Objective: The purpose of this study was to design a model for the role of sport in world peace.Methodology: In this qualitative research method, the foundation data method has been used to answer the research questions. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The statistical population of the study consisted of all experts and specialists who were familiar with the subject of peace and sports. According to the data foundation method, sampling was done theoretically. Data analysis was performed using three stages of open, axial and selective coding using version 7 of Atlas-Ti software. Results: After open coding, the categories of causal conditions included Politics, Internationalism, Education, and Economics. Underlying conditions included Organizational, Political, Socio-Cultural, and International conditions. Strategies of action included Political, Organizational, Educational, Managerial strategies and its Structural and Human Consequences were extracted. Then, in the axial and selective coding stage, the link between these categories was determined in the form of a paradigm model of the research and the final theory was formed. Conclusion: Based on the results of research on the role of sport in world peace, it can be said that a challenging path is still ahead. It seems that by emphasizing the role of Politics, International Relations, Education and constructive cooperation between national and international sports authorities and world rulers, one can hope to improve the current situation and promote world peace through sport.

Objective: The aim of this study is to provide a framework with a focus on self-financing basis for grassroots sport federations.Methodology: Qualitative research method in which to answer the research questions grounded theory method is used. Data collection methods such as interviews, observation and document review were conducted. The study population included all scholars, managers and experts formed to deal with the issue of financing. According to the method of Grounded-theory, theoretical sampling was done. Analyze data using a three-stage open coding, axial and selective using version 5.2 software Atlas.Ti was done. Results After open coding, the categories of causal conditions, underlying conditions, and consequences, financial self-sufficiency strategies based grassroots sports federations were extracted. Then in the axial and selective coding, the links between these categories were determined in a paradigmatic model study and final theory took shape. Conclusion: Based on the results, limitations on the funding of sports federations have happened under the influence of various conditions that are expected to be desirable. It seems that, using the strategies found in the model, ideal situation and consequences such as increasing access to financing channels and increasing the efficiency and cost recovery will be achieved.

Objective: In this article, it has been tried to recognize effective factors on strategy implementation in Iranian governmental sport organizations in the first step. As a second step, the effective factors were prioritized in order to do successful strategy implementation. Methodology: Research method was a descriptive survey. The statistical populations included sport management instructors and strategic management professors. By using Purposive sampling, 73 professors took part in research. The structured questionnaire was used to collect data that its validity and reliability were confirmed by factor analysis method (EFA and CFA). Freidman test (p ≤ 0.05) was used to hypothesis testing. Finding: Results showed that four external factors and six internal factors affected strategy implementation. External factors were prioritized equally. In internal factors, the first priority was finance resources and the last priority was organizational structure.

Objective: This paper first tries to identify Six Sigma deployment challenges in sports organization and then prioritizes challenges through necessary actions. Methodology: This research was a descriptive and survey research. The statistical populations were sport management and quality management professors. By using purposive sampling 50 professors participated in the research. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data that its validity and reliability was confirmed by factor analysis method (IFA & CFA). All factors except strategy were confirmed. Freidman test (p ≤ 0.05) was elected to test the hypothesis. Results: Results showed 5 6sigma deployment challenges in sport organizations. These challenges were named as leadership and management, process management, HR empowerment, teamwork, and quality management. Conclusion: The specific role of leadership and management as the most important factor to deploy 6sigma in sport organization was confirmed. In addition, senior management support, process management, HR empowerment to deploy Six Sigma, teamwork and its institutionalization in organizational culture and creating quality control circles all have important roles deploying 6sigma in sport organizations.
