Objective: The purpose of this study was to design the model of the Ministry of Sports and Sports Managers of Iran.Methodology: The present study is based on the purpose of fundamental research and is conducted according to exploratory data collection and using the data theory method. The data collection tool was a deep semi-structured interview. The statistical population consisted of experts responsible for the physical education of the overall education departments, managers, heads of sports federations in the country, and the physical education instructors of the students. Based on the theoretical saturation criterion, 15 people have been used by the targeted sampling method with snowball techniques. The collected data were analyzed using open, axial, and selective coding, and the final pattern was extractedResults: As a result, 172 primary concepts and 13 main concepts were obtained, which in the form of a paradigm model, including axial and causal conditions (structural, management and leadership and staff characteristics), bed or field (organizational orientation and landscape And the resources of the equipment), interventional factors (update, nonlinearity of organization and knowledge management), strategies (organizational development and processes of processes) and implications (entrepreneurship, organizational dynamics, and preservation of human resources) were presented. Conclusion: The findings of the research show that managers and sports experts use a competency framework for exercise, training, selection, and appointment

Objective: The purpose of this study was to design a model of gender equality in Iranian sports (with emphasis on championship and professional sports). Methodology: The present research method was qualitative with grounded theory approach (data theory). Data collection was done by reviewing the theoretical foundations and research backgrounds and semi-structured interviews with 11 knowledgeable experts. The statistical population included faculty members of sports science and sociology, female athletes and coaches active at the championship and professional levels, directors of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, the National Olympic Committee, sports federations, and provincial and city sports delegations. Sampling was performed theoretically and after 11 interviews, the resulting theoretical saturation and model framework were formed. The validity of this study was reviewed and confirmed by the researcher and the interviewees. In order to measure the quality of the coding, the agreement method between the two coders based on Cohen's kappa coefficient (0.79) was used. Data analysis was performed using three steps of open, axial and selective coding. Results: In the causal conditions section, 3 central categories (justice and equality, egalitarian movements, fundamental intellectual developments), background conditions, 4 central categories (regulatory approaches, cognitive approaches, normative approaches, value approaches), interventionist conditions, 6 categories Axis (injustice and discrimination, religious stagnation, sexism, flawed governance structures, historical and traditional stances, marginalization), strategies 4 central categories (structural strategies, organizational strategies, support strategies, executive strategies), and in the consequences section 3 The central category (individual consequences, organizational consequences, socio-cultural consequences) was extracted. Conclusion: Gender perspective should be removed from sports with respect to central justice and the belief in the ability of women in sports should be institutionalized. In this regard, governance, politics, laws and regulations, religion, management and education systems and the media can be the basis for this. Also, benefiting from the influence of political and religious institutions, supporting international institutions, increasing financial resources and civil struggles are all among the appropriate strategies for achieving gender equality in sports.

By this questionnaire we try with 12 variables. The statistical population is futsal beneficiaries we collected data from 185 questionnaires and analyzed by using SPSS19 and Smart PLS software.Result: The findings showed that between environmental Factors and marketing mix and strategy with marketing mix is directly related. Also the relation between environmental Factors and marketing mix in the event of existence of variable mediatory strategic was indirectly significant. Conclusion: In conclusion, we should say that according to the approved model in research of the marketing pattern of women futsal league, the marketing mix influences the strategy and also the environmental factors that indicated the consideration of these variables in a comprehensive manner. Sample size determine 210 fans and research questionnaire was distributed randomly between them. Study tool include a researcher made questionnaire which it’s validity and reliability was confirmed. In order to statistical analysis descriptive statistic and structural equation modeling was used in LISREL. Results: given to factorial weight, the most important dimension is audition dimension and after that are dimensions of taste, olfaction, vision, and haptic respectively. Conclusion: in general result show that, sensory marketing has significant effect on increasing fans of Iran’s football premier league. AbstractObjective: Nowadays, credible international leagues attempt to improve their standards to continue their progress to become proficient in next years. The aim of this research is the study of Iran's Premier League football based on professional standards AFC.Methodology: This research is a descriptive one. Base on the aim, it is functional and accomplished in field. The statistic population of this study included all Federation's managers, league organization, Club's managers, head coaches, instructors and obliging wardens (supervisors) of premier league and Iran's football experts (102 persons) that all had been selected due to the limited statistic population. In order to collect the data, a questionnaire was made by the researcher. To analyze the data using descriptive statistic methods, Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test and Binomial Test at significance level (α= 0/05) were used. Results: The results showed that in optimal position, stadium (4/0329) and in the present situation, the League organization (2/8511), had the highest average comparing to other variables The results also showed that the five components being studied in the present situation were less than mean situation and the average (number 3) and they were not at a favorable level according to AFC standard. Conclusion: The results of the research in its five components rejected its conformity to AFC’s standards. So, it is suggested that people who are in charge try to develop increasingly and achieve Iran's football goals based on international standards.

All of the statistical samples were considered as equal to the population size and 99 questionnaires have been received. In order to collect data, two questionnaires, The Barton J.A. Communication skills questionnaire (1990) and The Siegel, Smith and Moska (2001) were used. The Validity of the Questionnaires were approved by 10 university lecturers of Sports Management and the reliability of them also were calculated by cronbach’s alpha and as 0.81 and 0.83. Data analysis was carried out by using Kolmogorov-smirnov, Pearson correlation coefficient and simple multiple regression. Results: Based on the findings of the research, there is a positive and significant relationship between the Communication skills of the managers and the interpersonal relations of the sport managers in Guilan province. The results of the multiple regression also showed that among the different aspects of the communication skills of the managers, speaking skill variable is more significant than other variables in predicting the interpersonal relations of managers.
