This research was an applied research and was carried out qualitatively using Grounded Theory. The statistical population of the study consisted of physical education elites in Physical Education Departments of Iranian state universities.<br /><strong>Results:</strong> The sampling was carried out theoretically using and snowball sampling technique. The instrument for data collection was a semi-structured interview. Also, the data from the interviews were coded and analyzed using grounded theory.
