Objective: The purpose of the present research was to present a smart sports tourism model in order to develop sustainable sports tourism in the Kurdistan Region based on structural modeling.Methodology: This research is quantitative in terms of implementation, applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey type. The statistical population of the research included all tourists in the tourist areas of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq who were selected through purposeful and accessible sampling (223 people). For measurement, a researcher-made questionnaire with 71 items and a Likert scale scoring system were used, and SmartPLS version 4 software was used for data analysis and modeling. Results: The results showed that in the designed model of smart sports tourism, the requirements for the development of smart sports tourism (smart economy, smart society, smart governance, and smart technologies) with an impact coefficient of 0.932 had an impact on smart sports tourism services (smart nutrition, smart attraction, smart transportation, smart shopping, and smart payment) with an impact coefficient of 0.423 on the sustainable development of smart sports tourism, and the conceptual model of the research was confirmed. Conclusion: Implementing the requirements for smart tourism in all four macro-level areas, such as governance, society, economy, and technology, will lead to the development of sustainable sports tourism, and managers and responsible institutions must strengthen smart platforms in these sectors so that smart services in sports tourism can have an impact on the development of sports tourism.

Objective: The present study aimed to develop a simulation model for Sports Tourism Development (STD) in Ardabil Province, Iran.Methodology: Utilizing a mixed-methods (qualitative and quantitative) research design, this applied study with a descriptive-analytical approach was performed on theoretical and experimental experts (n=18) as the statistical population, selected via non-probability, purposive sampling. For this purpose, interviews and questionnaires were employed as the data collection tools. During the qualitative phase, the main categories (themes) and sub-categories (sub-themes) of STD in Ardabil Province, Iran, were initially identified based on thematic analysis. Then, in the quantitative phase, the effective factors were prioritized by the fuzzy Delphi method (FDM). At last, the given factors acquired from the qualitative analysis were simulated with reference to System Dynamics (SD) and Agent-Based Modeling (ABM). The data analysis was also performed using MAXQDA 20 in the qualitative phase, Microsoft Excel, AnyLogic and Vensim in the quantitative one. Results: The study results reduced to 62 initial codes, 13 sub-categories, 6 main categories (i.e., infrastructural, economic, macro-policies of sports tourism, marketing, sports, and human resources). In this sense, the infrastructural factor was in the first priority as the most effective one. Besides, the simulation output demonstrated that the proposed model could adequately estimate the future of STD in Ardabil Province, Iran. Conclusion: According to the results of the research, it is desirable for the managers of Ardabil province to pay special attention to the identified effective factors for the development of sports tourism.

Objective:The purpose of this study is the role of sports tourism development on employment of sport sciences graduates.Methodology:The method of the present research is descriptive-analytical in terms of the purpose of the type of applied research and how to collect information in the field and in the period from 1397 to 1398.The statistical population studied in this study consisted of all professors of sports management and tourism and entrepreneurship activists. The sampling method is stratified-cluster and 294 people were selected based on Cochran's formula as research samples Data collection tool was a questionnaire taken from Isfahani Thesis(2009) whose content validity was confirmed by 8 professors in the field of tourism and sports entrepreneurship and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method of 0.88. SPSS and Lisrel software were used to evaluate the confirmatory factor analysis, respectively. Results:The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that seasonal and part-time employment of sports science graduates can be directly and indirectly confirmed, but on the contrary, their direct and permanent and indirect and permanent employment can be confirmed in the approval model. It cannot be reported. The seasonal phenomenon of employment in the sports tourism industry,in addition to affecting the direct jobs of sports tourism, is also effective in indirect jobs related to the sports tourism industry. Conclusion:the development of sports tourism industry leads to temporary and seasonal employment and due to the nature of this industry, the employment rate is permanently low, which confirms the results of the confirmatory factor analysis of the present research questionnaire.
