Objective: The fans such as athletes are main customer’s sports that their motivation’s to presence in sports Competition is very important. Thus, determining the motivation’s to presence of Iranian spectators in Volleyball World League and its relationship with background, amount and renewed presence was purpose of the present study.Methodology: The research was descriptive survey. The populations were the all spectators of the Iranian national team in the game against Italy in the World Volleyball League qualifiers series (2014) were present. According to the table krejcie and Morgan were assigned 372 people of spectator’s component sample. The data’s collection tools were questionnaire motivation’s to presence (Elahi, 1391) and renewed presence (Lim, 2006) which their validity was confirmed 8 persons of sports management experts. The reliability coefficient with Cronbach's alpha was confirmed respectively 0.87 and 0.70. Binomial test, Pearson correlation, simple and multiple regressions was used to analyze the data. Results: The results showed the presence of motivations have a significant relationship only with variable willingness to renewed present and motivation's components have predictive capability willingness to renewed present (30 percent). Conclusion: According to the results of study whatever managers focus on motivation's factors spectators and it will strengthen them can be expected to increasing context and willingness to renewed spectators.

Objective: Nowadaysone of the most common strategies that have been developed by organizations is to execute loyalty programs to retain customers. Therefore, the research purpose is to examine what kind of attitudinal or behavioral loyalty has more predictability for the spectator's purchase behavior. Methodology: Due to lack of access to databases related to all the Tractor Sazi'sspectator information, the spectators who came to the Yadegar-e-Emam Tabriz stadium to watch team’s match were considered as convenience sample. The research method was applied based on purpose and correlative based on data collection. The correlation test and regression test were used as statistical methods. Data was collected by two questionnaires including Mahony’s loyalty questionnaire (2000) and Kim’s Purchase Behavior questionnaire (2008). Data was analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The results demonstrated the significant positive relationship between attitudinal and behavioral loyalty with purchase behavior of spectators. Also, the attitudinal loyalty component had more predictability than behavioral loyalty to predict purchase behavior of spectators. Conclusion: Because the attitudinal loyalty size was more than behavioral loyalty size, club managers must make situation easier for spectators to attend the stadium and to access easily to club information and events. Consequently, the potential loyalty or attitudinal loyalty of spectators turns to a behavioral loyalty or loyalty in action. Finally it leads to purchase behavior resulting in organizational benefit and meeting customers’ needs.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to identify and test the impact of nostalgia on intention to purchase of football fans. Methodology: This study was a correlation research. With regard to the number adequacy for hypothesis testing and modeling (more than 150 people), 350 fans of Ali Karimi (nostalgic character) were selected purposefully and availability in university of Kharazmi. The research instrument included Pascal and sprott’s evoked nostalgia (2002), Katherine Meyer’s familiarity with nostalgic items (2010), Routledge’s nostalgic proneness (2009), and Katherine Meyer’s intention to purchase (2010). To evoke fans’ nostalgia, a film was produced from Ali Karimi’s personal and sport life, and after identifying the content validation by experts (panel of experts) and conducting a pilot study to the film, it was showed to the fans. After watching the film, the students filled the questionnaires. Data was analyzed using the methods of descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. Results: The results were based on the conceptual model. Results showed that the level of familiarity with the nostalgic character (t=5.36 and β=0.29) and nostalgic proneness (t=8.91 and β=0.54) had a significant causal relationship with the evoked nostalgia. Also evoked nostalgia had a significant causal relationship with the fans’ intention to purchase (t=10.93 and β=0.63). Conclusion: Based on the findings, in order to endorsement of sport marketing, the characters with the image of nostalgia can be used to evoke the fans.
