Aim: The purpose of pf this study was to design the participation model for Afghanistani refugees in sport. Methodology: This was qualitative research, and grounded theory was used considering the research nature. In this research, Subjects were chosen by using purposive and snowball sampling methods and a homogenous approach considering maximum diversity at the same time. Accordingly, 18 Afghan athletes, coaches, and sports experts were chosen as samples. To analyze qualitative data, latent content analysis was employed. The interview was conducted as a data collecting tool. After implementation, coding was performed within three steps, including open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. Findings: After identifying and classifying the primary codes, 73 subcategories and 27 core categories were obtained. Some categories such as acceptance in community and health status were placed in the causal class. Lifestyle and management situation were assigned to the contextual class, and socioeconomic factors were placed in intervening class. Attitude change and rule modification were assigned to strategies. Some categories such as social capital and cultural development were classified as consequences. Conclusion: it seems that the development path of sport participation of refugees is subject to the law so that if law and rules are modified and limitations are reduced there will be more access to sports spaces and communities. In this case, refugees will feel free in choosing the type and method of physical activity, and participation development will be facilitated.

Objective: The aim of this study was to design a performance management model for the Iranian Ski Federation by combining BSC and ISM approaches.Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and research data were collected in a field and in a mixed manner (qualitative and quantitative). The statistical population in the quantitative section, the officials of the federation and the provincial ski delegations were equal to 82 people and in the qualitative section were 18 experts. Due to the limited number of members, the community became equal to the sample. The research tool in the qualitative part was an interview and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 10 professors of sports management at the university and the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test (α = 0.96). ISM and BSC methods were used to design the model. Results: The results showed that there are 12 dimensions and 40 components for the development of ski management performance management and the dimensions were placed in seven levels and four perspectives of growth and learning, internal processes, customer and financial. Conclusion: It can be said that the development of training courses and motivational measures will facilitate the achievement of other dimensions of ski performance management.

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of sense of brand community on attendance and media consumption among football Pro-League spectators through the mediator role of perceived risk. Methodology: The target population included football spectators of the sixteenth season of IRAN Pro-League, such that 365 people were selected through random- available sampling as the samples of this study. Sense of brand community was measured by Hedland’s questionnaire (2011) , with the reliability (α=.96), and, consequently, attendance, media consumption and perceived risk were measured by the researcher-made questionnaires (α=.70, α=.82, and α=.91, respectively). furthermore, the questionnaire’s face validity was investigated according to some field-specialist sport management scholars. Structural Equation Modeling was used to analyze the data. Results: The results showed that sense of brand community has a positive and significant effect on attendance in stadium and sport media consumption, and it has negative and significant effects on perceived risk. In addition, the perceived risk has a negative and significant effect on attendance in stadium, and has it positive and significant effect on sport media consumption. Furthermore, indirect results showed that perceived risk acted as a mediator between the sense of brand community and attendance in stadium. Conclusion: To increase spectators’ attendance in stadium it is essential to reinforce the fan community and consider the factors that increase perceived risks.

Objective: The main purpose of this research was designing the structural model of human resource management policies and organizational performance in Ministry of Sport and Youth. Methodology: Research method was Descriptive and correlation type. The target population was 466 experts of Ministry of Youth and Sport. Using krejcie- Morgan table, the sample size was determined 214. However, due to need of adequate statistical method, 320 questionnaires were distributed. From returned questionnaire (312), 294 questionnaires were suitable that considered as sample size. The research instruments included basic demographic information, human resource management policies questionnaire, organizational efficiency (Pinprayong & Siengtai, 2012) and organizational effectiveness (Hsu, 2002). To identify the dimensions of variables, factor load and construct validity, confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis was used with varimax rotation. Data analysis was done by test sampling adequacy (KMO) and Bartlett, Pearson correlation, regression, factor analysis, path analysis and structural equation modeling techniques with using SPSS and LISREL software. Results: Exploratory factor analysis identified five dimensions for Human Resource Management policies and tow dimensions for organizational performance that explained 61 and 44 percent of total variance. Multiple regression coefficients between human resource management policies and organizational performance were significant at % 99 confidence level. Human resource management policies predicted 51 percent of variance of organizational performance. The proposed research model had good fit in target population. Path analysis showed that coefficient effect of human resource management policies on organizational performance was %61. Conclusion: According the results, human resource management policies and its dimensions could explain organizational effectiveness and efficiency and should be applied in policy - making by managers.
