Objective: This study aims to examine the barriers to employment in Iran's sports labor market, with a particular emphasis on the macroenvironment, by synthesizing previous research.Methodology: The research employed a qualitative meta-synthesis approach using qualitative content analysis. The statistical population included all domestic studies conducted between 2001 and 2023. A total of 580 studies relevant to the topic were evaluated, and 31 articles were purposefully selected. Using Sandelowski and Barroso's seven-step framework, the findings of previous research related to the study's objectives were analyzed, aggregated, synthesized, and interpreted. Through coding methods, 21 sub-themes and five main themes were identified. Results: The results categorized macroenvironmental barriers to employment in Iran's sports labor market into five main themes: economic barriers, cultural and social barriers, political barriers, knowledge and technology barriers, and legal and regulatory barriers. Conclusion: The findings indicate that employment development in Iran's sports sector faces numerous challenges within the macroenvironment. To address these challenges, a comprehensive and long-term approach by policymakers, managers, and economic stakeholders in this sector is essential. A deeper understanding of macroenvironmental barriers can help design more effective policies and strategies to promote employment in the sports labor market. These strategies may include economic reforms, political improvements, social support, technological advancements, and legal changes. Implementing such measures can create new and sustainable job opportunities in Iran's sports industry.

Objective: In the present study, the position of the sports industry in the Iran economy and its relationship with other economic activities are investigated.Methodology: The present study is analytical and descriptive in terms of method and practical in terms of purpose. The method of data collection is by library and the position of the sports industry is investigated by complex networks. The nodes in this network represent the economic activities and the weight of the edges that connect the nodes according to the input-output table determined and then by using the centrality criteria the position of the sports industry in the Iran economy examined. Results: According to the results, the sports industry is ranked 1st for betweenness and 2nd for in-closeness. The results show that real estate had the greatest impact on the sports industry. Also, the sports industry has the greatest impact on the education sector. Conclusion: According to the ranking for betweenness centrality, more industries need the sports industry to connect faster to each other. The in-closeness ranking of the sports industry also indicates that the sports industry can receive input from other industries in a shorter period of time. The impact of the sports industry on real estate is due to the use of halls and grounds for various sports. The impact of sport on education also shows the important impact of sport on the promotion of human capital.

Objective: This research was conducted with the aim of developing a model of factors affecting the commercialization of sports.Methodology:The research method was performed qualitatively using a systematic design of data-based theory. In order to gather information, in-depth and semi-structured interviews were used and information was analyzed by Gliseir paradigm. The statistical population of the study included professors and activists in the field of sports economics. Targeted theoretical techniques and snowballs were selected. Due to the limitations of the community, the sample size will be equal to the community size. Some scientists consider 10 to 15 people, if their scientific and experimental background is homogeneous, to be sufficient to form a group of experts. In this study, 14 people were interviewed. And from the interview 11 later repetition was observed in the received data and in interview 13 it was saturated. The analysis of qualitative data encoding method three open, axial and selective used.
