Objective: The purpose of this article was to identify barriers to launching sports startups and provide solutions.Methodology: The present study was qualitative and applied in terms of purpose. Library studies, interviews and Delphi questionnaire were used to collect data. The statistical population was sports management professors, specialists in science and technology parks and sports start-ups in Hamadan province. Using purposive sampling method, 30 people participated in the Delphi panel. According to the Kendall coefficient, the Delphi approach ended in the third round.Results: Findings showed that the barriers to launching sports startups can be summarized in 6 components; obstacles to starting sports startups included managerial barriers, socio-cultural barriers, lack of awareness and ignorance, legal barriers, human capital barriers and environmental barriers were mentioned. In accordance with the obstacles, management strategies, socio-cultural strategies, educational strategies, legal solutions and environmental solutions were mentioned. Conclusion: It seems that the set of managerial, cultural and social factors, barriers to human capital, structural-commercial, legal-legal barriers and environmental conditions are among the barriers to start-up in a sports startup ecosystem and in this regard, according to solutions, support of organizations and institutions for startups seems necessary.Keywords: Business Management, Sports Entrepreneurship, Start-ups, Strategies, Startup Challenges

Objective: the purpose of this study was to determine strategies and consequences of handball development in IRAN using the Grounded theory.Methodology: the study was an exploration research and is considered as qualitative conducted sequentially. the data gathered through documents and interview for 14 handball experts in deep-interview and semi-structured forms. the sample selected through subjective sampling and snowball approach and interviewing continued to get theoretical saturation. then, data analyzed by grounded theory in coding process included three steps: open, axial and selective coding. Results: the result revealed that there were 195 effective factors in strategies consisted of 17 components; Strengthening the Private Sector and professionalization, financial support, financial resources strengthening, planning, executive, communication, structural, supervisory, human resources, educational-research, advertising-media, sports participation, talent management, Supportive, attitudinal, sport facilities and equipment in five main entries. Also in the discussion of consequences, 108 effective factors categorized into five 17 components; handball, social, economic, cultural and political in the main category of handball development and improvement. Conclusion: generally, according to findings, obtained strategies and consequences could be claimed that help government officials to development and improvement in handball industry.

Objective: The present study aims to editing institutional strategies in macro policies of resistance economics in Iran's' sport based on systematic plan of grounded theory.Methodology: Participant in the research are twelve experts in the realm of sport management and economy. A theory sampling was implemented. Data was developed through the research procedure and each data was shaped as the consequent of previous data analysis. Sampling was continued to achieve to a complete theoretical element. In-depth and discovery interviews were implemented as the research instruments. A panel of stuff experts and pilot interviews also confirmed its validity. Analyzing and interpreting data, the researchers took advantage of open and selective coding.Results: At the end of interviews, coding procedures was detected as follows; 193 open codes, 95 axis codes, 73 selected codes in form of 6 dimensions of paradigm model including logical reasoning, central elements, strategies, background features, intervention situations, and consequences.Conclusion: In general, it can be concluded that the integration of the categories based on the existing relationships between causal factors, environmental factors, intervening conditions and strategies around the institutionalization of resistance economy in sport can have a positive effect on the macroeconomic level of the Iranian economy.

Abstract Objective: The purpose of the study was to design strategies for recreational sport tourism development in Iran. Methodology: This research is analytic descriptive. The research population were 200 elites including presidents and vice presidents of national federations, the managers of Sport and Youth Ministry, some faculty members and presidents of Tourism organization. The questionnaire was formulated as the result of studying the existent status of sport tourism in Iran and the viewpoints of strategic board. Binominal test and Descriptive analysis were used for significant determination of items' importance and ranking them respectively. Results: The results demonstrated the significant importance of 11 strengths, 14 weaknesses, 8 opportunities and 10 threats in recreational sport tourism in Iran. Conclusion: Eight strategies were formulated for developing recreational sport tourism, using Strategic Board’s opinions and pair comparison of the significant items. The strategies are as follows: developing strategies for holding the national and international sport events in the regions with proper capacity for recreational sport tourism; establishing special sites for recreational sport events in various regions of the country; compiling and implementing a comprehensive system for continuous evaluation and analysis of the various kinds of recreational sport tourism's benefits for the country; introducing the recreational sport tourism industry to the society using propaganda and marketing; providing a system for introducing the recreational sport tourism attractions at the margin of the sport events; providing internet sites for introducing and marketing the recreational sport tourism attractions; compiling a comprehensive system for attraction of domestic and foreign investments in recreational sport tourism section; training the management specialists in the sections, institutes and organizations involved in sport tourism; and compiling a comprehensive system for privatization of the sport tourism based on the policies of the 44 principle. AbstractObjective: The purpose of this study was to develop strategies for NOC of Islamic Republic of IRAN.Methodology: The statistical population of this study included managers and employees of NOC.IR.IRAN, sport and managing elites and strategic council members (147). In this study 80 managers and employees, 20 elites and all of strategic council members (10 people) were selected as the statistical sample. In order to gather data, surveys and strategic council meetings were used. In the survey, the strategic situation and strategies forms were used. In order to analyze data, Friedman test and SWOT analysis were used.Results: Findings revealed that, NOC.IR.IRAN strategic situation was in SO box. So, all of 13 strategies were determined and developed for NOC.IR.IRAN. Conclusion: Therefore, the NOC of Iran should use its strengths and opportunities more effectively to achieve its goals.Key Words: SWOT analysis, Strategies, NOC of Islamic Republic of IRAN.
