Objective: The purpose of this research is to analyze the dominant approaches in women's sports with an emphasis on gender analysis.Methodology: The current research was qualitative research and used thematic analysis method. Therefore, 150 valid research articles were analyzed and coded based on conceptual commonality (gender approache in sport) and purposive sampling technique. The research validation method was also applied based on the presentation and feedback of the research results to the experts for its final approval.Results: Based on the theme analysis of the research data, from 11 basic themes were extracted three organizing themes including the domination of gender norms in sports, media representation of women's sports and gender discrimination in sports were identified, which were able to represent the central theme of gender dominant approaches in women's sports. Conclusion: Based on three basic themes, the change in the roles, attitudes and beliefs of the society towards women's sports can change the gender norms in sports; Quantitative and qualitative representation of women's sports in the media and social media to make appropriate objectification of women's participation; And finally, the establishment of gender equality in rights and benefits, resources, education and management can lead to a better understanding of women's sports and, as a result, create policies and strategic plans in this field.

Objective: The study investigated the factors affecting the quality of construction process of Iranian football stadiums.Methodology: The research method was descriptive-survey with an objective purpose. The statistical population includes: a)directors and experts of the company for the maintenance and development of places and sports spaces; b)contractors and engineers of sport projects; c)administrators of sport soccer provinces; and d)directors and experts of the department of resource management in the department of sports and youth of the country. Statistical samples were available sampling selected provinces of the country (N=127). It used a researcher-made questionnaire, based on the UFA manual. The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated by experts and experts, and it`s Reliability validated through Cronbach's alpha (α=0.90). Statistical methods included K-S test, Friedman test, and confirmatory factor analysisResults: In order of priority, Design factor (0.95), site and place (0.89), users(0.89), procurement strategy(0.85), equipment and installation(0.80), and structure(0.63) was effective and important. Friedman’s test also showed the same priority was based on the average rating and there significantly.Conclusion: In general, a variety of human, structural, programmatic and physical factors in terms of users, strategies, design, equipment and etc. are considered as influencing factors on the quality of stadium construction. On the one hand, the concept of quality and quality management are as a systematic approach, the factors mentioned can be considered a systematic approach as influential aspects of planning processes up to construction, also a comprehensive guide for designing and creating quality stadiums in the country.

Objective: The purpose of this study was development planing of sports Infrastructures in Guilan province based on the per capita reform approach. Methodology: The research method was descriptive-analytic. The statistical sample of this research included all sports Infrastructures in Guilan province. Descriptive data was collected using records and documents in offices and location data was collected using a GPS device. In inferential statistics, cluster analysis and K-Mean method were used in SPSS software. Results: In terms of per capita sport spaces in Guilan province, seven cities were in good condition (44%), eight cities were in moderate (50%) and one in bad (6%). In general, in per capita of sport Infrastructures, Gilan province, like other provinces of the country, faced very high deficits and had a significant difference with the standard per capita standard of the country. Conclusion: Infrastructures and sports places in the province of Gilan did not conform to the defined standards. Although the relative per capita of some regions was better than others. But sport capitation of all areas in Guilan province was less than the standard sport capitation. As a result, with approach of reformation the per capita such as this study, an effective step to address these shortcomings, and in particular the development planing of the country, could be taken.
