AbstractThe purpose of the current research was to design an entrepreneurship development model in the sports and youth departments of the northwest of the country. This research is descriptive-correlation and applied in terms of purpose, which was carried out in the field in 1402. The statistical population includes; There were coaches, referees and senior managers, deputy directors of sports and youth department, managers of private clubs, heads of sports teams. In this section, the formula for determining the sample size was used in stratified random sampling (n=217 people). The data collection tool was the questionnaire of Melai Kohi et al. (1402) with 118 questions. Reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which was equal to 0.85 and confirmed. To analyze the data, one-variable statistical tests, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were used through SPSS and SmartPLS statistical software. The findings showed that the model of entrepreneurship development in general administrations of sports and youth is suitable and all the numbers and parameters of the model have acceptable t values and factor loading and were significant at a significance level of less than 0.05. It is concluded that the entrepreneurship development model in sports organizations can be used as a practical and effective tool to increase competitiveness, entrepreneurship training, human resource empowerment, formulation of entrepreneurship strategies, development of entrepreneurship culture and attraction of financial and human resources.

The statistical society of the research was all employees of Ministry of Sport and Youth. The sample volume was estimated 370 people and the sampling method was simple stochastic. Questionnaire was used in order to collect the data and in order to analyze the findings, structural equation modeling was applied. Results: Analysis of the findings showed that in one case independent variables influence the strategic plans and in other cases, these factors reduce political behavior. It was also found that political behavior had a negative impact on the effectiveness of strategic plans. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this research, the effectiveness of strategic plans is influenced by political behaviors, the discretion of managers, and the level of strategic control.

Objectives: purpose of the this study was to map the relationship between good governance and the general trust of the staff of the Municipal Sports Organization, considering the variables of the mediator of silence and organizational vocal.Methodology: The research method was descriptive-analytic and correlation. The statistical population of the study was employees of the Municipal Sports Organization. Morgan table was used to estimate the sample size. The sample size was 317 and the random sampling method was simple. To collect the data, we used the good governance scale of Moghimi, Ardakani(2011), Nargesyan et al, Public trust(1394), organizational silence, Vakola & Bouradas(2005), Hammas organizational voice(2012).Results: The results showed that good governance had a negative and adverse effect on silence and silence had a negative and adverse effect on employees 'public trust and also had a positive and significant effect on employees' public trust. In addition, the research model on the relationship between good governance and general confidence of the staff of the municipality sports organization with regard to the mediating role of silence and organizational sound, has a good fit. Conclusion: director, with the provocation of the organizational voice of the staff, understands their needs and, in the event of accountability and problem solving, automatically eliminates the collective problems and demands of the employees who are silently organized, due to the elimination of problems and ambiguities, even with their silence has not changed, their public confidence will increase and the negative impact of their silence on their public confidence will be eliminated.

Objective: The purpose of study was influence of emotion on game satisfaction and revisit intention in winning and losing situations among football fans. Methodology: This research is a descriptive-correlational one in terms of purpose and method. The study population consisted of Persepolis and Esteghlal Tehran football teams in the 99-98 season. The sample size was estimated based on SPSS Sample Power software for each team equal to 277 people (554 people). Sampling method was available after leaving the stadium (Tehran Azadi Stadium). Structural equation modeling and Kai-square test were used to test the model. Results: Based on the Kai-Square test results, it was found that the structural relationships of win-lose situations differ in the relationship between emotions on game satisfaction and intention to return. On this basis, it can be said that win and lose situations modulate the effect of emotions on game satisfaction and return intention. Based on the results of the structural model, it was found that the effect of negative emotions on game satisfaction in the losing position (Beta coefficient=-0.676) was greater than the win position (Beta coefficient=-0/406), and the effect of positive emotions on game satisfaction in the losing position (Beta coefficient=0.145) was less than the win position (Beta coefficient=0/203), the effect of satisfaction The game of Revisit Intention in the losing position (Beta coefficient=0/460) was less than the win situation (Beta coefficient=0.720). Conclusion: Therefore, sports clubs need to enhance the emotional and emotional state of sports fans during the game by using increased subsidiary services to better promote sporting events.

Objective: The purpose of this research was to design a model for selecting the members of the sports federation.Methodology: The present research is in terms of the applied objective, in terms of methodology (qualitative-quantitative), which first qualitative method and then a quantitative method were implemented. The statistical population of this research was qualitative stage, including 15 heads of departments and vice chairmen of sports federations and university professors. In this research, snowball sampling method was used. The data were collected through a semi-structured interview and continued until the interviews reached theoretical saturation stage. Using the Morgan table formula, the sample size was estimated to be 221. Three coding steps were implemented in this study. In this research, the selection of board members of sports federations was considered as the main categories, and the rest of the variables were rooted around it. a researcher-made questionnaire was developed based on the main categories and sub categories. The face validity and content of the questionnaire were confirmed after point and comments of 15 experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was also reported through Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.72.Results: 13 categories and 36 sub categories were obtained after the coding process, which after analysis fell into 4 categories and 16 subtypes. Among these categories, the political index ranked first and the economic index ranked the last. Conclusion: Managers may have to use influential individuals in the government to have more influence and authority in order to have more influence and authority.
