Objective: the present study aims at investigating the effect of national volleyball leagues on the host society’s support with the moderating role of traffic problems. Methodology: the study was carried out based on a descriptive research of correlation type. The study’s population included the spectators of the national volleyball leagues’ games during 2019.A total of, 456 questionnaires were collected and analyzed. To assess the effect of this event on the society’s support, a self-adminisrated questionnaire was utilized. After verifying the face and content validity of the questionnaires, the reliability of its variables was estimated in a pilot study using Cronbach’s alpha method and a coefficient equal to 0.7 was attained. PLS software was employed for investigating the study’s model. Results: the results indicated that the economic, psychic income, political and socio-cultural factors have positive impacts on the host society’s support; and, the traffic problems were found having negative effects on the host’s supports. However, no association was evidenced for bioenvironmental factors on the effects of the event on the host society’s support. Moreover, traffic problems, as moderators, have only negative effects on the relationship between psychic income of the event and the host society’s support. Conclusion: Since Iran will participate in these competitions continuously for up to seven years, it is possible to reduce the negative effects and emphasize the positive factors of this event, to provide the conditions for the community to benefit from these effects.

Methodology: In this study has been used cross– impact analysis, and scenario-base planning have offered flexible and Comprehensive planning combination in proposing new style in foresight of sports development. Among used innovations, employing of Micmac and Scenario wizard software to cross– impact analysis and creating scenario carts can be mentioned. Results: In order to realize the research goals based on drawing the stable guideline of elite sports, first, by monitoring the literature and by using Panel of experts, proceeding forces having an impact on developing championship sports have been derivated. Then. After verification of their validity and durability by experts, in ponded sessions applying structured analysis matrix other has been assessed. Finally, using two key factors, with properties like having impact and uncertainlyEffectiveness and impact, the scenario logic is designed and finds scenarios is represented. The result of analyzing factor, derivation of two key factors including backing up of financial supporters and scenarios called "sprint", “relay race”, “high jumping” and “water pit”, than alternative position of them was determined. Conclusion: Finally, regarding the scenarios extracted, it is suggested that in the current chaotic and competitive situation, Youth and Sports General Directorate of Khorasan Razavi make long term plans and focus on foresight patterns. Besides, it should be conscious about the likelihood of each scenario by thorough and continuous environmental scanning and capture a comprehensive knowledge of the future by investigating and evaluating each of its strategies in case of happening each scenario and if necessary, it should formulate and replace new strategies

Objective: The purpose of study was to identify the effective factors on Mazandaran spectators’ attendance in volleyball league. Methodology: According to data collection, it was a descriptive survey. The statistical population included all the spectators in 2012-13 season of the men's volleyball premier league in competitions between Kaleh volleyball team with Saipa volleyball team, Matin Varamin volleyball team and Peykan volleyball team. There were 361 (persons) selected as the sample size based on Morgan’s table. Data collection tool was a 26-items structured questionnaire including the effective factors on spectators’ attendance in terms of economics, attractiveness of the game, priorities of spectators, and facilities. Validity was confirmed by nine physical education experts and reliability was measured using Cronbach's alpha (α=0.85). In this study, descriptive statistics was used for classifying and summarizing the findings. Moreover, the inferential statistics (t-test using the SPSS software and structural equation modeling in LISREL software) was used to analyze data. Results: According to the results of t-test, attractiveness of the game, priorities of spectators and facilities factors were significantly related to spectators’ attendance tendency. But, the economics factor does not have an impact on spectators’ attendance (p <0.05). The results of structural equation modeling showed that the facilities factor had the greatest impact among factors (factor load=0.89, t=11.95) and the attractiveness factor had the least effect (factor load=0.65, t=7.61). Conclusion: Considering the attractiveness, priorities of spectators, and facilities, as well as an accurate and comprehensive planning to improve these factors can play a big role to attract the spectators to the volleyball clubs.

Objective: This study aims to predict organizational entrepreneurship of Sports and Youth Ministry managers and experts based on emotional and cultural intelligence. Methodology: The study is practical and correlational plan. 273 managers and experts of Sport and Youth Ministry were selected as sample. Subjects completed three questionnaires of Ang’s cultural intelligence, Shering’s emotional intelligence and Marguerite Hill’s organizational entrepreneurship and their reliability were determined as 0.78, 0.87, and 0.82 respectively. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis (Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression). Results: The study results showed that there is a positive relationship between organizational entrepreneurship and emotional intelligence (r=0.30) and cultural intelligence (r=0.29). Results of stepwise regression analysis indicated that all aspects of cultural intelligence (cognitive (ß =-0.21), meta-cognitive (ß=0.17), motivation (ß=0.20) and behavioral (ß=0.18) dimensions) are good predictors of organizational entrepreneurship, while only two dimensions of emotional intelligence (self-awareness (ß =0.19), and self-management (ß=0.19)) can predict organizational entrepreneurship. Conclution: In summary, emotional and cultural intelligence affects organizational entrepreneurship; and Sports and Youth Ministry managers and experts can increase organizational entrepreneurship rate to some extends using these major types of intelligence.
