Objective: The study investigated the factors affecting the quality of construction process of Iranian football stadiums.Methodology: The research method was descriptive-survey with an objective purpose. The statistical population includes: a)directors and experts of the company for the maintenance and development of places and sports spaces; b)contractors and engineers of sport projects; c)administrators of sport soccer provinces; and d)directors and experts of the department of resource management in the department of sports and youth of the country. Statistical samples were available sampling selected provinces of the country (N=127). It used a researcher-made questionnaire, based on the UFA manual. The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated by experts and experts, and it`s Reliability validated through Cronbach's alpha (α=0.90). Statistical methods included K-S test, Friedman test, and confirmatory factor analysisResults: In order of priority, Design factor (0.95), site and place (0.89), users(0.89), procurement strategy(0.85), equipment and installation(0.80), and structure(0.63) was effective and important. Friedman’s test also showed the same priority was based on the average rating and there significantly.Conclusion: In general, a variety of human, structural, programmatic and physical factors in terms of users, strategies, design, equipment and etc. are considered as influencing factors on the quality of stadium construction. On the one hand, the concept of quality and quality management are as a systematic approach, the factors mentioned can be considered a systematic approach as influential aspects of planning processes up to construction, also a comprehensive guide for designing and creating quality stadiums in the country.

Objective: This study conducted to recognize the obstacles and directions of quality management implementation in Iran Sport Federations.Methodology: The method of research was mixed (qualitative & quantitative); in qualitative phase, the obstacles and direction have recognized through deep, solitary and semi structured interviews and content analysis of library studies, and in quantitative phase the identified axis’s have priorised through paired comparison questionnaires and AHP. The participants in both phases were selected by targeted and snowball sampling among heads of federations, top national sport managers and experts of sport management and interviews have been done until reached to theoretical saturation.(17 Experts)Results: The result of open and axial coding of interviews and library studies, conducted to identifieng 59 abstacles that categorized therough Axial coding to 7 overall subjects; Forthermore 63 efective solutions and intitutions also recognized and categorized in 7 overall subjects. Conclusion: The main identified subjects of obstacles orderly were organizational culture, human resources and managers, processes and innovation, society and athletic environment, management and planning, rules and organizational structure, IT and corresponding directions was SRM development system and process development and training and culture making. Like most other quality management models, identifying the needs and expectations of costumers, had highest priority in this research.

Objective: This paper first tries to identify Six Sigma deployment challenges in sports organization and then prioritizes challenges through necessary actions. Methodology: This research was a descriptive and survey research. The statistical populations were sport management and quality management professors. By using purposive sampling 50 professors participated in the research. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data that its validity and reliability was confirmed by factor analysis method (IFA & CFA). All factors except strategy were confirmed. Freidman test (p ≤ 0.05) was elected to test the hypothesis. Results: Results showed 5 6sigma deployment challenges in sport organizations. These challenges were named as leadership and management, process management, HR empowerment, teamwork, and quality management. Conclusion: The specific role of leadership and management as the most important factor to deploy 6sigma in sport organization was confirmed. In addition, senior management support, process management, HR empowerment to deploy Six Sigma, teamwork and its institutionalization in organizational culture and creating quality control circles all have important roles deploying 6sigma in sport organizations.
