The purpose of this research was to provide a framework for analyzing the capacity of digital transformation in Iraqi sports federations and to evaluate it in a case study in the football federation of this country. The research method was a combination of qualitative (thematic analysis approach) and quantitative (descriptive-analytical approach). In the qualitative section, scientific experts (university professors and technology specialists) and executives (managers and organizational specialists) who mastered the topic of the research were consulted (15 people). The qualitative sample was estimated based on reaching theoretical saturation and was sampled by judgmental method. In the quantitative part, you will also get opinions from managers and expert experts of the Iraqi Football Federation (31 people). The selected sample was based on a sufficient number for organizational strategic analysis (20 to 60 people) and 31 people were selected and sampled in a purposeful way. The research tool in the qualitative part included a semi-guided interview along with a structured library study. In the quantitative section, a questionnaire extracted from the qualitative section (43 questions on a 10-choice evaluation scale) was used. The validity of the tools and findings was confirmed in the qualitative part through the agreement between the coders and in the quantitative part through the content validity of the questionnaire (6 experts) and the Delphi panel. The method of analysis of the findings in the qualitative part included the coding approach of thematic analysis and in the quantitative part included the descriptive gap analysis approach.

Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the phenomenon of migration of elite human capital in the country's sports.Methodology: It is a qualitative research method (data base theory). The statistical population of this research includes experts, experts, professors and trainers in the field of this research. Snowball sampling method was used for in-depth interviews. The research tool was an interview that was conducted with 15 people. The validity of the research tool (interview) was examined and confirmed by the interviewees and then the expert professors, and the intra-subject agreement method was used to measure the reliability, and according to this method, the reliability value was equal to 0.81. In order to analyze the data, the data-based theory method was used.Findings: Based on the findings of the current research, the determining factors in the migration of the country's sports elites include: causal factors (weak job position in the society and inefficient management system), background factors (economic-political problems and socio-cultural problems), intervening factors (individual and environmental characteristics), strategies (improving the infrastructural condition of the country's sports and improving the social condition of the society) and finally the consequences of this research (decreasing the quality of championship sports and lack of suitable sports model in the society). These categories themselves include 18 concepts and several agents or open codes. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this research, we conclude by emphasizing the findings of the research and the identified challenges, macro policies and effective measures

Objective: This study was conducted with the aim of explaining the sociology of social development model based on sports development.Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in nature; It has been done in the form of a survey. The statistical population of the study included professors and lecturers of sports sciences, managerial and executive factors related to sports, and researchers and analysts in the field of sports development. The statistical sample of the study was a sufficient number for modeling structural equations in PLS software environment; 5 to 15 people for each item or question. Therefore, 565 people were selected as the sample. The sampling method was random. The research tool included a researcher-made questionnaire in two parts: descriptive characteristics and specialized questions. The final questionnaire was prepared in 96 items, using the Likert method and evaluating five options. Its face and content validity was confirmed by 17 experts and the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method. Results: The results showed that global developments have an impact on international sports laws (0.95), as well as international sports laws (0.62) and social trends (0.34) can affect the country's sports culture. Eventually, the country's sports culture affects the development of sports (0.96) and the development of sports on social development (0.90). Also, the fit of the model was acceptable. Conclusion: Based on the pattern explained in this study, it is concluded that social development requires the development of sport; But it is ultimately shaped by the social components that influence the development of sport. Therefore, it is suggested to emphasize the role of sport and related social components in order to achieve social development.

Objective: The aim of this study was to Relationship between time preferences and risk preferences with behavioral changes in participation in sports and physical activitiesMethodology: The method used in the present study has been a generalized sequential logit model and the maximum straightening method has been used to estimate the coefficients of the parameters of this pattern. The required information has been collected in the form of a questionnaire, that the process of distribution and collection has been through two methods of distribution with the help of cyberspace and face to face. The sample size was calculated based on the estimation obtained from Cochran's formula and finally 373 questionnaires were used as the basis for statistical analysis. STATA(16) software has been used for statistical analysis of variables and estimation of Logit pattern parameters. Results: The results showed that the economic components of risk preference and time preference have an effect on changing people's behavior to participate in physical activity and with increasing risk and time preference for individuals, increases the likelihood of their presence at higher levels of behavior change (from the Pre-contemplation stage to maintenance). Conclusion: In general, the present study and its findings can provide a new perspective and approach custodians of the development of physical activities in society to use new tools (components of behavioral economics) to achieve their goals to expand and promote physical activity and achieve health goals in the community.

The statistical population of the study is experts (experts, experts and experts in economics and sports management) in the field of sport economics. Sampling was purposeful. The research tool was interviewed. Which was made up of 14 people. The validity of the research tool (interview) was evaluated by interviewees and then by specialist professors. For internal consistency, reliability was used to measure reliability, with a reliability of 0.83. For analyzing the data, the method of analytic analysis was used. Results: Based on the findings of the semi-structured interviews, various factors affect the development of the sporting economy. These factors were classified into six main categories. Categories include: sports development, business-economic factors, business activities, legal-supportive requirements, management requirements, and hosting international events. Objective:The aim of present study was to design the organizational culture model of Iranian sports federations. To this end, various investigations were done from sport experts (five team sports federations and five individual sports federations) and the 253 employees selected for this research. Methodology: In order to collect data, Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) consisting of six factors with 24 items was used. The construct validity (NFI= 0.93, CFI= 0.92, GFI= 0.91, RMSEA= 0.062, χ2/df= 2.60) and internal reliability (r = 0.88) were good. The questionnaires were distributed among the sample. Analyses were done by Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling using SPSS and LISREL. Results: Results indicated that the most intercorrelation exists between the strategic emphases and achievement indexes (r = 0.82, p≤ 0.001). The factors of obvious characteristics (E= 1.00) and strategic emphases (E= 1.36) are the best predictors of organizational culture model in Iranian sports federations. Conclusion: In addition to the other aspects of organizational culture such as organizational leadership and employee management, we can also expect that the applied and executive fundamentals of sport achievement and effectiveness are provided by focusing on strategic emphases.
