Objective: The main purpose of this research was to identify the mutual and dynamic effects among household sports expenses, the government's sports budget, and the economic growth of Iran's provinces.Methodology: To achieve the research goals, the Panel data Vector Autoregression (PVAR) method was employed. The study utilized the provincial data of 31 provinces of the country between 1390-1400. Data were extracted from household income expenditure surveys together with the statistical yearbooks of Iranian provinces during the specified period. Results: Firstly, economic growth is a key factor influencing the rise in household sports expenses (up to 0.9 percent) and the government sports budget (up to 4.3 percent). Secondly, enhancing the government's sports budget growth may motivate households to boost their health investments by allocating more funds to sports (up to 0.9 percent increase)Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that government and household sports expenditures are mutually reinforcing and positively impact each other. Moreover, economic growth can significantly boost both the household and government sports spending.

Objective: The aim of this research was provide a model for analyzing the development of the Iranian sports industry system.Methodology: The research method is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population included all experts in the field of sports industry management and development (managers, professors, business owners and sports market specialists). The statistical sample was estimated to be sufficient for smart pls software and were Sampling by Judgmental method (234 persons). The research tool was a questionnaire as researcher-made and excluded from the qualitative phase. Content validity of the tool by experts (20 sports management professors and sports industry managers), Reliability of Cronbach's alpha (0.88) and its construct validity through modeling (fitting indices) was evaluated and validated.Based on the variables modeling the development of the sport industry, including five levels of environment and ecosystem (international environment and national environment), actors and roles (elements of sport and governance), support and structure (resources and processes), interaction and participation (levels of participation). Sport and the areas of the sport industry) and consequence (function and sustainability) are in the sequence of sustainable development, respectively. The results showed that all dimensions of the main variables were significant and all relationships between these variables were significant.Based on the model, the development of the sports industry based on the support of the internal and external environment, playing the role of sports facilities, strategic management capabilities, resource supply and process efficiency, participation in the sports industry and development of the areas to lead to sustainable development of sport.

Objective: The aim of this study was to Relationship between time preferences and risk preferences with behavioral changes in participation in sports and physical activitiesMethodology: The method used in the present study has been a generalized sequential logit model and the maximum straightening method has been used to estimate the coefficients of the parameters of this pattern. The required information has been collected in the form of a questionnaire, that the process of distribution and collection has been through two methods of distribution with the help of cyberspace and face to face. The sample size was calculated based on the estimation obtained from Cochran's formula and finally 373 questionnaires were used as the basis for statistical analysis. STATA(16) software has been used for statistical analysis of variables and estimation of Logit pattern parameters. Results: The results showed that the economic components of risk preference and time preference have an effect on changing people's behavior to participate in physical activity and with increasing risk and time preference for individuals, increases the likelihood of their presence at higher levels of behavior change (from the Pre-contemplation stage to maintenance). Conclusion: In general, the present study and its findings can provide a new perspective and approach custodians of the development of physical activities in society to use new tools (components of behavioral economics) to achieve their goals to expand and promote physical activity and achieve health goals in the community.
