Objective: The present study objective was developing of organizational virtue model in sport organizations.Methodology: This research is an exploratory research with qualitative nature. The research data were collected with snowball sampling and based on in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 17 university professors and experts on organizational virtue. In order to analyze the data, Grounded Theory and systematic method was used and finally, the underlying model was designed based on the classic approach of Glazer (1992). The method of Gathering information was former preceding studies and In-depth and open interview. To measure validity, transferability, and verifiability, findings were presented to the participants and their opinions were applied. The method used for reliability was intra-subject agreement, the mean of intra-subject agreement 0.82 was reported. Results: the results showed that by extrapolating the 42 resulted concepts, 13 sub concept were formed, which in the the theoretical coding stage, were divided into 4 main entries of organisational factors, individual factors, social factors and occupational factors. Conclusion: Finally, This proposed model can be used to determine the indicators of promoting organizational virtue in sports organizations.

Objective: the purpose of this study was Identifying and Verification of the Influential Factors on Establishment of "Talent Management" of Physical Education Teachers.Methodology: The research method was descriptive - correlation. The statistical population of the study included all physical education teachers. According to the research purpose, 384 people were selected in the Exploratory Factor Analysis and 345 people in the Confirmatory Factor Analysis section were selected by Stratified random sampling as a statistical sample. The required data for identifying the components and analyzing the model were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire after obtaining the validity (face, content and structure). To calculate reliability Cronbach’s alpha was used (α = 0.90), and to analyze the data, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation were used. Data analysis was performed using SPSS-20 Software and Lisrel software. Results: The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that 23 finalized items were classified as prerequisites for talent management in physical education teachers in 5 dimensions of "employees, organizational, managerial attitude, organizational policies and rules and talent conceptualization". Finally, examined and tested of structural equation model of the study showed that, overall indices of Structural model were in good condition, so that, the Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) is 0.90, the Comparative Fit Index (CFI) is 0.99 and the Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) was 0.07.Conclusion: The results of this research suggest that the Ministry of Education's macro-level human resources managers, while striving to establish a talent management system for physical education teachers, should provide the necessary and effective factors for deployment in order to achieve the desired outcome.

The present study objective was to compile and investigate a Pattern of Iran Sport Tourism Security management with Grounded Theory approach. The study Methodology was qualitative based on grounded theory and systematic approach. The statistical population included experts, the professors and researchers, events organizers, security providers, athletes and spectators on sports events that Purposive Sampling used based on Theoretical approach and data collection continued until theoretical saturation and 17 semi-structured interviews were conducted. In order to analyze the data, systematic method including Open, axial, and selective three-step encodings was used.Totally 146 initial code were created, Then all the same code were placed in its own category and reduced to 19 Subcategory, Eventually, 7 main categories were created based on secondary open source codes which included Promotion of Sport Tourism Security Management, human resource management, infrastructure, physical protection, Security Management Planning, event hosting conditions and individual and organizational Consequences. In the following and through axial and selective codinf the identified categories were placed in paradigm model and the relation between them were determined. This paradigmatic model includes core phenomena, casual conditions, context conditions, meddeler conditions, strategies and consequences. So Sport Tourism Security Management Model was was compiled.According to the study findings we Can say that managers and staff of sports tourism can focus on the developing of human resources management, security management plan compilation, physical protection, infrastructures and improving hosting candidations for events to Increase sports spectators mental security and better holding of sports events.
