Abstract
Objective: This study aims to investigate the improvement of social mobility in female athletes.
Methodology: This study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. In order to investigate and identify the relationships between the components and using the DEMAT method with a rough approach, a questionnaire was designed and distributed among the sample members. Also, the statistical population in the DEMAT method with a rough approach consists of specialists and experts.
Findings: The results showed that 30 influential sub-criteria were identified and categorized into 5 main criteria (behavioral factors, gender justice, group factors, responsibility towards society, and structural factors). The results showed that if the (D-R) diagram is positive, the criterion is a causal criterion and if it is negative, it is a causal criterion. On this basis, criterion B (structural factors criterion) and criterion E (gender justice criterion) were obtained as causal criteria and criteria A (behavioral factors), criterion D (responsibility towards society), and criterion C (group factors) were obtained as causal criteria.
Conclusion: It is worth noting that the structural factors criterion with an impact degree of 11.039, followed by the gender justice criterion with a score of 10.647, had the highest impact degree, and criteria A (behavioral factors) with an impact degree of 10.285, criterion D (responsibility towards society) with an impact degree of 10.273, and criterion C (group factors) with an impact degree of 9.651 were calculated to have the highest impact degree, respectively.
