The statistical population of the research consisted of sports management professors, heads and supervisors of sports boards and athletes of the national team Mashhad city, 12 persons were selected as snowball among them. A researcher-made questionnaire was used for collecting data that was analyzed by DEMATEL technique.<br /><strong>Results:</strong> The results of the research showed that the component of the training programs is the most important component and has the most effect on other components.
