Objective: The purpose of this study was applied analysis of coastal lifeguard management system and services in Guilan province.
Methodology: The research method is a strategy study based on a descriptive-survey method. The statistical population included managers and organizational experts, coaches and lifeguards in Guilan province. A statistical sample of 76 people (targeted) was selected and polled. The main research tool was a questionnaire extracted from the qualitative section. The validity of the tools was first confirmed based on the legal and scientific validity of information and human resources, content validity (9 people) and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient (evaluation: 0.88, challenge: 0.85, solution: 0.91). The analysis method included descriptive statistics in SPSS software.
Findings: Defined analysis framework including components and approaches of evaluation, challenges and solutions by eight perspectives of employment and training of saviors, financial and security, facilities and services, structural and institutional, cultural and participatory, coastal operations, management It was executive and environmental. The results of the evaluation section showed that the coastal operations landscape (4.38) had the best condition and the environmental landscape (1.98) had the worst condition. In the challenges section, the highest impact was assessed for cultural and participatory challenges (5.13) and the lowest impact for facilities and services challenges (4.28). In the solutions section, the employment and training strategies of the rescuers (5.20) had the highest priority and the environmental solutions (4.01) had the lowest priority.
Conclusion: Based on the research findings, it can be said that in all eight perspectives, the situation is lower than expected and the basic and various challenges and all the proposed solutions are of high practical importance. It is explicitly suggested that managers pay attention to the correspondence of indicators, challenges and solutions between the eight perspectives.

Objective: The aim of the research is to the effect of the roles of social media on sport participation by mediating of participatory capabilities.
Methodology: The methodology is correlative-descriptive. The population is Tehran citizens who participate in the public sport events in 1396 year. The sample based on the Morgan table is 384 persons that are selected randomly. The main tool of the research includes 3 researcher made questionnaire, media role, sport vision and sport participation. Validity and reliability of tools based on the expert's view, Cronbach alpha and desired model measuring indexes were measured. Smart PLS modeling software was used for analyzing and testing the hypothesis.
Results: In direct relations, it was determined that the role of social media have a positive and meaningful impact on attitude of sports, sports interactions, sports media consumption and sports participation. Sports attitude, sport interactions and sports media consumption have a positive and significant effect on sports participation. In the indirect relation section, the Sobel Test examination showed that the role of social media with the mediating role of athletic attitude, sport interactions and sports media consumption have a positive and significant effect.
Conclusion: Based on the findings we can say that the indirect impact of media is very much than its indirect role on sport participation and media without vision change capability in their content cannot affect very significantly. Thus it is required that all sport organizations in Tehran produce and manage their media content according to the various visions, requirements and sport interests of citizen.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to measuring the effective factors of controlling and monitoring the risk of sports research projects.
Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and survey type based on structural equations. The statistical population of the study includes researchers who have participated in sports research projects and 65 people were selected by purposive and available sampling. The collection tools of this research are risk control and monitoring questionnaires, quality control questionnaire, team development questionnaire, competency development questionnaire and risk analysis questionnaire. The face and content validity of these research tools were approved by professors and academic experts. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistical indicators such as frequency distribution tables and structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach (PLS).
Results: Risk analysis on quality control with path coefficient of 0.593, risk analysis on team development with path coefficient of 0.613, risk analysis on capability development with path coefficient of 0.623, risk control and monitoring on risk analysis with path coefficient of 0.663 in Sports research projects are influential. The findings also indicate that the value of GOF in this study is equal to 0.256, which indicates that the research model has a higher than average fit.
Conclusion: Finally, according to the research results, it can be said that in research projects, there is a need for a holistic and systematic view of risks. Risks also need to be prioritized in proportion to time and cost, and an appropriate pre-project response to each risk needs to be provided.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to provide a model for predicting the probability of success of wrestlers based on their demographic characteristics.
Methodology: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in nature. The statistical population of the study was all Iranian wrestling coaches in 1398, from which a sample of 428 people was selected by available sampling method. Research variables included age, coaching experience, coaching degree, highest level of coaching, level of education, championship record and success in coaching. Data were analyzed by logistic regression using R software.
Results: The results showed that the highest level of coaching and championship record had the greatest impact on the success of wrestling coaches. The chance of success of coaches with the highest level of national or international coaching was four times the chance of success of other coaches. In addition, the success chances of coaches with provincial, national and international championships were twice, seven times and six times higher than the chances of success of coaches who did not have championships, respectively. Other studied variables had no significant effect on the success of coaches.
Conclusion: In order to train successful wrestling coaches, it is better to use young coaches with championship experience in the national team camps. This will increase the level of coaching of young coaches and increase their chances of success.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors causing match-fixing in Iran sports.
Methodology: This research was developed-exploratory that was done using qualitative content analysis method. The participants in the research were 9 sports management researchers, club/national team coaches, professional athletes, and sports journalists who knew about the phenomenon of collusion that were selected purposefully. With the theoretical saturation of the data, the sampling ended. Data collection was done using semi-structured interviews. The interviews were analyzed in three stages included open coding, combining codes and categorization.
Results: The result of data analysis was the identification of 10 factors causing collusion in sports, which were categorized into three categories: "sports-related factors", "key actors’ relationships" and "management factors".
Conclusion: According to the results, the fight against match-fixing requires the establishment of regulatory structures and the development of deterrent laws that both enhance the professional commitment of key sports actors and improve their financial situation.
