Objective: The present study aimed to design a development model for green management in sports venues and facilities based on grounded theory.
Methodology: The research was conducted using the grounded theory method. The research population included university faculty members in the fields of sports management and environmental studies, as well as senior managers of sports venues and facilities. The sampling, consisting of 15 individuals, was selected purposefully using the snowball sampling method based on the principle of theoretical saturation. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. To assess validity, four criteria were used: credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. To assess reliability, inter-subject agreement was employed, which was 0.91.
Results: The research findings indicated that attention to causal conditions, context, intervening conditions, phenomena, and strategies presented in the research model leads to significant outcomes such as cultural improvement, increased international credibility, financial improvement, infrastructure enhancement, social status improvement, and the preservation of natural resources.
Conclusion: It is recommended that the results and the model presented in the present study, which include causal conditions, context, intervening conditions, phenomena, and strategies, be used for the development of green management in sports venues and facilities across various sectors, including the formulation of laws and regulations and the management of relevant human resources.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to identifying the future drivers of professional sports clubs in Iran (Case study: Foolad Mobarakeh Sepahan club).Methodology: This research is descriptive-analytical in terms of applied goal setting strategy and its method and explanatory based on futures research methods. The statistical population of this study consisted of experts in the field of university and club. The selection of these people was purposeful and their number was equal to 20 people. In order to identify the issues affecting the future of Sepahan Club, a review of the research literature as well as interviews with experts was used, based on which 25 final components related to the future of Sepahan Cultural and Sports Club were identified.Results: According to the research findings, the four variables of club sponsors, fan presence, media coverage and club revenue generated had the most impact and the most impact in general, so because they had recorded high importance and uncertainty for themselves as The future drivers of Sepahan Cultural and Sports Club were determined.Conclusion: The study of key factors affecting the future of Sepahan club indicates the relative dominance of the club's sponsors, the presence of fans, media coverage and the club's revenue generation over other factors that seem to have the most role in the future of Sepahan club and in planning. Long-term ones need to be considered.

Objective: The purpose of conducting this study was to estimate pricesof Iranian professional football league players.Methodology: The research method was mixed exploratory designs, which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative section included managers, club coaches and experts who were familiar with the field of buying and selling players, and fourteen of them were selected by snowball method until they reached saturation point. In the quantitative section, the statistical population included all the football players present in the Iranian Persian Gulf Football Professional League during 2016-2019. The research tool of qualitative method included in-depth interviews, the reliability of which was calculated 81% through re-test method. The data needed to analyze quantitative methods were also collected from valid sites and the Iranian Football League Organization. The model was also designed through radial neural networks using software R.Results: The study results of the qualitative section showed that the player's performance, personal characteristics and abilities, club characteristics and bubble-creating factors are effective on determining the price of football players. Also, in the quantitative section, a model with two hidden layers was designed, which had the least error rate in predicting the price of players.Conclusion: In general, the design of this model will make the officials of buying and selling of football clubs aware so that they can attract talented and cost-effective players with the minimum cost and high level of reliability.

Objective: The purpose of this research is evaluating the performance of sports Selected Boardsin Isfahan province. With the help of this model, in addition to identifying efficient and inefficient boards, appropriate strategies can be developed to improve the efficiency of inefficient branches and to strengthen more effective ones. Methodology: In order to achieve the framework and model of research, combination method and field method have been used. By using the balanced scorecard model, the evaluation indices were extracted and then, using the fuzzy network analysis process, the relative importance of each index was obtained and using the fuzzy data envelopment analysis technique, the evaluations of the departments were addressed. Results: The findings suggest that the combined method used has similar results to the balanced scorecard combination and fuzzy data coverage analysis. In other words, fuzzy network analysis has been able to enhance the reliability of the results while reinforcing the past combined approach. In addition, based on the results of the Taekwondo boards, chess and dance ranking is roughly equal in the evaluation process of delegations. Conclusion: In order to evaluate the performance of sport boards in Isfahan province, it is better to use hybrid methods. The research has been identified. Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine tax evasion among professional athletes and coaches with an emphasis on cultural, technology and governmental and legal factors. Methodology: The present study is an applied research in terms of purpose and a descriptive one regarding the research method. Research information were collected by handmade questionnaire with 20 questions. The statistical sample was consisted of prominent professors in physical education and economic, managing directors of Isfahan professional sports clubs and their assistant directors, professional athletes and coaches. Accordingly, it was distributed 119 questionnaires among the statistical sample and then recollected. Cronbach’s Alpha was used for analyzing the reliability of questionnaire, and this Cronbach’s Alpha was 0.89. The questionnaire validity was confirmed by using sport management and economics’ master’s viewpoints. The research study area, the Isfahan city and statistical sample was coincided with the population. For analyzing data used of one sample t, Friedman and regression tests. Results: Findings showed that among the cultural factors, the most important factor was the weakness of tax culture. Among the technological factors, the most important factor was the technological inability to identify taxpayers, and among the governmental and legal factors, the most important factor was the imbalance between athletes’ income and tax levied on their income. Conclusion: Based on the findings, recommendations are expressed as, promoting, advertising for and informing of tax culture through radio and television, improve technological ability to identify taxpayers, and create balance between athletes’ income and tax levied on their income.

Objective: This study aims at identifying and prioritizing the performance evaluation indices of Iranian directorates of Sports and youth form the experts' viewpoints using the AHP model. Methodology: This is an analytical study and the research population is comprised of sport management professors in Tehran state universities (N=186). Considering the required number of the participants in AHP Model for decision-making, the 60 people were randomly chosen as the sample. To identify the indices, a preliminary questionnaire was developed using literature review and distributed among the participants in two steps. With regard to the comments, a questionnaire with five criteria and 26 sub-criteria was finalized and approved. Results: The participants' viewpoints were weighted using the paired comparison matrix. Results indicated that the budget (w = 0.67725) and infrastructure development (w = 0.53921) were ranked the most important indices of input and output respectively. Conclusion: Considering the findings of the study, the directorate administrators are recommended to improve the functional capacity of the organization by paying attention to optimize the use of budget especially development budget in order to develop sports infrastructures.
