workshops.

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the antecedents and outcomes of the psychological empowerment of staff in the youth and sport offices based on structural equation modeling (SEM).Methodology: The statistical population included all staff of youth and sport offices in the north-west provinces of Iran (N=588) and 250 people were selected as the study sample based on Cochran's formula. Research data was gathered using Spritzer’s psychological empowerment questionnaire (1997), SeyedJavadein’s organizational trust questionnaire (2009), Brayfield and Rothe's job satisfaction questionnaire (1951), Moody’s organizational commitment questionnaire (1979), Bardenz and Metzcas’s leadership style questionnaire (2000), and NanchiOn’s organizational culture questionnaire (1998). The reliability of the questionnaires was approved using Cronbach alpha coefficient. Pearson correlation and structuralequation modeling were used to analysis data.Results: Research findings indicated that the organizational trust, culture and leadership were considered as antecedents and job satisfaction and organizational commitment were identified as outcomes of the psychological empowerment. The strongest correlation was observed between leadership and culture, and the weakest correlation was observed between culture and empowerment (p<0.050). The psychological empowerment was correlated positively with job satisfaction and organizational commitment (p<0.050).Conclusion: It is concluded that leadership, culture and trust can improve the staff’s empowerment perception. Furthermore, the empowerment can promote the staff’s organizational commitment and their job satisfaction as well. Therefore, people with high degree of perception toward organizational leadership, culture and trust show more high level of empowerment in their workplace.

AbstractObjective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the most influential indicators on development of sport tourism marketing west Azerbaijan province.Methodology: This is a descriptive- analytical study. The statistical population consists of sport expert members of Cultural Heritage and Tourism organization (n=24) and sport expert members of physical education (n=50) that work in west Azerbaijan province. Research tools were marketing indicators Questionnaire of Bidokhti and Nazari (2009) with reliability of (α= 0. 82) Which is based on five Lickert scale. Its validity was confirmed by means of sport management experts’ view. Also, the data were analyzed by one sample T-Test and Friedman at the level of p≤0.05.Results: The results showed that all of the indicator including modification of country’s massive investment, development of infrastructures, attention to tourism attractions, promotion activities and regulating guidelines based on distribution of attractions are the influential in development of sport tourism marketing in west Azerbaijan province.Conclusion: Developing suitable infrastructure development, promotion activities, distribution of attractions in all areas of this province instead of a specific area, paying attention to sport tourism attractions, and modification of the country’s massive investment in the field of sport tourism are respectively the procceding which of west Azerbaijan province.Keywords: Tourism attractions, Sport tourism, Sports tourism marketing.
