Objective: The aim of this study was to develop a pattern of research commercialization in sport management research. Methodology: The participants were professors and Ph.D. candidates of sport management in State and Azad universities in Iran including 1050 individuals. 257 individuals were randomly selected as the sample. To accomplish the purposes of this study a survey of 50 questions was used. Sport management experts confirmed its face and content validity, which was established by factor analysis. The questionnaire reliability was established 0.763 using Cronbach's alpha. To analyse the data, descriptive and inferential statistics including Kolmogorov - Smirnoff, correlation coefficients and confirmatory factor analysis using SPSS 21 and AMOS 22 software were used. Result: The results showed that seven factors: strategies of educational and research, infrastructure, networking, personality and culture, researcher capabilities, financial and policies affect the commercialization of sport management research. Conclusion: To commercialize sport management researches, the relationship between sports organizations and sports science faculties should be spread and academic research should be done based on the needs of these organizations. Also some conditions should be provided in sports science faculties in order to add research commercialization to their culture

Magnitude of combined reliability testing and Cronbach's alpha was over 0.70 for all constructs. To analyze the data in the quality phase, Delphi method was applied in three stages. In quantitative phase, descriptive and inferential statistical methods such as Kolmogorov-Smirnov, confirmatory factor analysis, path analysis were applied with SPSS16 software and SmartPLS. Results: The results showed that the attracting factors of private sector investment were prioritized as follows: management (0.855), sport (0.821), financial and economical (0.804), marketing (0.721), media and advertising (0.655), political (0.637), support and encouragement (0.615), cultural and social (0.559) and legal (0.356) are available. AbstractObjective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational stress and performance of members in Iranian National Female's Taekwondo team at the international events.Methodology: The population of the study was 40 females from Iran national taekwondo team, teenagers, youth and adults, present in the preparatory camp preparing to participate in the international competitions in 2012. The sample of this study was chosen purposefully (n=40). To achieve the research objectives, self-made questionnaire of organizational stress was used as the investigation tool. The questionnaire validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability calculated in a pilot study with 30 subjects which turned out to be 0.87. In order to achieve the research purposes, the descriptive and inferential statistics methods such as Kolmogorov-Smirnov, multivariate regression, Pearson correlation coefficient, single-sample T-test with the help of SPSSS.V.18 software were used. Results: The findings showed that organizational stress was in a high level among Iran members of female taekwondo team (t=20.86, p≤0/05). There was an inverse significant correlation between organizational stress and performance of athletes (r=-0.732, p≤0/05). In organizational stress, the environmental (t=2.106, p≤0/05) and team (t=2.456, p≤0/05) factors could predict the performance of athletes at the international events. But the leadership (t=-0.770, p0/05) and individual (t=1.793, p0/05) factors could not predict the performance of athletes at the international events. Conclusion: Due to the high level of organizational stress and its negative impact on performance of female taekwondo players, it seems organizational stress should be recognized and controlled by authorities of the federation of Taekwondo. Keywords: Female, International events, Organizational stress, Taekwondo.
