Objective: The purpose of this paper is to provide a model of policy making impact on the development of sports tourism with the mediating role of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation.Methodology: This research is practical and it is descriptive-analytical and it has been done by survey method. The statistical population of this study was managers and sports experts, entrepreneurs and tourism agents in the Northwest of the country. The statistical sample size was estimated at 220 people. The sampling method was a probability sampling of the Multi-stage cluster type. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by structural equation modeling using SPSS and AMOS software.Results: The outcomes reveal that policy-making has a positive and significant effect on the development of sports tourism, entrepreneurial orientation, and market orientation. The Entrepreneurial tendencies have a positive and significant effect on the development of sports tourism. Also the model parameters, all are desirable and indicates the approval of the research model. Conclusion: Policy making, planning and tourism development requires identifying the motivations and demands of tourists through marketing. Entrepreneurial orientation in sports tourism authorities in order to remove obstacles to tourism and comprehensive planning can provide a variety of recreational and tourist environments for the region and the country.

Introduction: the purpose of this study was to codify strategies for sports tourism development in Ardabil province based on SWOT and QSPM model.Methodology: This research was of type field research which was done Field-based and descriptive-analytical method. The research method was of the type mixed (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical population of the study consisted of all managers and experts of the General Department of Sports and Youth (80 people) and the Tourism and Heritage Department of Ardabil province (120 people) (N = 200); the sampling was taken as a whole. The data collection tool was made in the qualitative section of the open questionnaire and interviewed by experts and in the quantitative section of the researcher's questionnaire that validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 12 sports management professors and its reliability was calculated (α = 0/93). For codify and extraction of strategies, SWOT analysis was used to rank the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Friedman Ranking Test.results: The results showed that in strengths of the subfactor "insurance of athletes' events" are of the highest importance and in the weak section of the subfactor "low utilization of experiences in the development of cross-sport and tourism" as the highest point of weakness from the viewpoint of respondents was selected and in the Opportunities section of the subfactor, "The presence of highly trained and capable guides in attracting foreign sports tourists" is of the highest importance and in the threats section of the subfactor, "the Shortage of comprehensive and coordinated program for the development of sport tourism" was selected as the highest case that threatens the tourism industry in Ardabil province.Conclusion: In order to develop sports tourism in Ardabil province, providing quality and better services to athletes, benefiting from the experiences of other cities and countries, making maximum use of experts, and developing applications and operational plans can greatly contribute to the development of tourism in Ardabil province.

Objective: In this regard, the purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the content of sport tourism researches of Iran.Methodology: The statistical population of the study consisted of all research articles in the field of sport tourism during 2005 to 2018 that were collected from the internal and external databases(Academic Jihad of Iran) and the related internal publications system.Results: The articles were fallen into three levels: macro, intermediate and micro, 5 general axes and 17 subjects; the most articles focused on the macro level and the axis of tourism development (45.45%) and the least articles on the micro and psychological level (3.78%). At the intermediate level, the two issues of employment, revenue, and quality of service were more of a concern for researchers. The findings showed that among the sports management publications, the highest number of articles (10.28%) were published in the publications of the strategic studies of sports and youth of the Ministry of Sport and among non-sports management publications, the most articles were published in the Tourism Space Quarterly (5.6%). Methodologically, most of the articles used quantitative method and a researcher made questionnaire and standard (86.36%), and descriptive and factor analysis (41.66%). Most studies are done on professors and managers and experts in education and tourism (24.24%). Regarding geographical distribution, the most articles are done with the national issue (23.48%) and the provinces of Tehran, Isfahan and Mazandaran (13.64%). Also, about 90% of the articles are attributed to the 2010s.Conclusion: The analysis of the trend of articles in the field of sport tourism shows that the main challenge of the researchers in this area is the strategic dimensions and natural and climatic factors at the macro level; and the quality of services and employment and entrepreneurship is at the intermediate level and in continue, future researches can be focused on the planning on particular areas of tourism and some sociological issues in this area.

Objective: The utilization of Guilan's indigenous-local capital and heritages is considered as an effective factor in diversifying sport tourism attractions, promoting economic prosperity and employment, and defining strategic priorities for sport tourism development.Methodology: In a applied and descriptive-analytical study, the supply of indigenous sports sports in Gilan province was identified and then the internal and external influencing factors on the development of tourism and sports were collected.By interviewing 10 sport tourism specialists and distributing the questionnaire among 132 sport and tourism professionals in Guilan and provincial sport tourists, who were selected based on purposive, convenience and snowball sampling, the most important factors were identified as strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Then, strategies were formulated into four groups of SWOT matrices using these factors and SWOT analysis. Finally, strategies were compared and ranked using paired comparisons in the AHP hierarchical analysis.Results: Geographical location, diverse natural attractions and indigenous-local ancient sports were the most important strengths for developing sports tourism in the province and lack of sport tourism infrastructure and lack of necessary cooperation between trustee organizations and local community were the most important weaknesses.Emploing and revitalizing and preserving the local capital and heritage of the local-indigenous sport tourism were the most important opportunity; and the elimination and neglect ion of cultural customs as well as the gradual degradation of natural resources were reported as the most important threats to provincial sport tourism from the statistical population perspective.Conclusion: Indigenous-Local Sport Tourism Offerings in Guilan, as a cultural and social capital have a growingfunction of introverts and extroverts at the micro and macro levels, but so far they have not been properly exploited. In order to plan and implement future programes for the sport tourism development and use these capitals, the first strategic priority is the defensive strategy in which the vulnerability removal of the study area and the use of effective strategies are emphasized.

The present study objective was to compile and investigate a Pattern of Iran Sport Tourism Security management with Grounded Theory approach.The study Methodology was qualitative based on grounded theory and systematic approach. The statistical population included experts, the professors and researchers, events organizers, security providers, athletes and spectators on sports events that Purposive Sampling used based on Theoretical approach and data collection continued until theoretical saturation and 17 semi-structured interviews were conducted. In order to analyze the data, systematic method including Open, axial, and selective three-step encodings was used.Totally 146 initial code were created, Then all the same code were placed in its own category and reduced to 19 Subcategory, Eventually, 7 main categories were created based on secondary open source codes which included Promotion of Sport Tourism Security Management, human resource management, infrastructure, physical protection, Security Management Planning, event hosting conditions and individual and organizational Consequences. In the following and through axial and selective codinf the identified categories were placed in paradigm model and the relation between them were determined. This paradigmatic model includes core phenomena, casual conditions, context conditions, meddeler conditions, strategies and consequences. So Sport Tourism Security Management Model was was compiled.According to the study findings we Can say that managers and staff of sports tourism can focus on the developing of human resources management, security management plan compilation, physical protection, infrastructures and improving hosting candidations for events to Increase sports spectators mental security and better holding of sports events.

Objective: The purpose of present study was to explore a theoretical construct and present a comprehensive theory for developing adventurous sports tourism in Ardabil province. Methodology: Research method of the study was a qualitative model using grounded theory approach. Statistical population of the study consisted elite and executive professionals of university in the field of sport management and tourism in Ardabil province. Twelve participants were selected for unstructured in-depth interview based on purposeful and snowball sampling. Interviews were conducted to lead the data to theoretical saturation utilizing 4 content analysis and interviews. Interviews were recorded by audio files and then analyzed with Nvivo10 software. Data were simultaneously analyzed applying a set of open encrypted, selection, theoretical coding and notebook report in this regard. Validity and reliability of the coding were confirmed by quality control of qualitative researches. Analysis was conducted systematically by using Tem analysis method. Results: These categories included 7 sections based on the main themes and sub-themes divisions. Some factors such as political and legal, notification and propaganda, environmental and infrastructure, economic, managerial, security, cultural and social ones considered as major categories among them. Finally, an ultimate model was delivered for each of main themes and sub-themes. Thereby, an abstract theory and construct was presented in regard to developing strategies for adventurous sports tourism. Conclusion: The findings of present study revealed appropriate strategies for incoming policy making and planning which can expedite adventurous tourism development in Ardabil province.

Objective: This paper aimed to study the Constraint factors (managerial _ Cultural _ Infrastructural) affecting sport tourism in Kurdistan province. Methodology:Comparative descriptive study that was done in the field of sport tourism. The population of the study comprised three groups The statistic sample of this study was equal to the statistic population (N=74) and included three groups: 1. Sports experts 2. Experts of the travel agencies working in the field of tourism, and 3. Experts of the Organization of Cultural Heritage and tourism. researcher-designed questionnaire was used to collect the data. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using factor analysis and also by (15 of) the experts. The stability of the subscales and the stability of the whole questionnaire (α=0.86) was confirmed using the Cronbach's alpha method. Descriptive analysis is used to analyze the collected data and Fridman, Cruscal, Wallis, and u-Man Whitney tests were used for deductive statistics. Results: In the list of managerial problems, the lack of appropriate programming is on the top, and in the list of cultural problems, weak information system and poor public relations towards the tourists are on the top. Poor transportation system is on the top of the list of infrastructural problems. Conclusion: In attention to Kurdistan province is poor areas. Results are probable. And the necessity for appropriate programming and development subtraction is apparent. Provision ground for developing sport tourism is apparent.

Objective: The main objective of this study is to do a feasibility analysis of sport tourism (sailing Rafting) at Sirvan River. Methodology: The population of the study includes rivers located at the Zagros Mountains of Kurdistan and Kermanshah provinces. This work is a case study on the main branch of Sirvan River with 43 kilometer length streaching from Palengan village to Zelte terrains. The instruments employed in this study include the map of the river with the scale of 1:50000, satellite map, the software GIS2,six-manned rafting boats at different degrees (six degrees). Then for achieving the objectives of the study, the collected data were compared with the international standards. Results: The results show that except in the first 11 kilometersin the remaining 32 kilometers river grade for rafting was between 3 and 4 in spring. And it was between two or three in Outmen. Conclusion: The results show that in the first 11 kilometers, due to lack of road, rafting was impractical. In the remaining 32 kilometers rafting was possible by canoe and kayak (one-manned, two-manned at different degrees (1 to 4). The place is useful for camping national and cube t teams. The result of this research could be used for finding talents among the natives. And an ideal place for leisure activities of those who adopt it as well as increased employment, income and conservation in the region

Objective: The first step to develop and manage sport tourism destinations is to identification and prioritization of available resources. The purpose of this study was prioritization of the sport tourism attractions on developing sport tourism in Iranian Northern provinces. 112 subjects (20 sport management experts, 92chairman, assistants and experts of universities, administrations of physical education, cultural heritage and municipalities of three provinces) were selected as the sample and answered to the questionnaire designed by the researcher. The face and content validities of this questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated in a guide survey (α=0.92). For analyzing data, Kruska Wallis, u-man- whitney, Touki and Anova tests were used in a significant level α≥0.05. Results: Findings showed that attraction of the sport competitions and events, water sports, hill climbing and nature tourism, mountain climbing and cave climbing, hiking, warm water and nature therapy, hunting, and winter sports, respectively are the most important factors in developing sport tourism in the studied provinces Conclusion: According to the research findings, it is suggested that authorities of the related organizations pay more attention to holding sport events for attracting more sport tourists and sport administrators collaborate with other relevant departments to invest more on sports attractions such as the beach sport and hiking.

Abstract Objective: The aim of this research was to investigate the relationship between sport tourism and selected dimensions of civil development from the experts and officials point of view, including: job creation, generateing income, decreasing poverty and investment in Tehran. Methodology: The research method was descriptive and survey. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. To approve the content validity of questionnaire, sport management professors’ views and to analyze the construct validity and classify the questions based on specific objectives of the study, exploratory factor analysis were used. The reliability of survey was confirmed by a pilot study and Chronbach's Alpha coefficient (r= 0.95). Statistical sample of the research was composed of 150 individuals: experts in tourism department of Cultural Heritage Organization, managers and other authorities who had participated in the Tehran sports’ event. The data were analyzed by factor analysis and inferential level methods and figured out by SPSS and LISREL softwares. Results: Results of confirmatory factor analysis showed significant relationships between sport tourism and variables: job creation, investment, and generating income and decreasing poverty. In spite of that all relations were significant, but the relationship between sport tourism and "generating income and decreasing poverty" was stronger. Conclusions: The results indicated that meanwhile sports events being held in Tehran have short term and direct advantages, they can also have some long-term and indirect advantages for the city. Therefore by planning, the sport events are not considered solely as the factor of spending considerable expenses, but also can be a profit provider factor in different aspects of urban development. Abstract Objective: The purpose of the study was to design strategies for recreational sport tourism development in Iran. Methodology: This research is analytic descriptive. The research population were 200 elites including presidents and vice presidents of national federations, the managers of Sport and Youth Ministry, some faculty members and presidents of Tourism organization. The questionnaire was formulated as the result of studying the existent status of sport tourism in Iran and the viewpoints of strategic board. Binominal test and Descriptive analysis were used for significant determination of items' importance and ranking them respectively. Results: The results demonstrated the significant importance of 11 strengths, 14 weaknesses, 8 opportunities and 10 threats in recreational sport tourism in Iran. Conclusion: Eight strategies were formulated for developing recreational sport tourism, using Strategic Board’s opinions and pair comparison of the significant items. The strategies are as follows: developing strategies for holding the national and international sport events in the regions with proper capacity for recreational sport tourism; establishing special sites for recreational sport events in various regions of the country; compiling and implementing a comprehensive system for continuous evaluation and analysis of the various kinds of recreational sport tourism's benefits for the country; introducing the recreational sport tourism industry to the society using propaganda and marketing; providing a system for introducing the recreational sport tourism attractions at the margin of the sport events; providing internet sites for introducing and marketing the recreational sport tourism attractions; compiling a comprehensive system for attraction of domestic and foreign investments in recreational sport tourism section; training the management specialists in the sections, institutes and organizations involved in sport tourism; and compiling a comprehensive system for privatization of the sport tourism based on the policies of the 44 principle. Abstract Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine whether sport management itself should design sport tourism marketing mix or should implement a pre-designed one. Methodology: The research method was descriptive and was done by a survey. The statistical sample consisted of 362 sport tourism experts and Iranian and foreign sport tourists who participated in sport events in Tehran. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire with 24 questions. The face and content validity were approved by sport management experts and construct validity was approved using Exploratory Factor Analysis method. The reliability of questionnaire was verified by Cronbach's Alpha method (α =0.775). The SPSS19 was used for descriptive statistics and exploratory factor analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) were done by LISREL 8.7. Results: The results showed that Fit Indexes of the model of sport management impact on sport tourism marketing mix were better than the model of sport tourism marketing mix impact on sport management. The Effect Coefficient of sport management on sport tourism marketing mix was 1.21. Among variables affecting sport tourism marketing mix, the factor loading of physical evidences (0.84) was more than the others. Also, the load factor of good organizing sport events (0.51) was more than the other ones affecting sport management. Conclusion: According to the results sport management itself should design and then implement the sport tourism marketing mix. Keywords: Sport Tourism, Marketing Mix, Sport Management

AbstractObjective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the most influential indicators on development of sport tourism marketing west Azerbaijan province.Methodology: This is a descriptive- analytical study. The statistical population consists of sport expert members of Cultural Heritage and Tourism organization (n=24) and sport expert members of physical education (n=50) that work in west Azerbaijan province. Research tools were marketing indicators Questionnaire of Bidokhti and Nazari (2009) with reliability of (α= 0. 82) Which is based on five Lickert scale. Its validity was confirmed by means of sport management experts’ view. AbstractObjective: The aim of this study was to investigate motivationg and deterring factors of tourism in sport events.Methodology: The research method was a descriptive and survey type. The sample of the study included 319 tourists of national football team matches. The data were collected using the Wimbledon questionnaire. The validity of this questionnaire was approved by 10 professors of Guilan university and 10 experts in tourism. It had a previously proven reliability of 86% using the Chronbach's Alpha. The research data were analyzed by Binomial tests (p≤0.05).Results: The findings indicated that socialization, entertainment and relaxation (push factors) were the most effective factors in tourists’ attendance in sport events from the tourist and fans point of view. Personal problems, financial problems and risks (deterrent factors) were the most effective factors in tourists for not attending sport events.Conclusion: It is suggested that to enhance the participation of the tourists' attendance in the sport events, their motivational factors must be identified thoroughly and also there must be a good informing system about attractions of the event, and financial costs, safety problems, and health problems must be minimized.Keywords: Sport tourism, Push factors, Deterrent factors, Sport event.
