Objective: The purpose of this research was to present a model for the analysis of the professional learning community among sports coaches in the country.Methodology: The research method is descriptive-correlational in terms of type, applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of execution method. The statistical population included: university professors, organizational managers, trainers and analysts who are experts in the field of the research topic. The statistical sample was estimated to be sufficient for modeling in smart pls software (number of hidden variables x selected base number) (106 people). The sampling method was purposeful (judgmental). The research tool was a questionnaire related to the components of the model approved in the qualitative section. The validity of the tool was confirmed in terms of content (confirmed by 8 experts), reliability (composite reliability index) and structure (SRMR = 0.075).Results: The results showed that challenges (0.287), backgrounds (0.269), drivers (0.267), organizational network (0.254) and trainers' capabilities (0.065) ) respectively had a significant effect on the formation capacity of the professional learning community of educators. Also, formation capacity (0.424), ICT platform (0.350) and managerial efficiency (0.189) had a significant effect on the development of this learning community. Finally, the development of the learning community had a significant effect on its consequences with a coefficient of 0.882.Conclusion: Based on the results, it can be said that the realization of the professional learning community for sports coaches in the country through a systematic process (formation, development and sustainability) and the result of the desired effect of its related factors (drivers, challenges, capabilities, networking and information and communication technology).

Objective: The aim of the current research was to determine the components of professional development among the faculty members of the Physical Education and Sport Sciences and assessing its fit.Methodology: The survey was conducted through field study. The statistical population consisted of all the faculty members of physical education and sport sciences (N=205). The statistical sample was considered equal to the statistical population. The questionnaires were distributed among the participants and 173 ones were returned and analyzed. The structured questionnaire of Professional Development was used to collect data. Nine dimensions of professional development was identified through preliminary literature study. Then, six dimensions were confirmed by the experts' ideas as follows; research; specialty service; scientific publications; information and communication technologies and networks; English language skill; and teaching. The content validity and constructs validity of the instrument were approved by the specialists’ views and confirmatory factor analysis respectivelyمحاسبه ش. The reliability of the questionnaire was determined through Cronbach alpha with coefficient of 0.90. Descriptive statistics were used to categorize the findings andکلموگروف inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-اسمیرنوفSmirnov test, Pearson correlation coefficient and one sample t-test) were used for analyzing data. Also, SEM (structural equations model) was used to examine the causal relationship by LISREL 9.2.Results: The analysis supported the process of fitting model to data . The results showed that the development model of the faculty members had desirable goodness. The dimension of scientific publications (3.79) and English language skill (3.98) were below average.
