Understanding the key factors affecting different systems in any organization can be a platform and guide for developing a roadmap and development scenarios for the future of that system. Given the importance of this issue, this study has identified and clustered the key factors affecting the future of public sports in Iran with a structural analysis approach. This research is descriptive-analytical in terms of applied goal setting strategy and its method and explanatory based on future research methods. Theoretical data were prepared by documentary method and experimental data by survey method were prepared based on Delphi method. Participants in the study were 15 experts and specialists in the field of sports organizations who were selected by purposive sampling. Structural analysis approach and Mikmak software have been used to analyze the information. The results of this study showed that the distribution of key factors affecting the future of public sports in Iran has an unstable system and among the 42 factors studied in this study, 4 factors (reference groups, indigenous games and Local, sponsors, and facilities and equipment) played the key role in the future of public sports in Iran. If the key forces and trends influencing the future of the talent management system evolve, it will be possible for public sports stations, neighborhood sports, cultural intelligence, sporting events, social acceptance, social awareness and communication, acceptance, Strengthen beliefs and attitudes, motivation and freedom of choice, while removing cultural and religious constraints.

Objective: This research aimed for investigating the facilitators for developing adventure tourism by Water Sports Approach in Khuzestan Province.Methodology: This research was the applied research and according to nature was a qualitative research that for collecting information used review the research literature and interview. For this purpose, 16 semi-structured qualitative interviews were arranged with the sports management professors and faculty members, managers of relevant sports organizations and experts in the field of sports tourism industry. Then interview data have been analyzed by using the thematic analysis method in three stages include descriptive encoding, interpretive coding and integration through inclusive content. Reliability calculated by intra-thematic agreement method and validity of research obtained by specifying the interview protocol and the main axes of interview and being free researcher to ask questions.Results: Overall 69 descriptive themes, 17 interlaced themes were produced that finally in the form of 3 comprehensive environmental, managerial, and behavioral themes explain the facilitating Factors for the development of adventure water sports tourism in Khuzestan Province.Conclusion: The facilitating factors declared in this research were three types include underlying or environmental factors, organizational or managerial, and behavioral factors that are interacting dynamically.
