Objective: Professional sports have become an integral part of profit-driven economic structures, with their existence rooted in sports clubs. Consequently, the development and extensive activities of professional sports are impossible without sports clubs. This study aims to qualitatively analyze the causal, contextual, and intervening factors influencing the establishment of professional volleyball club management in Iran.Methodology: This research employed a qualitative approach using grounded theory methodology. The statistical population consisted of all experts in the field of professional volleyball club management in Iran. Participants included 20 key and experts, selected through theoretical sampling. The trustworthiness and dependability of the study were established using credibility criteria across 10 indicators. Interviews continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. A set of concepts and categories were derived through open, axial, and selective coding processes.Results. The findings of this study suggest that legal and economic factors in the causal conditions section, financial and legal factors in the contextual conditions section, and investment factors in the facilitating intervening conditions section, as well as management factors in the constraining intervening conditions section, significantly impact the establishment of professional volleyball club management in Iran. Conclusion: The establishment of professional volleyball club management in Iran requires a legal framework to rationalize the conditions for the presence of privately and cooperatively owned teams, based on revenue generation from sports club activities.

Objective: The purpose of the present research was Analysis of the Effect of Quality Dimensions on the Satisfaction of the Participants in Iran's Volleyball Talent Development System. Methodology: The present study is of applied research type and in order to gather the data, a descriptive survey method was used. The sample size was 105 people including the scouts and the ones in charge of scouting who participated in the second national under-12 junior mini-volleyball championship and also the officials of the Iran Volleyball Federation. The instrument of the study was Ulrike Röger and Alfred Rütten’s questionnaire of talent development systems quality (2010), that was localized and it should be noted that the variable "satisfaction with international performance” is a constructed one. In case of the instrument validity, its content validity was confirmed by the experts of the field and the construct validity was also calculated through PLS3 software, using the structural equations model. The reliability of the model was calculated 0.84 using Cronbach’s alpha test. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics (mean and standard deviation, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Friedman’s rank test,U Mann–Whitney test and structural equations modelling by PLS3 software)were used. Results: The results of the explanation of the relationship between the quality dimensions of the system of development of talent showed that the relationship between structure variables on the process (T-value=7.3), process on results (T-value=76.73), results on satisfaction (T-value=73.23) has been meaningful. While the relationship between the structure variable on satisfaction (T-value = 1.70) and process on satisfaction (T-value = 0.85) is not meaningful. Conclusion: Ultimately, the quality model of volleyball development system is a pathway in which the structure, process and results are systematically managed and lead to satisfaction of the stakeholders.

Objective: The aim of this research was to explain and analyze the effective factors on progress of the Iran volleyball at the championship level. Methodology: The research was done using the qualitative approach and content analysis method. The required information was obtained from literature review and the interviews with experts of volleyball. The study population included managers of volleyball federation and clubs, the coaches and players of volleyball clubs and the national volleyball team players, as well as expert professors in the field of volleyball. Sampling was purposive and the 18 deep and semi-structured interviews were conducted to achieve theoretical saturation. The data was analyzed in three levels of open, axial and selective coding. Results: In the analysis of data, six factors were detected as effective factors on the progress of the Iran volleyball; strategic planning and management, efficient coaches, talent identification process, investment into youth grassroots teams, financial and material resources, training camps and friendly fixtures. Also experts stressed on financial and moral support of coaches and national champions as an important gap. Conclusion: Regarding the explained factors, financial and moral support of coaches and national champions in particular, can contribute to further progress of the Iran volleyball in addition to stabilization of the existing status. Also, the explained factors can be used as a plan and road map by other sports federations in order to faster progress.
