Objective: To identify and prioritize the financial corruption indicators of Iran's Sport organizations using hierarchical analysis approach. Methodology: The research method was exploratory (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical population of this study was all faculty members of sport management in the country and were selected by snowball sampling. Results: In the qualitative part, 9 indicators were extracted and their priorities were determined in quantitative part. The findings showed that the lack of transparency with a relative weight of 0/158, the weakness of the rules and regulations of 0/137, media, 0/132, systemic thinking, 0/129, betting 0/119, government 0/118, cultural factors 0/092, doping 0/063 and index of monopolism with a relative weight of 0/052, were considered as indicators of financial corruption in the country's sport from the perspective of experts. Conclusion: In general, sports organizations should focus on transparency, as this will reduce other corruption indicators in sports organizations. In addition, the prompt and clear implementation of laws and regulations towards individuals or organizations will lead to reduction of corruption. In this regard, media play key role and should do its best to make the society informed and aware of personal and organized corruption besides helping to avoid and reduce corruptions.

Objective: The main purpose of this research was designing the structural model of human resource management policies and organizational performance in Ministry of Sport and Youth. Methodology: Research method was Descriptive and correlation type. The target population was 466 experts of Ministry of Youth and Sport. Using krejcie- Morgan table, the sample size was determined 214. However, due to need of adequate statistical method, 320 questionnaires were distributed. From returned questionnaire (312), 294 questionnaires were suitable that considered as sample size. The research instruments included basic demographic information, human resource management policies questionnaire, organizational efficiency (Pinprayong & Siengtai, 2012) and organizational effectiveness (Hsu, 2002). To identify the dimensions of variables, factor load and construct validity, confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis was used with varimax rotation. Data analysis was done by test sampling adequacy (KMO) and Bartlett, Pearson correlation, regression, factor analysis, path analysis and structural equation modeling techniques with using SPSS and LISREL software. Results: Exploratory factor analysis identified five dimensions for Human Resource Management policies and tow dimensions for organizational performance that explained 61 and 44 percent of total variance. Multiple regression coefficients between human resource management policies and organizational performance were significant at % 99 confidence level. Human resource management policies predicted 51 percent of variance of organizational performance. The proposed research model had good fit in target population. Path analysis showed that coefficient effect of human resource management policies on organizational performance was %61. Conclusion: According the results, human resource management policies and its dimensions could explain organizational effectiveness and efficiency and should be applied in policy - making by managers.

Objective:The aim of present study was to design the organizational culture model of Iranian sports federations. To this end, various investigations were done from sport experts (five team sports federations and five individual sports federations) and the 253 employees selected for this research. Methodology: In order to collect data, Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) consisting of six factors with 24 items was used. The construct validity (NFI= 0.93, CFI= 0.92, GFI= 0.91, RMSEA= 0.062, χ2/df= 2.60) and internal reliability (r = 0.88) were good. The questionnaires were distributed among the sample. Analyses were done by Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling using SPSS and LISREL. Results: Results indicated that the most intercorrelation exists between the strategic emphases and achievement indexes (r = 0.82, p≤ 0.001). The factors of obvious characteristics (E= 1.00) and strategic emphases (E= 1.36) are the best predictors of organizational culture model in Iranian sports federations. Conclusion: In addition to the other aspects of organizational culture such as organizational leadership and employee management, we can also expect that the applied and executive fundamentals of sport achievement and effectiveness are provided by focusing on strategic emphases.
