Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the phenomenon of migration of elite human capital in the country's sports.Methodology: It is a qualitative research method (data base theory). The statistical population of this research includes experts, experts, professors and trainers in the field of this research. Snowball sampling method was used for in-depth interviews. The research tool was an interview that was conducted with 15 people. The validity of the research tool (interview) was examined and confirmed by the interviewees and then the expert professors, and the intra-subject agreement method was used to measure the reliability, and according to this method, the reliability value was equal to 0.81. In order to analyze the data, the data-based theory method was used.Findings: Based on the findings of the current research, the determining factors in the migration of the country's sports elites include: causal factors (weak job position in the society and inefficient management system), background factors (economic-political problems and socio-cultural problems), intervening factors (individual and environmental characteristics), strategies (improving the infrastructural condition of the country's sports and improving the social condition of the society) and finally the consequences of this research (decreasing the quality of championship sports and lack of suitable sports model in the society). These categories themselves include 18 concepts and several agents or open codes.Conclusion: Based on the findings of this research, we conclude by emphasizing the findings of the research and the identified challenges, macro policies and effective measures

Objective: Beach Soccer has made many advances in Asia and the rest of the world, despite the fact that many years have passed since its presence in the country's football field, due to the investment of clubs and domestic talent. However, the activists of this sport have reported many problems in this sport, especially economic problems; Therefore, the aim of this study is to identify and rank the economic challenges of beach soccer clubs in Mazandaran.Methodology: This research is applied and its method is mixed. Sampling method was targeted and available. The statistical population of the study included all university elites, sports managers, coaches, referees and athletes, managers and economic experts of Mazandaran. In the first stage, economic challenges were identified by interviewing 25 people from the statistical population. In the second and third stages, the challenges identified by the Delphi group (25 people) were examined; in these two stages, factors that had at least 60% positive response remained for the next stage. In the final stage, the ranking of the identified challenges in the previous three stages was done using the Five Likert Options Questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using TAPSIS technique.Results: The results of the study showed that the lack of the right to broadcast television and the lack of interest due to the lack of coaching fees in remote villages and towns is the least effective economic challenge among the internal components in the economic challenges of the coastal football clubs of Mazandaran.Conclusion: According to the findings of the research, the provider of the television rights, the proposed strategies for the privatization of the clubs, the proposed strategy to facilitate the sponsorship of the clubs and ... strategic planning.

Objective: The overall purpose of the present study is to estimate the economic value of Tehran Esteghlal Football Club based on the amount of fan support in Iran.Methodology: The present study is a descriptive-analytic one that is a part of applied research in terms of purpose. The statistical population, Esteghlal's club supporters across Iran, and the sample size were 393 according to the table of Michel and Carson. For this purpose, a questionnaire was designed to determine the willingness to pay fans of Tehran Independence Football Club nationwide for the goods and benefits produced by the club and the factors affecting their willingness to pay. Ranked probit model was used for data analysis.Results: The results show that 85.3% of the fans are willing to participate in the funding for the presence of the independence team at competitive levels and the tendency of paying for the football club to attend and win the Premier League is 77.2% and 79.2%, respectively, Cup championship and AFC Champions League matches were 78.2 percent and 84 percent, respectively, Tickets for the Independence Football Stadium from 93.9% stadium viewing and the club's product purchases are 43.1 percentConclusion: The willingness to pay has shown that the presence of the Independent Football Team in Iran's highly competitive sports has had a positive effect on their well-being, with supporters wanting to support their favorite team.

Objective: Television is the most important and influential medium in the development of different aspects of sport, and the Ninety is one of the most important, most popular, most controversial and controversial television program, bringing millions of viewers to television every week; The present study is an analysis of the cancellation of Navad program broadcast in the Iranian Premier League.Methodology: This is an Analytical research with the mixed method. The sampling method was targeted and convenient. The statistical population of the study consisted of all journalists, media managers, coaches, referees, athletes and managers of football clubs across the country. In the first stage of the research, using interviews with 25 subject of the statistical population, the factors involved in the cancellation of Navad program broadcast were identified. In the second and third stages, the identified factors were assessed by the Delphi group (n = 25). In these two stages, factors with at least 70% positive response remained for the next stage. In the final stage, the identified factors in the previous three stages were ranked using the five-point Likert scale. After collection, the data was analyzed with the TAPSIS technique.Results: The results of the study showed that the increase of misjudgment in the Premier League games is the most effective and the absence of coaches and technical staff of the Premier League teams in the substitute programs for Navad program are the most effective factors of the cancellation of Navad program broadcast on the Iranian Premier League.Conclusion: Therefore, according to the research results, it is suggested to the authorities to improve progress and transparency in the Premier League by emphasizing on prograaming and broadcasting the Navad program.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to identify the causes of corruption in Iranian football.Methodology: This research is applied and its method is mixed. Sampling method was purposeful and available. The statistical population of the study consisted of Iran's managers, coaches, players, pioneers and referees. In the first stage, factor were identified by use interviews with 17 people from the statistical population. In the second phase, the identified factors in interview, reviewed by the Delphi group (20 people) and in two stage; at this stage, factors that had at least 60% positive response remained for the next step. In the final stage, the ranking of the identified factors in two stages before was done using Likert Five-Point Questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was obtained by the sports management professors and its reliability through Cronbach's alpha (α = 0.86). For ranking the factors was used of Friedman test in format of SPSS software.Results: According to the findings of this research, the most important factors of corruption in Iranian football were respectively, the lack of collective will to fight corruption, Circulation lots of money and without plans in football, Inadequate monitoring and inappropriate control, Intervention political and mismanagement in dealing with corruption.Conclusion: Therefore, according to the results of this research, it can be said that there is no determination in the Iranian football for a fundamental struggle with corruption, and this is the reason for the lack of adequate supervision.

Objective: This study conducted to recognize the obstacles and directions of quality management implementation in Iran Sport Federations.Methodology: The method of research was mixed (qualitative & quantitative); in qualitative phase, the obstacles and direction have recognized through deep, solitary and semi structured interviews and content analysis of library studies, and in quantitative phase the identified axis’s have priorised through paired comparison questionnaires and AHP. The participants in both phases were selected by targeted and snowball sampling among heads of federations, top national sport managers and experts of sport management and interviews have been done until reached to theoretical saturation.(17 Experts)Results: The result of open and axial coding of interviews and library studies, conducted to identifieng 59 abstacles that categorized therough Axial coding to 7 overall subjects; Forthermore 63 efective solutions and intitutions also recognized and categorized in 7 overall subjects. Conclusion: The main identified subjects of obstacles orderly were organizational culture, human resources and managers, processes and innovation, society and athletic environment, management and planning, rules and organizational structure, IT and corresponding directions was SRM development system and process development and training and culture making. Like most other quality management models, identifying the needs and expectations of costumers, had highest priority in this research.

Objective: One of the functions of urban planners is to focus on the locating of infrastructure, especially sports infrastructure. In locating this type of infrastructure is necessary to considering various factors, including environmental factors. According to importance of subject has been investigated in this study for determining the appropriate directions for the development of sporting facilities and infrastructures in Tabriz city. Methodology: In this research has been used the combination model of AHP and WLC. First, with using the library studies and experts' opinions, it's been chosen the parameters necessary to locate sports facilities (distance from communication, distance from sports, land use, elevation, slope, tilt, lithology, and fault) then, with using the AHP model and expert opinions were weighed these parameters. Finally, it used the IDRISI software combines together with the WLC model. Results: The results of the study indicate that the city of Tabriz faces environmental constraints with many constraints to develop infrastructure, especially sport infrastructure. The final result of zoning also indicates that for the desired purposes, the northern areas of Tabriz city have the lowest proportion, and the marginal areas of this city have the highest proportion. Conclusions: Due to the geomorphological condition of Tabriz city it is necessary to pay attention to related parameters. In the development of infrastructure, especially sport infrastructure, the parameters of the present study should be considered in order to minimize the costs of preventing the risks of infrastructure advancement.

Objective: Sport clubs has a special significance and value for cities and provinces from economic viewpoint. Therefore, the purpose of the research was Estimated Economic Value of Nassaji Football Club of Mazandaran Province. Methodology: The study was a descriptive-analytic method which is a part of applied research in terms of the purpose. The statistical population of this study was residents of Mazandaran province and The statistical sample was also measured by Michel and Carson. The data, related to the willingness of citizens of Mazandaran province to pay for the goods and benefits produced by the Nassaji soccer team, has been collected by questionnaire. Also, the factors influencing the willingness of citizens were identified to pay for the textile soccer team. SPSS, Excel and Stata software were used to analyze the data. Results: According to the results, the average pay of annual willingness of citizens for attending Nassaji soccer team in the Premier League, championship in the Premier League, championship in the Hazfi Cup, championship in the Asian Club Championship were respectedly,15680, 13700, 11640, and 23370 Toman. Moreover, the average willingness to pay for a ticket to watch matches in the stadium and watching television from home were repeatedly 4710 and 3920 Toman. Conclusion: The willingness to pay of Mazandaran province citizens shows that attending Nassaji soccer team in the highest levels of sport competition of the country has had a positive effect on their utility and welfare, so that people would even like to sponsor their favorite team.

Abstract Objective: one of the problems that managers in sport organizations have paid less attention to is communication skills. Meanwhile, occupational positions are considerably influenced by our interpersonal relations. Approximately 90% of occupational failures occur due to individual inability to make appropriate interpersonal relations. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between communication skills and interpersonal relations of sports managers in Guilan province. Methodology: The population of this research consists of the directors of the Office sports and youth, the heads and Successors of sports and youth cities, the heads and Successors of Guilan sports staff that were 121 persons. All of the statistical samples were considered as equal to the population size and 99 questionnaires have been received. In order to collect data, two questionnaires, The Barton J.A. Communication skills questionnaire (1990) and The Siegel, Smith and Moska (2001) were used. The Validity of the Questionnaires were approved by 10 university lecturers of Sports Management and the reliability of them also were calculated by cronbach’s alpha and as 0.81 and 0.83. Data analysis was carried out by using Kolmogorov-smirnov, Pearson correlation coefficient and simple multiple regression. Results: Based on the findings of the research, there is a positive and significant relationship between the Communication skills of the managers and the interpersonal relations of the sport managers in Guilan province. The results of the multiple regression also showed that among the different aspects of the communication skills of the managers, speaking skill variable is more significant than other variables in predicting the interpersonal relations of managers. Conclusion: If managers strengthen their communication skills they will find it more possible to communicate with other people, inspire their feeling, convince them, impress them, and finally assure them .So managers can improve their performance and succession in their management scope and assure their superior managers, colleagues and subordinates by strengthening and learning these skills.
