Objective: The present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the problems of Iranian immigrant athletes.Methodology: The research method was quantitative-descriptive research. The statistical population of the research includes Iranian immigrant athletes, and a targeted method was used in the sampling of the research, which includes 63 people. The research tool is a researcher-made questionnaire that includes four dimensions: economic and financial, cultural and social, emotional and psychological, legal and legal, 32 items, whose validity was confirmed by six sports management professors. In the reliability investigation, the results of Cronbach's alpha showed α=0.89. The research questionnaire was sent to the target immigrants and after collecting, 63 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS24 and PLS3 software. Results: The results showed that in the economic and financial component, the dependence factor of athletes' financial receipt on the result; In the cultural and social component, the Corona prevalence factor and stopping international travel and being deprived of social and cross-cultural interactions with immigrants and athletes from other cities and countries; In the emotional and psychological component, the factor of lack of social support from family, friends, etc. and in the legal component and Legally, the factor of sports punishment due to lack of familiarity with the rules and regulations of the league is considered as the highest priority of Iranian immigrant athletes. Conclusion: The research results showed that by identifying the problems of Iranian immigrant athletes, the necessary awareness should be given to the potential immigrants and also the immigrants should be familiar with the integration process and its problems for better adaptation.

Objective: the purpose of this study was Identifying and Verification of the Influential Factors on Establishment of "Talent Management" of Physical Education Teachers.Methodology: The research method was descriptive - correlation. The statistical population of the study included all physical education teachers. According to the research purpose, 384 people were selected in the Exploratory Factor Analysis and 345 people in the Confirmatory Factor Analysis section were selected by Stratified random sampling as a statistical sample. The required data for identifying the components and analyzing the model were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire after obtaining the validity (face, content and structure). To calculate reliability Cronbach’s alpha was used (α = 0.90), and to analyze the data, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation were used. Data analysis was performed using SPSS-20 Software and Lisrel software. Results: The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that 23 finalized items were classified as prerequisites for talent management in physical education teachers in 5 dimensions of "employees, organizational, managerial attitude, organizational policies and rules and talent conceptualization". Finally, examined and tested of structural equation model of the study showed that, overall indices of Structural model were in good condition, so that, the Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) is 0.90, the Comparative Fit Index (CFI) is 0.99 and the Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) was 0.07.Conclusion: The results of this research suggest that the Ministry of Education's macro-level human resources managers, while striving to establish a talent management system for physical education teachers, should provide the necessary and effective factors for deployment in order to achieve the desired outcome.
