Objective: The purpose of this research is to provide a model of organizational resilience in Iranian sports organizations. Methodology: This research is a type of combined research. In the qualitative part, foundation data theory with Strauss and Corbin's approach is used, and in the quantitative part, the survey method is used. The research community was university experts and senior and intermediate managers and experts with experience in the field of sports who participated in the interview process using a targeted sampling approach. With 20 people, the research reached information saturation and the theory was completed. Data analysis was done using Maxqda12 software in three stages of open coding, central coding and selective coding, and based on that, the qualitative research model was designed. Results: More than 300 initial concept codes were extracted from the interviews, which were reduced to 104 codes after refining the codes and getting credit, which are in the form of 34 concepts and 12 categories in the framework of the paradigm model, including organizational resilience as a central category and causal conditions (planning and implementation, causes political, legal reasons), background factors (economic reasons, management system), intervention conditions (social attitude, cultural reasons), strategies (financial actions, comprehensive approach) and consequences (reduction of financial losses, national and international successes, socio-cultural advantages) ) it placed. Finally, the obtained model was tested among the sports community of 384 people and after fitting the model, the final model of organizational resilience in Iranian sports organizations was obtained.

Objective: The purpose of this research was to formulate causal relationships between strategies in four perspective and strategic map for the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Deaf Sports Federation using DEMATEL paired comparisons method and Balanced Scorecard.Methodology: The research was applied in a descriptive-survey approach. The study used an applied and descriptive-survey. The statistical population was composed of 90 people including specialists, members of the General Assembly of the Federation, 73 people were selected according to the Morgan table. The tool was a researcher-made questionnaire designed to determine the scenery whose validity was confirmed by 5 professors and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and Coefficient 82 /. The case was flooded. The hypothesis test was performed using Chi-square and SPSS22 tests, and in the drawing of a strategic plan, the Dimetal technique and the main model of the strategic map designed by Kaplan and Norton in non-profit organizations were used.Findings:In this research, the perspective, strategy map, the direct and indirect causal and causal relationships of strategies, the intensity of each strategy's influence on the achievement of federation programs in the horizon, and its priority and late It identifies it in achieving the goal.Results: Designed map, Facilitates the path to achieving the mission and strategies specified for the Deaf Sports Federation from the direction of streaming and implementing strategies.

Objective: The purpose of this research was to designing and explaining the framework of entrepreneurship ecosystem in Sport.Methodology: The research method was systematic qualitative. The statistical population consisted of professors, managers, business owners, entrepreneurs, innovators, inventors and advisers in the field of sports industry. The statistical sample was selected and deliberately selected on a targeted and accessible basis based on the relevance of the subject and the scientific validity. The research instrument consisted of three tools: library study, semi-guided exploratory interview and two-step Delphi technique. The validity of each research tools was based on sample validity and the coefficient of agreement between Specialists and experts was approved.Results: After analyzing the data collected from coding and framing and structural and systematic analysis, Researchers identify the main actors in the creation of an entrepreneurship ecosystem in sport, which include six main areas: entrepreneurial environment; human capital; entrepreneurial leadership; places, equipment, and sports services; financing; and, entrepreneurship infrastructure. Finally, using the two-stage Delphi method, the framework for entrepreneurship ecosystem in sport was designed and explained.Conclusion: Given that the definition and restructuring of one of the responses of organizations and systems to environmental changes and the ecosystem of entrepreneurship in the country faces many challenges, Therefore, the framework designed in this study can be used to evaluate, analyze and systematize the basis of the basic sports entrepreneurship ecosystem.
