AbstractThe purpose of the current research was to design an entrepreneurship development model in the sports and youth departments of the northwest of the country. This research is descriptive-correlation and applied in terms of purpose, which was carried out in the field in 1402. The statistical population includes; There were coaches, referees and senior managers, deputy directors of sports and youth department, managers of private clubs, heads of sports teams. In this section, the formula for determining the sample size was used in stratified random sampling (n=217 people). The data collection tool was the questionnaire of Melai Kohi et al. (1402) with 118 questions. Reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which was equal to 0.85 and confirmed. To analyze the data, one-variable statistical tests, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were used through SPSS and SmartPLS statistical software. The findings showed that the model of entrepreneurship development in general administrations of sports and youth is suitable and all the numbers and parameters of the model have acceptable t values and factor loading and were significant at a significance level of less than 0.05. It is concluded that the entrepreneurship development model in sports organizations can be used as a practical and effective tool to increase competitiveness, entrepreneurship training, human resource empowerment, formulation of entrepreneurship strategies, development of entrepreneurship culture and attraction of financial and human resources.

Active cities are a source of investment in the development of more environmental, social, economic and human capital. It is a city based on the model of Strauss and Corbin. The collection of information in the qualitative section was through library study and semi-structured interviews. A statistical sample with a sufficient number based on theoretical saturation (22 people) which was polled by snowball method that raw data of 1290, 324 open coding and selective coding were obtained. The results were given to the experts. The results showed that the difference between the deviations of the second and third round criteria was less than 1, which can be concluded that these categories were accepted as the final indicators of the research and the final paradigm model was drawn. In general, given the current situation in the country and the lack of sufficient motivation to achieve an active city, it is suggested that urban management should make more efforts in the direction of its flexibility and expand the Yaz system. , Low hierarchy, facilitating laws, transparency of accountability, social media, participation space, and focus on creating active cities can lead to social justice in society and create space for participation of public institutions and organizations to develop public sports. .

Objective: Nowadaysone of the most common strategies that have been developed by organizations is to execute loyalty programs to retain customers. Therefore, the research purpose is to examine what kind of attitudinal or behavioral loyalty has more predictability for the spectator's purchase behavior. Methodology: Due to lack of access to databases related to all the Tractor Sazi'sspectator information, the spectators who came to the Yadegar-e-Emam Tabriz stadium to watch team’s match were considered as convenience sample. The research method was applied based on purpose and correlative based on data collection. The correlation test and regression test were used as statistical methods. Data was collected by two questionnaires including Mahony’s loyalty questionnaire (2000) and Kim’s Purchase Behavior questionnaire (2008). Data was analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The results demonstrated the significant positive relationship between attitudinal and behavioral loyalty with purchase behavior of spectators. Also, the attitudinal loyalty component had more predictability than behavioral loyalty to predict purchase behavior of spectators. Conclusion: Because the attitudinal loyalty size was more than behavioral loyalty size, club managers must make situation easier for spectators to attend the stadium and to access easily to club information and events. Consequently, the potential loyalty or attitudinal loyalty of spectators turns to a behavioral loyalty or loyalty in action. Finally it leads to purchase behavior resulting in organizational benefit and meeting customers’ needs.

Reliability of the questionnaires was high; Cronbach's alpha value for MBI, Sources of Job Burnout , and Coping Strategies of Job Burnout were 0.78, 0.85, and 0.89 respectively. Data were analyzed with one-sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov , ANOVA test and factor analysis test at the significance level of P≤0.05. Results: The results indicated that there was not a significant difference between job burnout levels of personnel of youth and sport general offices in variant provinces.
