چالشهای توسعه ورزش ایران با رویکرد استعدادیابی و نخبهپروری گلخانهای
هدف: هدف از مطالعه حاضر چالش توسعه ورزش ایران با رویکرد گلخانه ای استعدادیابی و نخبه پروری بود. روششناسی: روش تحقیق از نوع آمیخته و در واقع ترکیبی از روش کیفی و کمی است. در مرحله کیفی از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته، چالشها شناسایی شد. جامعه آماری در مرحله کیفی شامل 20 نفر از کارشناسان برجسته مقوله استعدادیابی و نخبه پروری ورزش بودند. بخش کمی تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی است. با توجه به اینکه تعداد جامعه آماری مشخص نبود، سقف نمونه آماری شامل 384 نفر از کارشناسان و مربیان ورزشی به صورت تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه شش بخشی آسیب شناسی چالشتوسعه ورزش ایران با رویکرد استعدادیابی و نخبه پروری گلخانه ایبرآمده از تحلیل بخش کیفی بود. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه به تایید ده نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی رسید. پایایی ابزار پژوهش نیز از طریق آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد (79/0=α). دادهها در دو بخش توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS 22 تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که مهمترین چالشهای نظام مدل گلخانه ای استعدادیابی و نخبه پروری ورزش ایران شامل: ارتباطات، رهبری، پاداش، مکانیزمهای کمک کننده، ساختار و اهداف به ترتیب اولویت قرار گرفتند. بیشترین میانگین مربوط به بعد ارتباطات با میانگین 45/5 و کمترین میانگین مربوط به بعد اهداف با میانگین 82/3 بود. نتیجهگیری: به طور کلی می توان اذعان نمود مدل گلخانه ای ماهیت و واقعیت ورزش کشور را نشان نمی دهد و با سرمایه گذاری بر روی افراد محدود، عملکرد ورزش کشور دچار حالت نوسانی و سینوسی قرار می گردد.

شناسایی راهبردها و پیامدهای سلامت اداری در صنعت فوتبال ایران
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی راهبردها و پیامدهای سلامت اداری در صنعت فوتبال ایران بود. روششناسی: این پژوهش از نوع پژوهشهای اکتشافی و دارای ماهیّت کیفی بود که به صورت پی در پی انجام پذیرفت. گردآوری دادهها با استفاده از مطالعه اسناد و مصاحبه با 17نفر ازصاحبنظران (با یکی از نمونهها دو بار مصاحبه شد) حوزه فوتبال به صورت مصاحبه عمیق و نیمهساختارمند بود که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و با تکنیک گلوله برفی انتخاب و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. سپس دادههای حاصل از مصاحبهها به روش تئوری زمینهیابی (گرندد تئوری) در سه مرحله کدگذاریهای باز، محوری و گزینشی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: یافتهها بیانگر وجود 54 گویه مؤثر در بحث راهبردها بود که در یازده مقوله فرعی (مؤلفه)؛ آموزش تخصصی و عمومی، تدوین قوانین ارتقاء، ایجاد نظارت و ارزیابی، برخورد قضائی با تخلّفات، اصول مدیریتی و فردی، ایجاد ساختار، کاهش انحصارطلبی، تصمیمگیری مشارکتی و برنامه محوری بود که در پنج مقولۀ اصلی دستهبندی شدند. همچنین در بحث پیامدها نیز در دو مقولۀ فرعی جنبه فوتبالی و جنبه اجتماعی در مقولۀ اصلی توسعه و پیشرفت فوتبال طبقهبندی شدند. نتیجهگیری: به طور کلی بر اساس یافتههای این پژوهش، راهبردها و پیامدهای ارائه شده میتواند به مسئولین حاکمیّتی در راستای بهبود سلامت اداری و مقابله با بروز فساد و در نتیجه توسعه و بالندگی صنعت فوتبال کمک شایانی نماید.

شناسایی تأثیر شبکه اجتماعی اینستاگرام در تصویر برند ورزشکاران
هدف: شبکههای اجتماعی، فناوری در حال رشدی برای ارتباط هواداران با تیمهای ورزشی و ورزشکاران هستند. تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناسایی تأثیر استفاده از شبکه اجتماعی اینستاگرام در تصویر برند ورزشکاران انجام شد. روششناسی: تعداد نمونه 368 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه کردستان بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان و با توجه به نسبت جامعه بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. پژوهش حاضر با روش تحقیق توصیفی - همبستگی انجام شد. از پرسشنامههای استاندارد، خود ارتباطی تاری و همکاران (2013)، رابطه فلتچر و همکاران (2000)، اصالت چانبرا و همکاران (2003)، وابستگی میل و آشفورس (1992) و تصویر برند ورزشکار آرائی و همکاران (2013) استفاده شد که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن به وسیله متخصصان و همسانی درونی آنها از طریق آلفای کرونباخ (بهترتیب، 75/0، 83/0، 74/0، 75/0، 87/0) تأیید و برای تحلیل دادهها از مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان میدهند، متغیرهای خودارتباطی و رابطه بر وابستگی اثر معنادار دارند. همچنین متغیرهای وابستگی و اصالت با تصویر برند ورزشکار نیز رابطه معناداری داشته و مدل ارائه شده دارای برازش مناسبی است. نتیجهگیری: در صورتیکه ورزشکاران نحوه استفاده از شبکه اجتماعی اینستاگرام خود را مدیریت کنند، میتوانند تصویر برند خود را توسعه داده و از مزیتهای آن برخوردار شوند. بنابراین متغیرهای خودارتباطی، رابطه، اصالت و وابستگی تبیینکننده مناسبی در جهت نقش استفاده از اینستاگرام در توسعه تصویر برند ورزشکار هستند.

ارزیابی کیفیت وب سایت های ورزشی با استفاده از رویکرد WEBQUAL و QFD
هدف: تحقیق حاضر به منظور ارزیابی کیفیت وب سایت های ورزشی ایران و ارائه راهکارهایی برای بهبود کیفیت آن ها صورت گرفت. روششناسی: جامعه آماری تحقیق دانشجویان رشته تربیت بدنی دانشگاه های تهران بودند که تعداد 168نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری در نظر گرفته شدند. از پرسشنامه وب کوال لوسیانو، واتسون و گودهو (2007) پس از گرفتن روایی و پایایی آن توسط متخصصین حوزه مدیریت کیفیت ورزشی، برای ارزیابی کیفیت وب سایت و مشخص کردن خواسته های مشتریان استفاده گردید. بعد از مشخص شدن خواسته های مشتریان (به وسیله پرسشنامه وب کوال) از طریق تکنیک گسترش عملکرد کیفیت (QFD) و با در نظر گرفتن وب سایت ورزش 3 به عنوان سازمان ارزیابی شونده که دارای بالاترین سطح کیفیت وب سایت نسبت به دیگر وب سایت های ورزشی منتخب را دارا بود و سه وب سایت ورزشی دیگر به عنوان سازمان های الگو، خواسته های مشتریان به ویژگی های خدمت مطلوب تبدیل گردید. یافتهها: یافته های ابزار وب کوال نشان داد بارگذاری سریع اطلاعات در وب سایت، توانایی تعامل با وب سایت به منظور دریافت اطلاعات مناسب و آسان بودن خواندن صفحات در وب سایت بیشترین وزن نسبی و مهمترین خواسته های مشتریان در این تحقیق بودند. نتیجهگیری: بر طبق ماتریس QFD و نظرات تیم QFD ویژگی های خدمت کاربرپسند بودن و راحتی جست و جو اطلاعات، منطبق بودن با انتظارات استفاده کنندگان از وب سایت و قابلیت ایجاد پنل های گفت وگو در وب سایت از مهم ترین مولفه های شناسایی شده و ویژگی های فنی مطلوب می باشند و دارای بیشترین همبستگی با خواسته های مشتریان وب سایت های ورزشی بودند.

طراحی و تبیین چارچوب اکوسیستم کارآفرینی در ورزش
هدف: هدف از این پژوهش طراحی و تبیین چارچوب اکوسیستم کارآفرینی در صنعت ورزش کشور بود. روششناسی: روش تحقیق از نوع کیفی نظاممند بود. جامعه آماری شامل اساتید، مدیران، صاحبان کسب و کار، کارآفرینان و مشاوران حوزه صنعت ورزش، مخترعین، و نوآوران در خدمات و تولیدات ورزشی بود. نمونه آماری به صورت غیرتصادفی، هدفمند و دردسترس بر مبنای میزان ارتباط با موضوع و اعتبار علمی انتخاب و نظرخواهی شد. ابزار پژوهش شامل سه ابزار؛ مطالعه کتابخانهای، مصاحبه اکتشافی نیمه هدایت شده و تکنیک دلفی دو مرحلهای بود. روایی هر یک از ابزارهای پژوهش براساس اعتبار نمونه مراجعه شده و ضریب توافق بین متخصصان و خبرگان مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. یافتهها: پس از تحلیل دادههای گردآوری شده از روشهای کدگذاری و چارچوببندی و تحلیل ساختاری و نظاممند، عوامل اصلی در ایجاد اکوسیستم کارآفرینی در ورزش شناسایی گردید و در نهایت شش حیطهی اصلی شامل: محیط کارآفرینانه؛ سرمایههای انسانی؛ رهبری کارآفرینانه؛ اماکن، لوازم و خدمات ورزشی؛ تأمین مالی؛ و زیرساختهای کارآفرینی بود. درنهایت با استفاده از روش دلفی دو مرحلهای چارچوب اکوسیستم کارآفرینی در ورزش طراحی و تبیین گردید. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به اینکه تعریف و تغییر ساختار یکی از پاسخهای سازمانها و سیستمها به تغییرات محیطی است و اکوسیستم کارآفرینی ورزشی در کشور با چالشهای زیادی مواجه است بنابراین چارچوب طراحی شده در این پژوهش میتواند در ارزیابی، تحلیل و نظاممندسازی اکوسیستم کارآفرینی ورزشی مبنا قرار بگیرد.

حق پخش تلویزیونی در صنعت فوتبال ایران
هدف: مهمترین منبع درآمدزایی صنعت فوتبال در جهان، حق پخش تلویزیونی میباشد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی حق پخش تلویزیونی در صنعت فوتبال ایران است. روششناسی: این پژوهش دارای رویکردی کیفی بوده و از روش نظریه داده بنیاد بهعنوان روش تحقیق استفاده شده است. روش گردآوری دادهها، مطالعة اسناد بالادستی و مصاحبههای عمیق و باز با 31 نفر از نخبگان آگاه از موضوع مورد بحث است. روایی این پژوهش توسط مصاحبهشوندگان و سپس اساتید متخصص مورد بررسی و تأیید گردید. پایایی نیز با استفاده از روش مطالعة حسابرسی فرآیند نتایج 89% بهدست آمد. برای تحلیل دادهها از روش مقایسة مداوم در طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده شده است. یافتهها: تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که عوامل محیطی، عوامل اقتصادی، سیاسی و فرهنگی، عوامل ساختاری فوتبال، عوامل مؤثّر مدیریتی(دولتی)، عوامل رفتاری و معنایی، عوامل حقوقی و قانونی و تدوین و استقرار الگوی فروش حق پخش تلویزیونی هفت مؤلفة مؤثّر در فروش حق پخش تلویزیونی میباشند. نتیجهگیری: بررسیها نشان داد که ادامة امتناع صدا و سیما از پرداخت حقِ پخش تلویزیونی باعث ورشکستگی مالی صنعت فوتبال خواهد شد. همچنین تأسیس شبکههای تلویزیونی خصوصی و تشکیل کمیته چانهزنی با دولت، مجلس و سازمان صدا و سیما برای توسعة پایدار مالی صنعت فوتبال کشور لازم به نظر میرسد.

تحلیل ابعاد کیفیت و تاثیر آن بر رضایت ذینفعان در سیستم توسعه استعداد والیبال ایران
هدف: هدف کلی از انجام این پژوهش، تحلیل تاثیر ابعاد کیفیت بر رضایت ذینفعان در سیستم توسعه استعداد والیبال ایران میباشد. روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهشهای کاربردی است که به منظور جمعآوری دادهها از روش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی استفاده شدهاست. حجم نمونه پژوهش شامل 105 نفر از مربیان و مسئولین استعدادیاب شرکتکننده در دومین دوره مسابقات مینی والیبال قهرمانی نونهالان کشور و مسئولین فدراسیون والیبال ایران است. ابزار این پژوهش، پرسشنامه کیفیت سیستم توسعه استعداد اولریکه راجر و آلفرد روتن(2010) میباشد که بومی سازی شده و متغیر رضایت از عملکرد بینالمللی محقق ساخته است. برای تعیین روایی ابزار تحقیق از روایی محتوایی با نظر متخصصین و روایی سازه توسط مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزار PLS3 استفاده شده و پایایی نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، 84/0 بدست آمده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی(میانگین و انحراف استاندارد و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزارPLS3 ) استفاده شده است. یافتهها: نتایجِ تبیین ارتباط بین ابعاد کیفیت سیستم توسعه استعداد نشان داد رابطه متغیرهای ساختار بر فرآیند (03/7T-value=)، فرایند بر نتایج(76/13T-value=)، نتایج بر رضایت (73/2T-value= ) معنیدار بوده است. درحالیکه رابطه بین متغیر ساختار بر رضایت (70/1T-value=) و فرآیند بر رضایت (85/0T-value=) معنیدار نمیباشد. نتیجهگیری: در نهایت مدل کیفیت سیستم توسعه استعداد والیبال مسیری است که درآن ساختار، فرآیند و نتایج به طور سیستماتیک مدیریت میشوند و رضایت ذینفعان را به همراه دارد.

بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر فرایند سیاستگذاری نظام ورزش همگانی ایران
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر فرایند سیاستگذاری نظام ورزش همگانی ایران بود. روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف در شمار پژوهشهای کاربردی و از منظر ماهیت دادههای پژوهشی جزو پژوهشهای کیفی بود. برای این منظور 16 نفر از خبرگان آشنا با حوزه ورزش همگانی به صورت هدفمند و گلوله برفی برای مصاحبه های عمیق ساختارنیافته انتخاب شدند. داده ها از طریق مصاحبه گردآوری شدند و به روش استرابرت و کارپنتر کدگذاری و تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که عوامل مؤثر بر فرایند سیاستگذاری نظام ورزش همگانی ایران شامل سیاست های جاری، توصیه بزرگان، ادارات و سازمان های ذیربط و مسئول، فرهنگ عمومی و رسانه ها و مسائل مالی می باشد. همچنین آسیب های موجود در این فرآیند شامل عواملی از جمله ضعف نظارت و کنترل، ساختار ضعیف، ضعف در برنامه ریزی و اجرا، عملکرد ضعیف رسانه ها، منابع مالی محدود، عملکرد ضعیف نیروی انسانی، قوانین، مشارکت محدود مراکز علمی و پژوهشی نیز شناسایی گردید. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج تحقیق پیشنهاد می شود که توجه و تحلیل این عوامل، از اولین گام ها در فرایند و تصمیم گیری های سیاست گذاری ورزش همگانی در ایران بشمار آید.

اثر ابعاد حساسیت مصرفکننده به فرهنگ جهانی بر قصد خرید برندهای جهانی کفشهای ورزشی
هدف:افزایش روند استفاده از برندهای جهانی، حساسیت مصرفکننده به فرهنگ جهانی(SGCC) را نشان می دهد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر نیز بررسی اثر ابعاد حساسیت مصرفکننده به فرهنگ جهانی بر قصد خرید برندهای جهانی کفشهای ورزشی بود. روششناسی:جامعه و نمونه آماری پژوهش حاضر دانشجویان دانشگاه کردستان بودند که با توجه به حجم جامعه(9000نفر)، حجم نمونه براساس جدول مورگان و کرجسی تعداد 368 نفر بهصورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع مدل معادلات ساختاری بود و از پرسشنامههای 24 سؤالی حسیاسیت مصرفکننده به فرهنگ جهانی و پرسشنامه 3 سوالی قصد خرید مرینو و همکاران(2015) استفاده شد که روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامهها به وسیله اساتید مجرب و همسانی درونی آن ها از طریق آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان دادند مدل تحقیق دارای برازش مناسبی است و میتواند مدل مناسبی برای ارزیابی مؤلفههای و ابعاد حساسیت مصرفکننده بهفرهنگ جهانی(انطباق با روند مصرف، مسئولیت اجتماعی، پرستیژ اجتماعی، ادراک از کیفیت، اعتبار برند، ریسک درک شده، صرفهجویی در هزینه اطلاعات) بر قصد خرید برندهای جهانی کفشهای ورزشی باشد. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج تحقیق، مدیران بازاریابی، تولیدکنندهگان و حتی خردهفروشان باید برنامهها و استراتژیهای تبلیغاتی خود را با توجه به اهمیت ابعاد حساسیت مصرفکننده به فرهنگ جهانی و اولویتبندی این ابعاد از سوی مصرفکنندگان به هنگام خرید و دلایل و تمایل آن ها برای خرید و مصرف برندهای جهانی توجه کنند

رابطه علّی ویژگیهای دموگرافیک گروههای مرجع با فرآیند تصمیم خرید مصرفکنندگان ورزشی با روش SEM-PLS
مقدمه: هدف این پژوهش طراحی مدل ویژگیهای دموگرافیک گروههای مرجع و تأثیر آن بر فرآیند تصمیم خرید مصرفکنندگان ورزشی بود. روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر ماهیت توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان تربیتبدنی دانشگاههای استان گیلان بودند که نمونه آماری به صورت تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند. جهت جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد و روایی پرسشنامه توسط ۱۲ صاحبنظر تائید شد. همچنین پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ (95/0) و پایایی ترکیبی محاسبه شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها و بررسی برازش مدل از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و با نرمافزار PLS3 و SPSS24 استفاده شده است. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که متغیر ویژگیهای دموگرافیک گروههای مرجع بهطور مستقیم دارای رابطه مثبت و معنی داری با تأثیر اطلاعاتی (79/0)، سودگرایانه (68/0) و بیان ارزش (74/0) داشته است؛ اما به طور مستقیم تأثیر معنیداری روی قصد خرید نداشت. همچنین متغیرهای تأثیر اطلاعاتی (10/0)، تأثیر سودگرایانه (64/0) و تأثیر بیان ارزش (22/0) با قصد خرید بهطور مستقیم رابطه مثبت و معنی داری داشت. نتیجهگیری: میتوان گفت که ویژگیهای دموگرافیک گروههای مرجع از طریق اثرگذاری بر روی سه نوع تأثیر اطلاعاتی، سودگرایانه و بیان ارزش، میتواند تعیینکننده قصد خرید در مشتریان باشد. بنابراین فروشگاههای ورزشی در استراتژی بازاریابی و مشتری مداری خود لازم است که به عوامل و مسیرهای اثرگذار بر رفتار خرید مشتری توجه نمایند.

شناسایی و تحلیل مؤلفههای کیفیت خدمات در اماکن ورزشی با استفاده از تکنیک دیمتل
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و تحلیل مؤلفههای کیفیت خدمات در اماکن ورزشی با استفاده از تکنیک دیمتل است. روششناسی: روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل اساتید مدیریت ورزشی، رئیس و نایبرئیسان هیئتهای ورزشی و ورزشکاران تیم ملی شهر مشهد بود که از بین آنها 12 نفر به صورت گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه محققساخته استفاده شد که با تکنیک دیمتل تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد مؤلفه برنامههای تمرینی با اهمیتترین مؤلفه است و بیشترین تأثیرگذاری را بر روی سایر مؤلفهها دارد. همچنین مؤلفه وجهه باشگاه بیشترین تأثیرپذیری را از سایر مؤلفههای پژوهش دارد. نتیجهگیری: مدیران اماکن ورزشی باید عوامل اثرگذار را در مرکز توجه و در اولویت قرار دهند تا با کسب مزیت رقابتی نسبت به دیگر رقبا به رضایتمندی و سودآوری بیشتر دستیابند.

بررسی مشکلات حرفهایگرایی در لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران
هدف: حرفهایگرایی در ورزش از مهمترین و کاربردیترین مفاهیم بازاریابی ورزش است و به یکی از مفاهیم پایه در ورزش کشورهای توسعه یافته تبدیل شدهاست. بنابراین، هدف این پژوهش، ارائه مدلی برای سنجش مشکلات موجود در زمینه حرفهایگرایی در لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران بود. روششناسی: جامعه آماری شامل کلیه شرکتکنندگان در پنجمین کنگره ملی مدیریت ورزشی با رویکرد اقتصادی بود که حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان، 201 نفر بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی- همبستگی بود. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ای بود که اعتبار سازه آن، به روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، آزمون شد. پایایی آن نیز براساس آلفای کرونباخ 93/0 بدست آمد. همچنین برای سنجش مشکلات موجود، از معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافتهها: بر اساس یافتهها، مدل تحقیق دارای برازش مناسبی است و مشکلات در این حوزه شامل بخش اقتصادی، اطلاعاتی و روابط عمومی، مدیریتی و رهبری، قانونگذاری و حقوقی، حمایتی و سیاسی و تسهیلاتی و تجهیزات میباشد. نتیجهگیری: فدارسیون فوتبال و مدیران باشگاهها میتوانند با برنامهریزی بلندمدت مشکلات موجود را برطرف و زمینه رشد حرفهگرایی در لیگ فوتبال ایران را فراهم آورند
