Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of social media capabilities on the intention of customers to buy sports services with respect to the mediating role of trust.Methodology: The research method was descriptive-correlational which was done using structural equation method. The statistical population of the study was all users of sports services of Palladium Club in Isfahan, which was randomly selected. The sampling method was simple that the sample size in this study was 313. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire based on a standard questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed. Data analysis was performed at two levels of descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation and percentage) and inferential statistics (path measurement and analysis model) using then software spss and LISREL.Results: The results showed that social media capabilities can positively affect customers' intention to buy and increase their willingness to buy. The results also showed that trust can play a decisive role in using social media to buy. Conclusion: According to the research results, it is suggested that sports club managers have a positive view on the use of various social media to provide services and create the necessary awareness and motivation to buy customers.

Objective: The aim of this study was to design an instrument to assess human resource productivity of Iran sports federations using factor analysis. Methodology: This was a descriptive-analytical study that data was collected by field method. The sample was 251 employees in the team and individual sports federations in 2014. The content validity of instrument was verified by expert panel method and the construct validity was measured using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Also, the reliability was evaluated by Cronbach’s alpha method (α=0.98). Results: The results presented a six-dimension questionnaire including 12-itms management factor, 11-items economics and environment, 11-items organizational factor, 8-items mental factor, 8-items social and cultural factor and finally 3-items individual factor. Also, the fit indexes (CMIN/DF=2.854, RMSEA=0.086) defined the model fit. Conclusion: Regarding the high reliability and validity, the designed instrument can be used to measure human resource productivity in sports federations. Identifying the factors affecting productivity and their impact magnitude can improve human resource productivity in sports federations. To assess the instrument validity, we offer to use this instrument in the research about other sports organizations too.

AbstractObjective: The pupose of this study was to investigate the validity and reliability of the computer attitude scale (CAS) in physical education teachers of Kurdistan.Methodology: Two hundred sixty nine physical education teachers in the Kurdistan province were selected randomly by the table of Kerjsai and Morgan (N=900). The instrument of this study was the standard questionnaire of computer attitude scales (Loyed and Gressard). This scale consists of these sub scales: anxiety, interest and confidence and includes 30 statements of congruity and incongruity about the attitude towards computer. In order to make the questionnaire reliable, content face reliability (the opinions of the specialists) and construct reliability (Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis) were used and in order to validate the questionnaire, α chronbach (anxiety sub scales, confidence and interest in computer were 0.77, 0.71 and 0.77 and all the scale 0.82) was used. Results: on the basis of the factor analysis results, four factors were determined. However, significant variance difference was demonstrated through the first factor, when we considered the Persian form as one-factor. All variables of this factor demonstrated negative attitudes and anxiety towards computer use among physical education teachers. Also, according to the coefficients of the mentioned α chronbach we can consider the Persian form of CAS scale as having an excellent reliability. The high correlation between sub scales and the total grade of the scale indicated that all of them measured a specified field of behavior (r=0.69).Conclusion: Nowadays computer as a supplementary part has changed teaching at all educational levels. So, the understanding of how different factors are in a transaction with the environment and user characteristics are important since effect of teaching and learning processes can lead to pleasant aims. This matter is affected by the attitude towards computer. The investigations in this field demonstrated that there are sorts of resistance imposed by the persons specially teachers and managers and that teachers seldom have a positive attitude towards technology and are afraid of facing it.Keywords: Validity, Reliability, The computer attitude scale.
