The sample contained number to statistical population and finally 56 individuals participated in the study .The validity of the questionnaire the views and an opinion of academic experts and coaches experts of volleyball was approved. Reliability as well as inconsistency rate of 0.02 was evaluated and confirmed. For data analysis, Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Expert Choice11 software was usedResults: The results showed that the main performance evaluation’s indicators of volleyball coaches in Iran premier league to the tactical skills (0.191), professional relationship (0.185), social-relationship skill (0.163), psychological skill (0.145), technical skills (0.119), team management (0.102) and experience and athletic background (0.096) requirements. Conclusion: Among the 42 indicators introduced, the indicators of the ability to pay attention to the team and convey their meaning to the players and consulting with assistants and assistant coaches have the highest weight, respectively, and the indicators of appropriate appearance and voting stability in decision making, respectively. Objective: The purpose of this research is evaluating the performance of sports Selected Boardsin Isfahan province. With the help of this model, in addition to identifying efficient and inefficient boards, appropriate strategies can be developed to improve the efficiency of inefficient branches and to strengthen more effective ones. Methodology: In order to achieve the framework and model of research, combination method and field method have been used. By using the balanced scorecard model, the evaluation indices were extracted and then, using the fuzzy network analysis process, the relative importance of each index was obtained and using the fuzzy data envelopment analysis technique, the evaluations of the departments were addressed. Results: The findings suggest that the combined method used has similar results to the balanced scorecard combination and fuzzy data coverage analysis. In other words, fuzzy network analysis has been able to enhance the reliability of the results while reinforcing the past combined approach. In addition, based on the results of the Taekwondo boards, chess and dance ranking is roughly equal in the evaluation process of delegations. Conclusion: In order to evaluate the performance of sport boards in Isfahan province, it is better to use hybrid methods. The research has been identified. Evaluation data has been extracted using appropriate questionnaires, and since partial results are obtained, data must be fuzzy and take into account the effects of incomplete judgments due to quantitative methods alone or only qualitative methods by combining methods Destroyed.

Objective: This study aims at identifying and prioritizing the performance evaluation indices of Iranian directorates of Sports and youth form the experts' viewpoints using the AHP model. Methodology: This is an analytical study and the research population is comprised of sport management professors in Tehran state universities (N=186). Considering the required number of the participants in AHP Model for decision-making, the 60 people were randomly chosen as the sample. To identify the indices, a preliminary questionnaire was developed using literature review and distributed among the participants in two steps. With regard to the comments, a questionnaire with five criteria and 26 sub-criteria was finalized and approved. Results: The participants' viewpoints were weighted using the paired comparison matrix. Results indicated that the budget (w = 0.67725) and infrastructure development (w = 0.53921) were ranked the most important indices of input and output respectively. Conclusion: Considering the findings of the study, the directorate administrators are recommended to improve the functional capacity of the organization by paying attention to optimize the use of budget especially development budget in order to develop sports infrastructures.

AbstractObjective: The purpose of the present study was to identify, prioritize, and weight performance evaluation indexes of sports clubs.Methodology: This research was carried out in two steps. In the first step, indexes and sub-indexes of performance evaluation were recognized through consulting literature review and background of research, and 15 sport management experts and professors using Delphi process. In this step 6 indexes and 33 sub indexes were identified. In step two, relative weight and rank of each of indexes and sub indexes which were recognized in pervious step were analyzed in expert choice software with analytic hierarchy process (AHP) technique taking into consideration the views of 57 professors and club managers in Tehran. Results: Results showed that the most important indexes to evaluate the performance of the clubs in Tehran were human resources, financial resources, physical resources and equipment, environment, planning, organization and evaluation, technical affairs and sports, and the environment respectively. Also, most general sub-indexes were managerial stability, coaching stability, wages paid to players, coaches and staff, and quality of specialized staff club, set standards of performance evaluation respectively. Conclusion: Due to the importance of the most important indexes of the clubs in Tehran, according to sources at the club should be a priorit. Keywords: Analytic hierarchy process, Index, Performance evaluation, Sport clubs.
