Journal Article 2018 07 21 <strong>Objective:</strong> the purpose of this study was Identifying and Verification of the Influential Factors on Establishment of "Talent Management" of Physical Education Teachers.<br /><strong>Methodology:</strong> The research method was descriptive - correlation. The statistical population of the study included all physical education teachers. According to the research purpose, 384 people were selected in the Exploratory Factor Analysis and 345 people in the Confirmatory Factor Analysis section were selected by Stratified random sampling as a statistical sample. The required data for identifying the components and analyzing the model were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire after obtaining the validity (face, content and structure). To calculate reliability Cronbach’s alpha was used (α = 0.90), and to analyze the data, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation were used. Data analysis was performed using SPSS-20 Software and Lisrel software.<br /><strong>Results</strong>: The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that 23 finalized items were classified as prerequisites for talent management in physical education teachers in 5 dimensions of "employees, organizational, managerial attitude, organizational policies and rules and talent conceptualization". Finally, examined and tested of structural equation model of the study showed that, overall indices of Structural model were in good condition, so that, the Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) is 0.90, the Comparative Fit Index (CFI) is 0.99 and the Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) was 0.07.<br /><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results of this research suggest that the Ministry of Education's macro-level human resources managers, while striving to establish a talent management system for physical education teachers, should provide the necessary and effective factors for deployment in order to achieve the desired outcome.<br />  <strong>هدف</strong><strong>:</strong>  هدف از انجام این پژوهش، شناسایی و تبیین عوامل مؤثر بر استقرار "مدیریت استعداد" معلمان تربیت بدنی کشور بود.<br /><strong>روش‌شناسی:</strong> روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعة آماری پژوهش را کلیة معلمان تربیت بدنی کشور تشکیل دادند. با توجه به هدف پژوهش، 384 نفر در بخش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و 345 نفر در بخش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی به روش تصادفی طبقه ای به عنوان نمونة آماری پژوهش انتخاب شدند. داده‌های مورد‌نیاز برای شناسایی مؤلفه‌ها و تحلیل مدل اندازه‌گیری با استفاده از پرسش‌نامة محقق ساخته، پس از اخذ روایی (صوری، محتوا و سازه) و اعتبار‌سنجی، گردآوری شد. برای محاسبه پایایی ابزار از روش آلفای کرونباخ (90/0=α) و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از روش‌های تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، تأییدی و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار اس پی اس اس نسخه 20 و نرم افزار لیزرل انجام گرفت.<br /><strong>یافته‌ها</strong><strong>:</strong> براساس نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، 23 گویه شناسایی شده به‌عنوان پیش نیازهای مدیریت استعداد معلمان تربیت بدنی در پنج بُعد کارکنان، سازمان، نگرش مدیران، سیاست‌ها و قوانین کلی و مفهوم‌سازی استعداد دسته‌بندی ‌شدند. بررسی و آزمون مدل پژوهش نیز نشان داد شاخص‌های کلی برازش مدل اندازه‌گیری در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار دارند؛ به‌طوری‌که میزان شاخص نیکویی برازش 90/0، شاخص نیکویی برازش تطبیقی 99/0 و شاخص ریشة میانگین مجذور برآورد تقریب 07/0 بود.<br /><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong><strong>:</strong> نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از آ‌ن‌است که مدیران منابع انسانی در سطح کلان وزارت آموزش و پرورش می‌بایست ضمن تلاش جهت استقرار فرآیند مدیریت استعداد معلمان تربیت بدنی، برای دستیابی به نتیجه ی مطلوب، به تأمین پیش‌نیاز ها و عوامل مؤثر بر استقرار مبادرت ورزند.<br />  https://jsmd.guilan.ac.ir/article_5067_b3114f4bc6b1c2ebe960d55b6f8cff45.pdf
