The statistical population of the research consisted of sports management professors, heads and supervisors of sports boards and athletes of the national team Mashhad city, 12 persons were selected as snowball among them. A researcher-made questionnaire was used for collecting data that was analyzed by DEMATEL technique.<br /><strong>Results:</strong> The results of the research showed that the component of the training programs is the most important component and has the most effect on other components. Also, the component of the club's reputation is most influential from other components of the research.<br /><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Therefore, sports places managers should pay attention to these factors in order to obtain more satisfaction and profitability by gaining competitive advantage than other competitors <strong>هدف</strong><strong>:</strong>  هدف از پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و تحلیل مؤلفه­های کیفیت خدمات در اماکن ورزشی با استفاده از تکنیک دیمتل است.<br /><strong>روش‌شناسی:</strong> روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل اساتید مدیریت ورزشی، رئیس و نایب‌رئیسان هیئت­های ورزشی و ورزشکاران تیم ملی شهر مشهد بود که از بین آنها 12 نفر به صورت گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده­ها از پرسش­نامه محقق­ساخته استفاده شد که با تکنیک دیمتل تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.<br /><strong>یافته‌ها</strong><strong>:</strong> نتایج پژوهش نشان داد مؤلفه برنامه­های تمرینی با اهمیت­ترین مؤلفه است و بیشترین تأثیرگذاری را بر روی سایر مؤلفه­ها دارد. هم­چنین مؤلفه وجهه باشگاه بیشترین تأثیرپذیری را از سایر مؤلفه­های پژوهش دارد.<br /><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong><strong>:</strong> مدیران اماکن ورزشی باید عوامل اثرگذار را در مرکز توجه و در اولویت قرار دهند تا با کسب مزیت رقابتی نسبت به دیگر رقبا به رضایتمندی و سودآوری بیشتر دست‌یابند.<br />  https://jsmd.guilan.ac.ir/article_3725_81345c3221f594ea2f70aafce2f1bba9.pdf
