Objective: The purpose of this study was to design a model for the development of social capital in the student sports volunteering activities.Methodology: The present study was conducted based on the purpose of basic research and in terms of collecting exploratory information and using the data theory of the foundation. The statistical population was all professors, experts, specialists and expert professors active in the field of sports management and active in the field of student sports in Iran. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. The collected data were analyzed using open, axial and selective coding and the final model was extracted.Results: Based on the obtained results, causal factors in the categories of students' volunteer value, leisure and entertainment, sports volunteer function and the obligation to prevent social harms; Underlying conditions in the context of facilities, economic context, structural-legal context and managerial context; Interfering factors in two dimensions of barriers and facilitators; Strategies in factors such as adaptation of urban environments and sports venues, macro policy, allocation of funds and financial resources, employment of volunteer forces, promotion and dissemination of volunteer culture, active and continuous participation of students in sporting events and finally the consequences in three individual dimensions , Social and educational are counted.Conclusion: Therefore, it can be concluded that the components of the model have variables and categories, the realization of which leads to the development of social capital in the student sports volunteering activities.

Objective: The aim of this study was to rank the barriers to strategic management in the Department of Physical Education and Health Education using a hierarchical analysis process.Methodology: The research method is developmental-applied and strategically, sequentially exploratory (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical population of the study was 27 staff managers of the Deputy of Physical Education and Health. Expert Choice paid.Results: According to the output of the system, the barriers to strategic management in the Deputy of Physical Education and Health Education were ranked as follows: human barriers 0.278, financial barriers 0.188, structural 0.96, design and planning barriers 0.90, educational barriers 0.84, environmental barriers 0.76, legal barriers 0.74, information barriers 0.74 and moral barriers 0.67.Conclusion: According to these results, the Deputy of Physical Education and Health is expected to take the necessary measures to design the system of development and empowerment of human resources, attracting funds and its proper distribution, creating appropriate infrastructure, equipment and facilities, as well as the strategic vision of managers.

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the role of sport in the realization of Islamic strategic values.Methodology: Qualitative research was conducted with hermeneutic and phenomenological approaches. Data were collected by searching Quran verses, authentic hadiths and strategic documents of the Iran's sports. Then, by theoretical sampling method depth semi-structured interview was conducted with 46 religious experts, university and sports managers an aimed at achieving theoretical saturation. Data analysis was done with Inductive and reductionism approach. The validity of the research has been confirmed in terms of plausible, defensible and trustworthiness.Results: The research findings showed that sport has a high potential in realizing Islamic strategic values in the hierarchy of world life values (Economics and livelihood, health, security) Individual (Islamic education), social (maintaining the Islamic system, dignity of Islam and Muslims, justice, reform, kindness, development) to communication with God (faith). Conclusion: Introducing the potential of sports to create value in society and the realization of Islamic strategic values, can turn it into one of the strategic phenomena for the Islamic Republic. And sport to achieve its appropriate position in the future plans of the country, such as the seventh development plan and the second step of the Revolution.

Objective: This paper aimed to study the Constraint factors (managerial _ Cultural _ Infrastructural) affecting sport tourism in Kurdistan province. Methodology:Comparative descriptive study that was done in the field of sport tourism. The population of the study comprised three groups The statistic sample of this study was equal to the statistic population (N=74) and included three groups: 1. Sports experts 2. Experts of the travel agencies working in the field of tourism, and 3. Experts of the Organization of Cultural Heritage and tourism. researcher-designed questionnaire was used to collect the data. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using factor analysis and also by (15 of) the experts. The stability of the subscales and the stability of the whole questionnaire (α=0.86) was confirmed using the Cronbach's alpha method. Descriptive analysis is used to analyze the collected data and Fridman, Cruscal, Wallis, and u-Man Whitney tests were used for deductive statistics. Results: In the list of managerial problems, the lack of appropriate programming is on the top, and in the list of cultural problems, weak information system and poor public relations towards the tourists are on the top. Poor transportation system is on the top of the list of infrastructural problems. Conclusion: In attention to Kurdistan province is poor areas. Results are probable. And the necessity for appropriate programming and development subtraction is apparent. Provision ground for developing sport tourism is apparent.

Objective: The main objective of this study is to do a feasibility analysis of sport tourism (sailing Rafting) at Sirvan River. Methodology: The population of the study includes rivers located at the Zagros Mountains of Kurdistan and Kermanshah provinces. This work is a case study on the main branch of Sirvan River with 43 kilometer length streaching from Palengan village to Zelte terrains. The instruments employed in this study include the map of the river with the scale of 1:50000, satellite map, the software GIS2,six-manned rafting boats at different degrees (six degrees). Then for achieving the objectives of the study, the collected data were compared with the international standards. Results: The results show that except in the first 11 kilometersin the remaining 32 kilometers river grade for rafting was between 3 and 4 in spring. And it was between two or three in Outmen. Conclusion: The results show that in the first 11 kilometers, due to lack of road, rafting was impractical. In the remaining 32 kilometers rafting was possible by canoe and kayak (one-manned, two-manned at different degrees (1 to 4). The place is useful for camping national and cube t teams. The result of this research could be used for finding talents among the natives. And an ideal place for leisure activities of those who adopt it as well as increased employment, income and conservation in the region
