Purpose: The present study aims to provide a conceptual framework for identifying and explaining the key determinants of elite athlte migration in Iran.Methodology: This research is descriptive in nature, applied in purpose, and categorized as a qualitative study conducted using the grounded theory approach. The statistical population included experts, scholars, professors, and coaches familiar with the subject matter. Snowball sampling was employed to conduct in-depth interviews. Data collection was carried out through interviews with 15 participants. The validity of the interview instrument was assessed and confirmed by both interviewees and subject-matter experts. To evaluate reliability, the intra-coder agreement method was used, yielding a reliability coefficient of 0.81. Grounded theory methodology was employed for data analysis.Findings: The findings revealed that the determinants of elite athlete migration in Iran encompass: Causal factors (weak occupational status in society and inefficient management systems), Contextual factors (economic, political, and socio-cultural), Intervening factors (individual and environmental characteristics), Strategies (improvement of the national sports structure and enhancement of athletes’ social status), and Consequences (decline in the quality of professional sports and lack of suitable role models in society). These categories consist of 20 concepts and numerous sub-factors or open codes. Conclusion: Based on the findings, macro-level policymaking and effective measures are necessary to enhance the social and professional quality of life for elite athletes. Such actions are essential to controlling the migration trend of sports elites and mitigating the financial and cultural damages caused by this phenomenon.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to design a modeling of factors affecting the migration sports elites in Iran.Methodology: This research aims to be developmental-applicative, and in terms of nature, it is mixed (qualitative-quantitative) with a combined exploratory-sequential design. The target community of the research was experts who were aware of the research topic. In order to conduct in-depth interviews and collect qualitative data from the targeted snowball technique until the theoretical saturation stage, 17 people were selected as a sample and to complete the researcher-made questionnaires in quantitative section, a sample of 5 people was suggested. Using the thematic analysis method based on the model of Braun and Clark (2006), the effective factors on the migration of sport selites were identified and then modeling was done structural-interpretive analysis (ISM) use. Results: 148 primary concepts were identified in the form of 30 sub-themes and 13 main themes and two general dimensions of repulsive factors and attractive factors affecting the migration of sports elites. These factors are in the sixlevels of the structural-interpretive model consisting of the inefficient management system factor in the sixthlevel, political instability and defective economic structure in the fifthlevel, the foresight of the elites in the fourthlevel, factors The development of life dimensions, financial attractions of the destination country and role modeling in the thirdlevel, media power factors, inappropriate location of the country of origin, limited beliefs and thoughts, incorrect selection process and sports development in the second level and the migration acceptability factor of the inappropriate location of the country in the level It was the first. Conclusion: According to the findings of the research, Inefficient management with restrictive thinking and unknown strategies, defective economy and the country's chaotic political situation are among the important factors of the tendency to migrate among sports elites in Iran.

Objective: Professional sports have become an integral part of profit-driven economic structures, with their existence rooted in sports clubs. Consequently, the development and extensive activities of professional sports are impossible without sports clubs. This study aims to qualitatively analyze the causal, contextual, and intervening factors influencing the establishment of professional volleyball club management in Iran.Methodology: This research employed a qualitative approach using grounded theory methodology. The statistical population consisted of all experts in the field of professional volleyball club management in Iran. Participants included 20 key and experts, selected through theoretical sampling. The trustworthiness and dependability of the study were established using credibility criteria across 10 indicators. Interviews continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. A set of concepts and categories were derived through open, axial, and selective coding processes.Results. The findings of this study suggest that legal and economic factors in the causal conditions section, financial and legal factors in the contextual conditions section, and investment factors in the facilitating intervening conditions section, as well as management factors in the constraining intervening conditions section, significantly impact the establishment of professional volleyball club management in Iran. Conclusion: The establishment of professional volleyball club management in Iran requires a legal framework to rationalize the conditions for the presence of privately and cooperatively owned teams, based on revenue generation from sports club activities.
