Objective: Beach Soccer has made many advances in Asia and the rest of the world, despite the fact that many years have passed since its presence in the country's football field, due to the investment of clubs and domestic talent. However, the activists of this sport have reported many problems in this sport, especially economic problems; Therefore, the aim of this study is to identify and rank the economic challenges of beach soccer clubs in Mazandaran.Methodology: This research is applied and its method is mixed. Sampling method was targeted and available. The statistical population of the study included all university elites, sports managers, coaches, referees and athletes, managers and economic experts of Mazandaran. In the first stage, economic challenges were identified by interviewing 25 people from the statistical population. In the second and third stages, the challenges identified by the Delphi group (25 people) were examined; in these two stages, factors that had at least 60% positive response remained for the next stage. In the final stage, the ranking of the identified challenges in the previous three stages was done using the Five Likert Options Questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using TAPSIS technique.Results: The results of the study showed that the lack of the right to broadcast television and the lack of interest due to the lack of coaching fees in remote villages and towns is the least effective economic challenge among the internal components in the economic challenges of the coastal football clubs of Mazandaran.Conclusion: According to the findings of the research, the provider of the television rights, the proposed strategies for the privatization of the clubs, the proposed strategy to facilitate the sponsorship of the clubs and ... strategic planning.

Objective: Crowd management has been a necessary and integral part of the management of any event due to diverse and large amount of attendees. Mismanagement of crowd might cause irreparable losses. The goal of this study was to explore the challenges of crowd management in Iran’s Premiere Football League in order to have an effective plan in this case. Methodology: The research was conducted using qualitative method with exploratory nature. Data were collected using 23 deep interviews with selective sampling and snowball technique. We employed thematic analysis to code and analyze data. Results: Results showed the existence of challenges in 57 concepts. These concepts were changed to 14 secondary concepts in second phase of coding. Finally we had 5 main category or theme in third phase of coding including structure, behavior, policy making, socio-cultural and identity of crowd management. Conclusion: Awareness of those holding football matches in Iran from challenges presented in this paper could make them to try and plan for better management of challenges. This finally will lead to an increase in satisfaction of attendees and their decision to return, increase in safety and security standards and finally social and economic benefits.To design an effective crowd management model in Premiere League, a serious and careful consideration of these results originating from deep viewpoints of experts is proposed.

Objective: The aim of this study was The Challenge of Iran's Sport development with Non Systematic Talent idification approach and elite Approach. Methodology: The reasech method was mixed type and actually is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The population in the qualitative phase includes 20 of managers, coaches and university professors who are active or acted in the get talent and elitism of sport. The quantitative section of the reasech is analytical type. In this part we rank the identified ghallenge. Given that the number of population was not statistically significant, so the maximum sample in the quantitative section 384 experts and sports trainers were selected randomly. Instruments included a six-part questionnaire objectives, structure, leadership, communications, compensation and aid mechanisms that were obtained from the qualitative analysis. These questions are classified in six sections of aims, structures, leadership, communications, compensation and aid mechanisms. Face and content validity of the questionnaire was approved by ten sports management and its reliability was calculated through Cronbach's alpha (α=0.79). After collecting the questionnaires, data are analyzed in two descriptive and inferential sectionsIncluding fridmantest by use of spss22 software. Results: The results showed that the most important challenges of the greenhouse model you will find talent and elite sport in Iran include: communication, leadership, compensation, assistance mechanisms, structure and objectives in order of priority groups.The highest mean of the communication aspect was with a mean of 4.55 and the lowest mean of the target dimension with an average of 3.82. Conclusion: Generally, it can be acknowledged nonsystematic approaches do not show the nature and reality of sport and capitalize on limited subjects, sports performance and sinusoidal vibration mode are experiencing.

Objective: A Large number of football clubs have recently employed CSR initiatives to manage their stakeholders and leverage their societal position. The main objective of this research was to identify social priority and factors that affect on social responsibility Primer of League Iran. Methodology: The sample consisted of 19 people's experts, administrators and faculty who were selected through theoretical sampling. This research was conducted as qualitative and used interview for data gathering. Data analyzed through three stages coding include open, axial and selective. Results: Findings were consist 63 labels in open coding, which categorized in 14 concepts. In following six categories of cultural-moral, economic, technical, legal, political and structural were identified related to challenges of social responsibility. Also football club's priorities including education, charity, social, sport, health, environmental and management were identified. Conclusion: According to the findings recommend, the Special committee for develop of social responsibility in Iran football league organization established then optimal strategies review and impart.
