Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the role of family and school in the development and development of students' sporting talent. Methodology: The present study was qualitative and was carried out using a thematic approach. sample consisted of 16 sports experts and officials involved in the talent debate, which began by targeted sampling and continued to reach the theoretical saturation of data. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. After data collection, the method of analysis was used to analyze the data. Results: Based on interviews conducted using expert opinion, family and school financial support, public and charity support, motivational, health, social affiliation, and affiliation were identified as factors influencing the development of students' sporting talents. Conclusion: Based on the results, the support role of families is key in terms of financial and motivational and social support, as well as the necessary support from schools can helped development of sports talents.

Objective: Organized sports phenomenon that can be studied from various aspects one of the most important aspects of sport is universal and in a sense it the aim of institutionalizing sociological study of sport in the country and a model is available and desirable. Methodology: The research method is qualitative, grounded theory study. The population of this study consisted of 18 experts and professors (sports management and sociology) are through in-depth interviews were conducted to collect data from them. The data from 18 interviews grounded theory, was also encoded and analyze samples were selected through purposive sampling. Results: Based on the results obtained and the model can be argued that Family, social media, institutionalized structure and lived experience of sport institute in Iran are effective Conclusion: The proposed solution of this study is to provide a comprehensive model for all sports in the country and there is also a systematic program of all social institutions is to institutionalize the sport in everyday life life and be implemented.
