Objective: In the present century, universities, as the mother organization in all fields, have duties beyond higher education, and in order to reduce the burden of unemployment problems, university graduates must work with the government, proper strategic management in for these purposes and the formation of fourth generation universities with their functions can remove a huge burden from the government. The aim of this study was to identify the dimensions of the acceleration of physical education faculties of public universities towards fourth generation universities. Methodology: The research method was mixed and the data collection tools were interviews and questionnaires. The statistical population included all professors of physical education in the country's public universities, which numbered 325 people. The statistical sample was selected by total number method and 218 questionnaires were returned by distributing all questionnaires. Results: Delphi results of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis showed that 12 dimensions including dimensions of scientific and social responsibility, environmental dynamics and organizational mission, reproductive growth centers, customers and competitors, information systems, industry relations, government role, structure and context, Active management and leadership, human resources, playing the role of 4th generation faculty, educational and research quality were identified. Conclusion: Therefore, the fourth generation physical education schools, according to the identified holidays, can lead to increasing wealth and creating employment for graduates.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to Identify and Prioritize the Effective Factors of Sport Diplomacy Development in Islamic Republic of Iran’s Foreign Policy.Methodology: The entire research process included two steps, The first step of research included: qualitative research (Using an interview with university professors and elites, reading articles, books and documents), The second step of the study included: quantitative research of descriptive-analytical type (using Delphi and AHP method). The Statistical Population of this Research was Including 22 Islamic Republic of Iranian Selected Sport Federation and Statistical sample was 269 Experts and Executives of 22 of Iranian Selected Sport Federation was distributed byKrejcie and Morgan (1970) Table for Determining Sample Size to SimpleRandom Sampling thatwas analyzed by using LISREL Statistical Software. Results:Results indicate that there was Impact Positive Significant the Elements of Strategic Thinking System Perspective (=β0.86), Intent Focus (=β0.91), Hypothesis Driven (=β0.87), Intelligent opportunism (=β0.92) andThinking in Time (=β0.88) on Strategical Thinking. That was Impact Positive Significant the Component Speed (=β0.92), Competency (=β0.92), Felxiability (=β0.85) and Responsiveness (=β0.85), on Organizational Agility (P>0.01).In totally that was Impact Positive Significant Strategical Thinking on Organizational Agility (=β0.86, t=17.82, P>0.01).Those Sequential Model Fitting Procedures Indicate Impacted Strategical Thinking on Organizational Agility in Selected Iranian Sports Federations. Conclusion:Therefore, by Setting Goals and Developing a Cohesive Strategically Thinking between Managers and Staffs ofSports Federations can be Identified Improving Organizational Agility in Sports Federations in the Future.
