Objective: The present study aimed to analyze the stability-efficiency of competitiveness in elite sports of the Islamic Republic of Iran at the Summer Olympic Games.Methodology: This applied, descriptive-analytical study used a quantitative approach. The research population included all elite sports of Iran that won at least one medal in the Summer Olympic Games 2000-2024. Sampling was conducted census of medal-winning disciplines. Data were extracted from the official source, the Hall of Fame of the National Olympic Committee and the official website of the International Olympic Committee. Then, using researcher-developed metrics, the efficiency and stability of medal achievement were calculated, and a four-quadrant matrix was constructed to analyze the competitiveness of elite sports. The face and content validity of the researcher-developed metrics were confirmed by professors of sports management. Reliability was assessed and verified through a test-retest procedure.Results: Wrestling, Karate, and Taekwondo were positioned in the strategic elite competitiveness quadrant of the Stability-Efficiency matrix. Weightlifting was placed in the low-performing stable competitiveness quadrant, while shooting and athletics were classified under the low-performing unstable competitiveness quadrant.Conclusion: Although Wrestling and Taekwondo are located in the strategic elite competitiveness position, given rival investments, focus should first be on maintaining their current standing, then planning performance improvement in future editions. Karate requires international negotiation to return to the Olympics. Weightlifting is stable but low-performing; efficiency must improve to ensure stability does not decline in future editions. Shooting and athletics require fundamental revision of elite sport development programs to enhance competitiveness.

Objective: The main purpose of this study was to provide a model of Crowdsourcing in Iran’s sport for all.
Methodology: the research method was explorative and qualitative based on Glaser approach. In order to gather information, in-depth interviews with elites in the field of research were conducted. Sampling was followed purposefully by snowball method and finally 17 qualitative interviews were conducted until theoretical saturation. The interviews were analyzed through coding method in three stages: open, axial and selective.
Results:164 basic concept codes, 40 dimensions, 10 perspectives and 4 levels were extracted from the transcripts of the interviews. Based on this, the main selected codes (four levels of the model) including capacity fundamental factors, environmental status factors, systemic structural factors and consequential functional factors were identified.
Conclusion: Outsourcing in the sports environment can, in a short period of time, at a low cost and attract the attention (citizens), to the participation of the public interested in public sports in activities such as problem solving, production and development of concepts such as participation in idea generation, innovation, Production and service delivery processes are useful. Therefore, in order to develop the participation of the audience in collective activities and according to the conditions and requirements of the time, a special look at the participatory capacities between communities interested in public sports and existing facilities and equipment can cause better synergy in the development of activities.

Objective: This study aims was Performance evaluation of Iranian sports federations in the Rio 2016 Olympic Games with Data Envelopment Analysis approach (DEA). Methodology: In this research, we try to evaluate the performance of sports federations participating in Olympic 2016 Rio by using one of the nonparametric methods of operations research called Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The model in the paper considers one input (funds allocated to federations) and four outputs (the quotes earned by each federation and the number of gold, silver and bronze medals won) with different weight and importance for performance assessment. Results: The results of this model showed that of the 14 federations participating in the 2016 Olympic Games, the weightlifting federation, track and field and the wrestling Federation respectively have the highest performance. Conclusion: ranking of sports federations participating in Olympic games done based on total earned medals, but should be noted that to achieve competition outputs (the total number of medals won in the tournament) are possible only in the context of utilization of inputs and using appropriate processes and for precise, regular and targeted evaluation, smaller inputs should be included along with more outputs in the evaluation models.

Objective: The aim of this study was the efficiency measurement of Iranian men's volleyball teams in the premier league.Methodology: The research population consists of teams attending the men's premier volleyball league (2010-2011). Because of limitation in amount of population, the sample size was considered equal to the population size (N=16). The study is descriptive-analytical and the field one. To analyze data, the descriptive and inferential statistics (mean, the Kendall and Pearson coefficient) and the operation research (DEA and AHP) were used. Results: At the first step, 21 criteria (financial, sport, human resources, available facilities) were determined according to the experts’ consensus (Kendall's w = 0.761). At the next step, the criteria were prioritized. Finally, there was not any correlation in the priority of the teams based on the efficiency point and the place of team in the ranking. There was significant difference between the efficiency points of the efficient teams and inefficient teams.Conclusion: Results indicated that in addition to ranking the teams based on obtained scores, several other factors are effective in determining the amount of team effectiveness or ineffectiveness.
