Objective: The present study was conducted with the aim of discovering the future of sports in Fars province and formulating its scenarios for the next 20 years and presenting a strategy.Methodology: This research adopts a scenario-building approach and utilizes trend analysis and uncertainties to design future scenarios. The participants consisted of 30 stakeholders from the sports sector in Fars Province, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through interviews. Initially, the project scope was defined, and the main development factors were identified. Subsequently, two key uncertainties were determined to guide scenario design, and four possible scenarios were defined. Finally, a general strategy based on the scenarios was proposed. Results: A total of 23 key factors influencing the future of sports in Fars Province were identified. Based on the analysis of the impact and uncertainty levels of these factors, two critical dimensions were determined: “restructuring and privatization based on modern excellence approaches” and “the development of sports tourism through the use of modern technologies and communication tools.” Accordingly, a scenario matrix was developed, and four plausible scenarios for the development of sports in Fars Province up to the horizon year 2041 were formulated. Conclusion: The main challenge in the development of sports in Fars Province lies not in the lack of resources, but in the absence of institutional coherence, weak strategic planning, and insufficient utilization of human, environmental, and technological capacities. Based on the four plausible scenarios projected to the 2041 horizon, the strategy of “privatization aimed at maximizing access to key objectives (mass sport, elite sport, and sports tourism) through an efficiency-oriented approach” can provide an effective pathway for guiding the development of sports in the province.

Objective: Identifying the key factors influencing various systems within an organization serves as a foundation for developing strategic roadmaps and future scenarios. Given the significance of this issue, the present research aims to identify and categorize the key factors shaping the future of "sport for all" in Iran, employing a structural analysis approach.Methodology: This research is descriptive-analytical in terms of practical targeting strategy and descriptive-analytical based on prospective research methods. Theoretical data was prepared by the document method and experimental data by the survey method based on the Delphi method. The participants in the research were 15 experts and experts in the field of sports, who were selected by purposive sampling. The approach of structural analysis and Micmac software has been used. Results: The results showed that the dispersion of crucial and influential factors on the future of sport for all in Iran has a stable system. Among the 42 factors investigated in this research, four elements (reference groups, native and local games, financial sponsors, facilities and equipment) had the most critical role in the future of sport for all in Iran. Conclusion: Finding shows that the mentioned activists mainly influence the future of sport for all in Iran. The effort to build a better future in sport for all requires that the mentioned activists be organized and strengthened by the relevant trustees.

Objective: The aim of this study was to identify critical drivers and uncertainties of Iranian professional clubs through cross-matrix analysis.
Methodology: The research method was an interpretive paradigm, the statistical population was all professionals in the field of professional sports, the participants in the research process were selected from among academic and experimental individuals in a completely purposeful manner using the snowball sampling method. The research analysis was conducted by analyzing the content of 20 in-depth interviews, the number of open codes was aggregated and categorized into 114 indicators, the indicators were shared in the form of a list of closed questions between 10 experts using the Delphi technique, and after three rounds of interviews, Delphi, and reaching group agreement, 20 factors affecting clubs were identified; then the extracted factors were evaluated by analyzing the interaction effects and using MicMac software.
Results: The results indicated the identification of 20 key and strategic factors. What can be understood from the scatter diagram of the variables affecting the future formation of professional clubs in Iran is the extremely unstable state of the system. However, several factors are shown near this area, which indicates their ability to influence the entire system. Media, legal and legal infrastructure, improving the knowledge of managers and human resources, and appropriate structures and infrastructures are included in the category of input and influential variables.
Conclusion: The drivers affecting professional sports clubs in Iran include individual, managerial, legal, economic, cultural, social, physical, and political-environmental drivers, and the most important uncertainty includes technology and climatic conditions.
