Objective: The goal of the present study was to design a model for professionalizing of student sports.Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive-correlational in nature. The statistical population of the study included experts from the Deputy of Physical Education and Health of the Ministry and the Student Sports Federation, the Deputy of Physical Education and Health, heads of physical education departments, experts and physical education teachers of the provinces. A sufficient number of statistical samples were selected for structural equation modeling (369 people) and they responded to a researcher-made questionnaire whose face validity was confirmed by 10 experts and its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.99); and structural equation modeling in PLS4 and SPSS26 software was used to analyze the data and examine the model fit..Results: The results showed that the effect of professionalization opportunities and professionalization requirements on professionalization management is positive and significant. The effect of professionalization management on human capital empowerment and optimization of development resources was direct, positive and significant; but it did not have a direct effect on inter-organizational efficiency. Also, human capital empowerment and resource optimization had a direct, positive and significant effect on inter-organizational efficiency, and further, the effect of inter-organizational efficiency on the quality of health and wellness programs, updating of education and learning, and holding standard events and competitions was direct, positive and significant. Conclusion: By considering the context and capacities of student sports and recognizing the paths to professionalization, student sports programs and activities can be moved from a normal level to an advanced level, leading to the professional growth and advancement of student sports.

The population includes all physical education teachers in Khorasan Razavi schools, equivalent to 2,587 people that 334 people randomly selected as the sample population. Data collection tool is a modified standard questionnaire that is used in several studies. For data analysis, software spss 21 is used. For descriptive statistics, frequency, mean and standard deviation parameters and for inferential statistics, Coefficient of skewness and kurtosis, Pearson correlation test and multiple regressions were used. Results: The results of the study demonstrated a statistically significant correlation between all individual factors, IT and Knowledge sharing. Regression analysis also suggests that knowledge sharing variable is predictable based on individual factors and information technology. Conclusion: Based on the perspective of Khorasan Razavi physical education teachers, with changes in personality characteristics, motivation, trust and awareness of the staff, the quality of knowledge sharing among them is strengthened. So staff individual factors can have major effects on the quality of knowledge sharing among Khorasan Razavi physical education teachers

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between effort- reward imbalance and work engagement among the physical education teachers in Lorestan province. Methodology: The research methodology was descriptive-correlative and the population included physical education teachers in Lorestan province. According to the Morgan’s table (1970), the 186 teachers (102 men, 84 women) were selected as the sample. The instruments were the demographics, Schaufeli & Bakker’s work engagement questionnaire and Siegrist’s effort-reward imbalance (ERI) questionnaire. The face and content validity of the questionnaires were evaluated based on professors' viewpoints. To measure the reliability of the questionnaires, Cronbach's alpha was used. To this end, the 25 questionnaires were distributed among the selected sample. Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the ERI questionnaire was 0.80 and for the work engagement questionnaire was 0.89. Results: For data analysis, the descriptive statistics and inferential statistics such as Pearson correlation and regression were used. Results showed that there is a significant relationship between the demographics and work engagement. Moreover, the effort-reward imbalance had a reverse and significant relationship with work engagement. Finally, reward-effort indices were the good explanatory for the rate of work engagement. Conclusion: Overall, teachers who had high ERI experienced low rate of work engagement.
