Methodology: The research population was selected from Iranian national teams in the team sports of basketball, volleyball, football, futsal and handball (N=85). The sample size was considered equal to the research population. Finally, 71 athletes participated in the survey (83%). The structured questionnaire of athletes' stressors was designed using the research literature and twelve subscales were recognized based on exploratory factor analysis. For analysis of data, Repeated Measures ANOVA with Bonferroni post hoc test, and one-way ANOVA with Tukey post hoc test at the significance of p≤ 0.05 were used. According to factor analysis, 65 items with factor loadings of 30% were classified into twelve factors. Results: The results indicated that the factors of injury, physical condition, individual and social issues, conflict with coach, team atmosphere, victory and winning, monotony and lack of spirit, time pressure, ambiguity and uncertainty, development expectation, training and media pressure, stress in the match field had more effect on athletes’ stress, respectively. Conclusion: In sum, the prior factors of injury, physical condition, individual and social issues show that the management of sport competitions and exercise, prevention and treatment of injuries, and communication and interpersonal skills of athletes need more attention.}, keywords = {Athlete,Stress,Injury and Physical Security,Individual and Social Issues}, title_fa = {بررسی عوامل استرس‌زای ورزشکاران تیم‌های منتخب ملی ایران}, abstract_fa = {هدف: هدف تحقیق حاضر، بررسی عوامل استرسزای ورزشکاران تیمهای منتخب ملی ایران بود. روششناسی پژوهش: جامعه آماری تحقیق را 85 نفر از ورزشکاران تیمهای ملی ایران در رشتههای گروهی بسکتبال، والیبال، فوتبال، فوتسال و هندبال تشکیل میداد. نمونه آماری برابر با جامعه آماری در نظر گرفته شد که در مجموع 71 ورزشکار (83 درصد) در تحقیق شرکت کردند. پرسشنامه محقق ساخته عوامل استرسزای ورزشکاران با مطالعه مبانی نظری و در یک فرآیند اکتشافی تنظیم و با استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، دوازده خرده مقیاس شناسایی شد. برای آزمون فرضیههای تحقیق از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بنفرونی، آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک‌راهه و آزمون تعقیبی توکی در سطح معنیداری 05/0 ≤ p استفاده شد. بر اساس تحلیل عاملی، 65 گویه با بار عاملی 30/0 در دوازده عامل طبقهبندی گردید. یافتههای پژوهش: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد عوامل آسیب‌دیدگی جسمانی، وضعیت جسمانی، مسائل شخصی و اجتماعی، تعارض با مربی، جوّ تیم، پیروزی و برنده شدن، یکنواختی و روحیه نداشتن، فشار زمان، ابهام و عدم اطمینان، انتظار پیشرفت، فشار تمرین و رسانه و استرس داخل زمین بیشترین نقش را در ایجاد استرس ورزشکاران دارند و تفاوت اولویت این عوامل نیز معنیدار بود. نتیجه‌گیری: به‌طور خلاصه، اولویت عامل استرسزای آسیب‌دیدگی جسمانی، وضعیت جسمانی و مسائل شخصی و اجتماعی نشان میدهد که مدیریت تمرینات و رقابتهای ورزشی، پیشگیری و درمان آسیبهای بدنی و مهارتهای ارتباطی و میان فردی ورزشکاران به توجه بیشتری نیاز دارند.}, keywords_fa = {ورزشکار,استرس,آسیب‌دیدگی و امنیت جسمانی,مسائل شخصی و اجتماعی}, url = {https://jsmd.guilan.ac.ir/article_2138.html}, eprint = {https://jsmd.guilan.ac.ir/article_2138_ab65b423aa0afa8c90c73cccfe980cd4.pdf} }
