Objective: The purpose of this study was to model the general perception of acceptance and willingness to pay for the success of Premier League clubs.Methodology: Which was done by correlation-survey method. 456 people were selected as statistical sample from the supporters of Esteghlal Club living in Tehran. A researcher-made questionnaire used to collect data. the content validity of which was confirmed by 19 sports experts and the construct validity of which was confirmed by the Cronbach’s alpha of 0.89. The data were analyzed by structural equations modeling in Smart PLS3 software. Results: Results revealed that trust in the policy-makers of EFC and the perception of the role-modeling of EFC footballers had(0.383),(0.366) a significant effect on the fans’ perception of personal(0.383),(0.366) and social gain(0.361),(0.275), and a significantly negative effect(-0.448),(-0.531) on their perceived risks and hazards regarding the development of the club. In addition, the fans’ perception of the role-modeling of the footballers and the personal and social gain regarding the team's success significantly affected the acceptance and willingness to pay for EFC(0.235),(0.190),(0.265). Finally, the resulting from the development of the club had a significantly negative impact(-0.278) on the acceptance and willingness to pay. Conclusion: Based on the findings, to obtain public support and acceptance, the policy-makers and managers of the league and club should improve public trust, and the club should train and maintain footballers who are role-models, because these two factors promote the public acceptance and willingness to pay for the club’s success.

Objective: The aim of this study was the exploration of influencing factors on performance management implementation in sport organizations (Physical Education and Sports Activities Office and Students Sports Federation).Methodology: This research carried out qualitatively using content analysis approach. Statistical population included scientific\executive as well as information society elites in performance managements realm. Statistical sample was sampled and interviewed adequately as well as purposefully based on theoretical saturation (14 subjects). Research instruments included a systematic library review and semi-structured exploratory interviews. Content and face validity of framework interview form from experts’ perspectives as well as programmer intra-rater reliability (86%) have been confirmed. For data analysis, three stage open, axial and selective coding and also, conceptual framing have been utilized. Results: The outcomes consisting of 50 factors in open coding which divided into 10 dimensions and four factors including organizational engineering, knowledge and psychological capital, contextual and performance management. Conclusion: An accurate and targeted implementation/execution of systems which are related to proposed patterns, in various organizational levels, require more attention and efforts from managers in this area. Objective: The aim of this study is to provide a framework with a focus on self-financing basis for grassroots sport federations.Methodology: Qualitative research method in which to answer the research questions grounded theory method is used. Data collection methods such as interviews, observation and document review were conducted. The study population included all scholars, managers and experts formed to deal with the issue of financing. According to the method of Grounded-theory, theoretical sampling was done. Analyze data using a three-stage open coding, axial and selective using version 5.2 software Atlas.Ti was done. Results After open coding, the categories of causal conditions, underlying conditions, and consequences, financial self-sufficiency strategies based grassroots sports federations were extracted. Then in the axial and selective coding, the links between these categories were determined in a paradigmatic model study and final theory took shape. Conclusion: Based on the results, limitations on the funding of sports federations have happened under the influence of various conditions that are expected to be desirable. It seems that, using the strategies found in the model, ideal situation and consequences such as increasing access to financing channels and increasing the efficiency and cost recovery will be achieved.
