		<Abstract>&lt;strong&gt;Ob&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;jective:&lt;/strong&gt; The purpose of this research was explaining the impact of organizational and managerial factors on the incidence of administrative - financial corruption in Guilan sports organizations &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Methodology:&lt;/strong&gt; The research method has been correlation - survey one. Its statistical universe included all managers, experts, and personnel of governmental and administrative organizations in the sport of Guilan province. The statistical sample was selected and surveyed through available method and PLS2 software. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire with a 5 point Likert scale (46 items). Validity confirmed by using a panel of experts (n = 10) and model fit indices. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Results&lt;/strong&gt;: The results showed that research conceptual model has had a good fitness, and organizational (t-value=11.227 ; R2= 0.544) and managerial factors (t-value=10.025 ;R2= 0.437 ), and also their coefficients that respectively are 0.74 and 0.66 have a significant and direct impact on the incidence of administrative and financial corruption. As well as organizational factors (t-value=20.439; R2= 0.667) have a direct and significant impact on managerial factors (0.82). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Conclusion:&lt;/strong&gt; As a result of high explication ability, and the intensity of impact coefficients on research variables, it can be said that managerial and organizational factors play a key role in incidence of corruption, or vice versa, in its prevention, and prior to other variables, can be considered by monitoring system and controlled by sports organizations of Guilan province. Moreover, management factors are influenced by organizational factors and their intervening impacts.</Abstract>
