Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of identifying indicators that are effective on environmental transformational leadership in sports organizations.
Methodology: The method used was a qualitative method. The statistical population is the environmental elites and the scientific and executive sports elites of the country , who have expertise and appropriate information in this field. To determine the size of the statistical sample, a purposeful sampling technique has been used. In the current research, 15 interviews were conducted, and no new concept of data was obtained from the 11th interview onwards, despite the assurance of theoretical saturation, four more interviews were also conducted, and considering that no new concept and class of data from the interviews It was not achieved, theoretical saturation was achieved. Grounded theory method and MAXQDA software were used to analyze the data.
Findings: Based on the findings, 16 identified dimensions were framed in 6 general perspectives, which include the following: environmental incentives, sense of belonging, environmental culture, psychological empowerment, transformational leadership, environmental performance.
Suggestion: In order to achieve the environmental goals of sports organizations, it is suggested to pay attention to the methods of empowering the employees and to make the necessary efforts to create culture.
